The two Aurors were arguing in front of them, which Scott never expected.
The young Auror named Williamson began to openly challenge the senior Shacklebolt because he had a relationship with the Minister of Magic Fudge.

Just then, Shacklebolt's inspection was over, and he returned his wand to Scott.

"Regardless of what she's been through, the girl clearly died of dismemberment, and Maidstone, where she died, didn't even show signs of a fight."
He started chattering to persuade Shaker.
