The next day, I woke up early and did a little push-up before going to have my bath. After that, I asked the maids to prepare something for me to eat, which they did.

I had breakfast and started working on my laptop when I received a call on my phone, I went to the dining picked up my phone to find out it was Dad calling me.

“I hope everything is fine why is he calling me,” I thought and picked the call immediately going back to sit where my laptop was.

~ Son, how are you doing he said over the phone.

~Why are you me calling father, cause I know you are the last person who would want to check up on me I huffed over the phone.

~ Well, you are right son. Are you busy now or I should come over to your company tomorrow he asked and I looked at the screen of my phone to be sure I was speaking to my father, throne who birth to me?

I have a lot of respect for him but one thing I know is the dad doesn’t treat someone so nicely except he had something under his sleeves and I hope it’s nothing bad.

~ Am not busy Father, it better we talk on the phone I don’t think visiting me is necessary I said in a cold tone.

~< Good then, I didn’t intend coming anyway he said and I rolled my eyes, knowing that he’s back to his old cold self.

~ I called because I haven’t waited so long for you to bring a girl home and present her to myself and your mother but nothing happened. I have waited and it seems to me that you aren’t ready to get married and give us grandchildren.

~ Did mom put you to this, because if she did or she didn’t. Either way, I don’t think I have any plans if getting married.

~ Would you shut up and listen to what I have to say, he yelled at me making me shut my mouth.

~ Now listen up, am not your mother who got so many girls got for you to get married. Am going to let you choose and am giving you seven days to do that. I don’t care how it going to happen or where you are going to find a woman to marry, but all I know is that you are going to bring a woman home and get married to her or else you lose the contract you are yet to sign with Mr. Lorenzo he said in a hard tone.

I was dumbfounded as to how he got to know about the contract I was about to sign with Mr. Lorenzo. I could feel it from his voice that he wasn’t joking and he meant every word he said there.

~ How did you? I asked him with my voice cracking. You know you can’t threaten me neither can you force Mr. Lorenzo not to sign the contract deal. I said with a smirk on my face.

~ Remember who the Jago is, don’t mess with me, seven days is all I give to you. He said and hung up making me banged the table close to me.

I held my phone tightly in my hands thinking if what to do, what if dad is joking about this? What if he didn’t actually mean what he said? I said to myself.

Maybe I should call Mr. Lorenzo, and confirm things for myself, I thought to myself and quickly did that but unfortunately, he told me he isn’t ready to sign it and snd I knew instantly that it was no other than the doings, of his father.

Dam!!, I yelled and smashed my phone against the wall, as my father’s voice played in my head continuously “ you have seven days “ I heard again.

Why would dad suddenly want me to get married? I thought as I went upstairs to get my second phone. I need to call Grayson, maybe he helps me out.

The weekend with Betty had been really fantastic I must say, we went to the amusement park and had a lot of fun. We went to the gym and exercise together. Every little time I spend with her Is filled with nothing but joy.

I don’t think I would ever regret making this decision of being a Lesbian, as far as I have her by my side I know there will always be love, peace of mind, and joy.

I want to make her something very special today as an appreciation for all she had done for me ever since we started dating. I want to know that I care for her also and it also gives me but to see her happy.

I quickly prepared and went out to the grocery store and bought a few things that were needed at home.

I was pacing around the room waiting for Grayson to arrive because I don’t know what to do and my dad isn’t someone to mess with. I heard his car drive into my house and I breathed out in relief.

Finally, he is here am sure he’s going to have a way out.

Hey man, you sounded so worried on the phone? What is the matter? He said immediately his eyes landed on me who was tapping my feet on the floor.

Let’s go to the dining, I said and he followed me to the dining, having his seat.

“An sorry to have called you on such notice but the thing is I don’t have any other person to call on except you,” I said and he gestured for me to go on.

“My dad’s called and he threatened me to get a wife within seven days or else he makes sure I don’t get the business deal with Mr. Lorenzo,” I said rushing my words and he busted out in laughter making me wonder.

Any are you laughing I asked him and he chuckled softly.

“There isn’t any need for me here, because it in your hands to get a wife or lose the contract.”

“Where do I get a woman who is qualified to be my wife I asked him worriedly,” and I smiled it.

“You hire a girl to be your wife,” he said and I screamed out loudly…
