Chapter 6686 Going to the Talent Planet
Holding the menu, Wei Kun thought that as Luo Bi's bodyguard, he wouldn't have to worry about food and drink.
He, Wen Yao, and Roger had made preparations, thinking that Luo Bi wouldn't be able to provide the resources for the guard team. Good heavens, they could just take a stroll and enjoy a gourmet meal at the VIP Pavilion.
The Thunderflame Warriors are raised on a rough diet, and they've never eaten so freely. Even the scions of noble families, who are more refined, can't possibly eat nutritious food every meal. The thought of being able to eat like this for ten days made Wei Kuang want to laugh.
Luo Bi went to plant a competition, took a look around, and had a match. It was a good deal.
So, as for any plans, just listen to Luo Bi.
The children were very excited. When they arrived at the private rooms, the more extravagant ones picked and chose, running up and down the stairs. Luo Bi walked with a swagger, full of confidence. Wen Yao took the lead and chose the best private room.
The private room was spacious and bright, and looking out, one could see the clusters of flowers in the flower and grass square amidst the swirling snow.
Wen Yao sat down and told Luo Bi, "Actually, there is also a Noble Pavilion in the City of Talent Planet. If you go to Talent Planet, you can also eat at the Noble Pavilion."
Luo Bi, of course, had no idea and exclaimed with delight, "Let's go eat it later!"
Zhu Xingrong casually remarked, "I just saw some yellow croakers, they're really expensive. It's a pity, the ingredients I harvested aren't high enough to exchange for many yellow croakers."
Luo Bi then instructed, "Take a pomegranate to exchange for it."
The sour taste killed He Tang, the financial official.
Wei Kun placed a pomegranate in a sandalwood box. Luo Bi glanced at it and thought, "Pretend it's just a pomegranate, why bother with all this packaging?" Wei Kun got up, followed by Wei Liao and Zhu Xingxu.
A short while later, Wei Kuang and the two children returned.
Zhu Xingxu smiled and said to Luo Bi, "I've replaced your fish with three yellow croakers."
Luo Bi was very generous; she gave us a bunch of grapes in exchange for three yellow croakers, which was enough for us. The chef at Guipin Pavilion roasted them until they were golden brown and crispy, crumbling with every bite.
Luo Bi ate three grilled yellow croakers, and the rest were cut up and everyone tried them.
Roger, Wenyao, and Weikun didn't eat any; they left it all for the children.
Nutritious fruit juice was also served on the table. The children took a sip and it was so sweet and bubbly. One child said, "If I went to an unexplored planet to kill alien beasts, I wouldn't freeze to death."
Luo Bi felt heartbroken; she couldn't even afford nutritious food for every meal.
Lu Cui has a cheat code; she's skilled at planting and makes a fortune. Yet, she's still greedy for her planting furnace. So, if we don't deal with her, who should we deal with? Whenever Lu Cui is involved in a competition, Luo Bi always has to get involved.
While eating, Luo Bi stared at the small quantum computer. She was not in the competition arena on the Talent Planet, and almost no talented people approached the planting furnace. She watched as the fruits on the two fruit trees turned red.
Luo Bi said to Wen Yao, "After we eat, let's go to the Planet of Talent."
Wen Yao glanced at the miniature computer and sighed at Luo Bi's off-topic talent. It was impressive that the explosion could produce such amazing medicinal dregs and ash. The planting furnace would be in high demand again.
Wenyao nodded: "No rush, the fruit looks like it's just starting to turn red."
At the dinner table, the children were all smiles. It was already cold in winter, and there was no need for the children to go to the planet of talent and freeze in the middle of the night. But they all ate well and clamored to go together, so they all boarded the airship together.
Wen Yao provided an airship, and after they had eaten, the two airships set off for the Planet of Talent.
The airship landed, and once off, the night air was bitterly cold. Luo Bi pulled her cloak tighter around herself, regretting going out at night; winter nights were truly frigid. (End of Chapter)
