"Hello Sabri, why are you calling me? Is something wrong?" My wife asked and put the call on speaker.
"No, not at all, girlfriend. I just wanted to remind you not to ruin the red gown and also help me remind your husband that he owes Kim and I a trip to Australia!" she squeals on her end excitedly.
"Damnit! You mean she called just for this? Are you kidding me?" I whisper to my wife and she shook her head and shrugs. "FYI, the dress is already ruined, don't think about it! Goodbye!" I yelled to the phone and snatched the phone from my wife and hang up the call and then I turned off the phone. "Can we finish what we started now?"
"You're one hell of a guy, Ferd! That's why I love you!" She giggles and kissed me.
"I love you so much, my angel!"
Shortly after we made love, the plane took off to Austria where I'm going to spoil my woman with all the beautiful things I've planned ahead for her.

8 Months Later
"Doctor I can't push anymore, I'm tired" my wife cried and I squeezed her hand gently.
"Hey honey, look at me" I whispered softly and she squint slowly to lock gaze with me. "You have to do this for our baby, our baby needs to be born into this world and it is only you that can bring him to the world. "Are you ready?" I asks and she nods slightly.
"At the count of 3 be ready to push. 1,2,3!" doctor Aaron yelled and my wife pushed with everything she's got. The next second, the room was filled with a baby cry. "It's a cute baby boy!" The doctor announced.
I stared down at my wife with a big smile on my face. "You did it, my diamond" I chuckled softly and at the same time tears made it's way to my eyes. She flashed me a weak smile and I kissed her forehead.
"My baby" she utters weakly.
"Doctor, there's still another child in there!" One of the female nurses announced.
"What!" My wife and I exclaimed in unison and shared surprise glances.
"It's a twin Sir, your wife needs to push the second child out" the doctor said and I gaze down at my wife who was almost giving up.

My wife has been through a whole lot these past 9months, the pains, cramps, and all the pregnancy stages hasn't been easy for her. There are days that she wouldn't be able to eat because of the pains she was going through. To be honest this 9months journey has been really tough for the both of us, but the good part is today is all going to end and that is the more reason she has to push the second baby out.
"My diamond, I know you're tired and you feel you can't do this but I know you can. Do you know why I trust you? Because you're a strong woman, you are the most fierce woman I've ever met in my life. So, I want you to close your eyes and push one last time as the strong woman that you are. Please, do these for our baby these time around, he needs to see his other twin".
"Okay, please hold my hand" she requested and I held her right hand tight.
"Mrs Fernando, if you are ready please let us know" doctor Aaron said.
"Yes doctor, I'm ready" she answered.
The doctor nods at the nurses and my wife gave one last push and another cry of a baby filled the room. I watched as the baby was removed from my wife's womb and more tears slide down my cheeks. "It's a beautiful baby girl!" The doctor announced. "Congratulations Mr and Mrs Fernando".
"Mine, my diamond, did you that?" I asks with tears of joy.
"Yes I did, my darling. We did it, my love. Please I want to see my babies" she requested with a wide smile.
"Here are your babies Sir, ma'am" the nurses handed our babies to us. I took the boy and my wife carried the girl.
"Oh sweet little angel, you look so tiny and adorable" she touched her fingers and my baby stirs up.
I returned my gaze to my son, he was just so adorable like his sister. "Hey young Fernando, welcome to the world", I stared down at my wife and my girl child. "Thank you so much, Micaela for bringing this two beautiful babies to this world. Thanks for giving me a second version of you" I placed a kiss on her forehead and her cheeks.
"Thanks for giving me a second version of you too. I'm so happy to have the three of you in my life. So tell me, what names should we give to our babies?"
"We can name the girl Miranda, I think it's a cute name for her" I replied.
"And the boy, how about Ferdinand? What do you say to that?" she smiles sheepishly at our son and touched his cheeks.
"Awesome name for our son" I answered and she giggles lightly. "Thank you so much for starting a family with me, Micaela. You and I are going to care for this kids and they'll grow up to be nerds like us"- we both chuckled when I said that and I continued, "I love you so much, my diamond. Now and forever our story will be in the hearts of many" I moved closer and placed a kiss on her lips.
"I think is about time to complete 'Shattered Hearts' story. Let's give the world something to talk about" she giggled and pecks me on the my right cheek. "Thank you for coming into my life and making me a queen, I love you so much, Ferd".
