Chapter 216

Xavier's POV

I tell her to do one simple thing and she can't do it, it's just great. I packed my things and left my office. If it wasn't for dad continuously calling me up I wouldn't have left this early but he won't stop calling me so I have to go over to my parents house, I might as well take a shower because if I don't go there my mum will probably kill me.

"Bro, I missed you." She gives me a tight hug.

"I can't breathe." I lightly pat her back.

"Oh sorry, I just missed you and mom has been waiting for you."

"Of course she is, so how was Paris?" I look at my young sister.

"It was amazingly wonderful, I took pictures and bought gifts for everyone."

And we finally arrived in the living room where I found my mom and sister were seated probably talking about makeup and clothes, don't get me wrong but ever since Gabriella became a model all she does is talk about shoes and clothes, good thing I don't go through that torture we don't really get along that much but I still care about her.

We were seated having dinner. It felt good to sit and eat together even though my brothers' weren't here. I really missed this.

"So son, when I'm going to plan a wedding cause you really need to settle down." She looks at me with a smile but doesn't fall for it cause it's always a trap. Last time, I ended up on a date with some annoying lady because of that smile.

"I don't think this is the right time to talk about this."

"Well it's the right time to talk about it." It's my dad who replies,not my mom, just great, they are going to attack.

"Dad, why did you call me here because if it's about marriage then I am leaving."

"No you are not going anywhere."

"Yes I am, you've got no right to tell me what to do and not do." I quickly get up and start walking out not caring about what he has to say but what he says next is what stops me from leaving.

"If you love your company you will listen to what I have to say."

"What does my company have to do with this?"

"Well your grandfather have decided that you get married you have to get rid of the stupid playboy title If you don't you know the consequences vey wel."

I can't believe these people. "Well he can keep his money and his company but I am not getting married."

"That's where you have it wrong, your Grandfather won't hesitate to give your inheritance to your cousin Dylan and your company might face a big loss because nobody wants to work with the playboy anymore and trust Mr Wilsons is one of those people and your project will be left hanging."

He looks at me with a smile on his face knowing the fact that he has won this time around, "Fine I will get married but to the woman of my choice so don't interfere."

"We won't provided its not that slut of yours Victoria"

What? "But Dad she's My girlfriend I can't-" Before I could finish my sentence my mom beat me to it.

"Well I don't care you won't get married I'M GIVING YOU A WEEK TO FIND YOURSELF A WIFE IF YOU DON'T YOU GET MARRIED TO THE WOMAN THAT WE WILL CHOOSE FOR YOU."

"Wow so you have to find a wife and fall in love with her in a fucking week." Alex laughs at me after hearing what happened."Your parents are delusional."

"I know, I shouldn't have gone there, I might lose my company If I don't get married."

"Don't worry, just draw up a contract where guys could get married for a year and later you both decide whether to continue with the marriage or part ways."

"Well that's great but who am I going to involve in this whole charade?"

"Get one of your models dude, come on I know you can nail this who wouldn't want to marry you?"

"Yeah I know but I will go with it because all the others are so clingy and Victoria is not. I will just marry her and mom and dad won't do anything about it."

"Okay I see what you are doing, you are planning your own funeral, don't worry I will look good at your funeral, well rest in peace I will surely miss you."

"Shut the fuck up my parents can't control my life I won't end up like Mason."

"Well at least Mason fell in love with her in the end. Have you seen Haley, she's a beauty."

"Well I don't care, my life, my rules."

Rian's POV

Well after the whole incident, my boss has been nothing but a rude jerk. I just can't stand his attitude. He keeps on yelling at me and calling me useless. Well today is Friday, two days away from him will work.

"Miss Anderson comes to my office now." He practically yells over the phone and hangs up before I could say anything, of course he's got no manners, I walk into his office and find him talking to someone on the phone

I stand there for sometime and he finally stops. "Miss Anderson I will be leaving the office but you will remain behind cause you need to receive some files you need to sign off, but don't touch the other one am I clear or what."

"Well I just have one question if you don't mind."

He sighs,"Of course, I thought so go ahead."

"Uhmmm why do i need to sign and which one am I signing.", I look at him with clear confusion on my face

"The blue file you have to sign, the blue file. Miss Anderson don't touch the black file you can go."

Jerk, he didn't even answer my other question he left five minutes ago and I am still here waiting for the file, I was really enjoying the moment. Not until Xander called and I was so happy like I haven't seen him for a whole week. I quickly packed all my stuff. I was really happy and couldn't wait to see him.

Finally the files arrived and I signed and quickly left the building and found Alex waiting for me, he took me home to take a shower and change my clothes.



Well the movie was great, who knew Jumanji The Next Level would be that interesting I LOVED IT, after the movie we talked ate ice cream and he dropped me off at home it was fun I changed into my pyjamas and sat down thinking about everything I did the office signing the files, oh wait a minute

OH MY GOD MY BOSS IS GOING TO KILL ME I SIGNED THE WRONG FILE I NEED TO FIX THIS BEFORE HE FINDS OUT ABOUT THIS!
