“Remember to call him on my behalf later. Tell him to go and look for my grandfather if he needs anything, ” Qiao Mei said.

Lu Huai knew that Qiao Mei wanted to give Chi Ze the “divine medicine” to save his father’s life. However, before Lu Huai left on the trip, Chi Ze had told him that he did not want to disturb Qiao Mei because of his family matters. “The most important thing now is to find a place big enough to build a factory. I’m new here and I’m not very familiar with this place. Do any of you know where the largest piece of land is?” Qiao Mei asked.

“There are plans to develop the south side of the city. The government plans to demarcate it as an industrial zone. Many people are buying land there even though it’s very expensive. Most of the companies which are active there are foreign companies and there are very few domestic companies,” Xiang Chen said.

Qiao Mei knew that location. It would become the most prosperous street in this city in the future. She must seize this opportunity and must not let it slip.

“What are the available plots of land left?” Qiao Mei asked.

“There are still three more plots. One is about 13,000 square meters and the other is about 16,000 square meters. These two plots are very popular and the price is already 13% higher than usual! The last plot is very big and no one has expressed interest to buy it. It’s about 60,000 square meters,” Wu Duo said.

“Not bad, you know this information like the back of your hand. It seems that you’ve been learning well from Xiang Chen,” Qiao Mei said as she looked at Wu Duo approvingly.
