“So, would you like to make a million dollars,” he asked me and I stare at him with wide eyes.

“Hell yes am in for that,” I said giving him full concentration.

You are joking, right? I replied him busting into laughter but he didn’t flinched now smile making me stop, as I turn to look at him.

“Okay let’s make a deal you be my wife for a year and I give you a million-dollar,” he repeated and I hissed picking up my purse ready to leave his presence.

Hold on, he said and held my hands while I glare at him before he released me. “Okay just give me five minutes to explain myself,” he said.

“Five minutes, am listening,” I said and waved my give fingers on his face before sitting down.

“Thank you, now you are tired of being in a relationship where you get heartbroken over and over again” he stated and I listen to him wondering what his point is. “And I need a wife to get my parents off my neck, and am sure you also need a break,” he added and I nodded my head.

“I need a break from relationship not go into another relationship even if it a fake one, after all, what kind of guy who wants to have a lesbian as his wife,” I stated and he became silent thinking of what next to say.

I will ask my lawyer to get the contract ready by tomorrow and you would be signing them when you make a decision he said to me and I smiled at him before going inside.

“Goodbye,” I said and waved my hands at him as he drives off.

I got in and thankfully she wasn’t in the sitting room so I took the stairs and went upstairs to the guest room and had my bath before changing into something comfortable.

The next morning, I had already packed my belongings out of the room we used to share together before she woke up. I took my bath in the guest room again and dress up for work.

I placed a call on Amelia this morning telling her I would be coming back home and she seems excited about everything.

I have missed her so much and u guess it time u pay her and Joanna a visit.

I placed the pancakes and bacon on my plate before going to the dining to have my breakfast. I made some for her too she should help herself when she’s awake.

After I was done eating I clean up the place and walked to the sitting room when I heard her coming down the stairs, I didn’t turn back to look at her or wait for her, I just went to my luggage and dragged them with me when I heard her call my name which made me halt.

“Cecilia, please don’t go,” she said in tears and I chuckled. I shouldn’t go why? I asked her with a pained voice while she bowed her in shame.

Because am sorry and I know deep down we both love each other she said staring at me.

“Like WTF!, Is coming out of these bi**ch mouth, do you take me for a fool or what or you think I would come running to you after this fake apology you pull of,” I said getting pissed.

“You know what am done, am fu** king done” I yelled and dragged my luggage out of her apartment.

Thankfully, there was a can in front of me so I quickly got in and gave him my address.

Fu*k, I cussed pulling my hair in anger, the driver turns to stare at me but I was too angry to notice.

I knocked on the door and. Amelia opened up giving me a big hug. Oh my gosh, girl, I missed you so much.

“I missed you even more,” I said as I watched Joanna come to the sitting room, and I quickly ran to hug her.

“So you mean, that idiot cheated on you,” Amelia said and I nodded my head but Joanna was silent she was so surprised when she heard the entire story.

“Am so sorry you are going through all this again, even after your effort to make yourself happy” Joanna said sadly.

“Am happy you are thinking positive” she said and Joanna and I busted into laughter.

“Nevertheless am still going to teach her a lesson,” Joanna said and Amelia rolled her eyes making Makin me busted into laughter.

“I just hope everything goes well,” I thought sighing heavily…
