1382 Not a Family



Qiao Mei and Xia He were not deaf. They could hear what Bian Jiu said, but they did not necessarily have to do as Bian Jiu said. It was already good enough for the three women to get the chance to come in, so they were dreaming if they wanted to stay for a meal!

Shao Yin looked at Qiao Mei without moving and it did not look like she had any intention of leaving. Xia He said in exasperation, "There's nothing else we can do about this and there's no point in you begging us here. You should go and look for Xia Xing!"

Xia He closed her eyes and pretended not to see anything. If Shao Yin liked to kneel, then Xia He would let her kneel for as long as she wanted!

"Second Cousin! Third Cousin-in-law! Please help me! I'm really at my wits' end!" Shao Yin cried.

"Are you going to force Shao Yin to her grave! She's already begging you like this! What else do you want! Our Shao family's daughter doesn't have to worry about not being able to get married! Bian Jiu was so frightened by the imposing manner with which Qiao Mei and Xia He spoke. The three women scrambled out of Qiao Mei's house and ran into the distance. They only dared to stop after running for a long time.

After they left, the children's cries became much softer. Feng Hua coaxed them for a while before they fell asleep again. Fortunately, this matter did not affect the children much.
