Chapter 29

"Now that we have completely wasted our time, drop us off at the Von House Palace." Lil Jack spat out his window.

"You know what, I could use a drink too." Danny agreed.

The three girls were still on their tail. Sanuika was sound asleep whereas Sana was dozing. Maradina on the other hand was wide awake. She commanded her dragon to follow them by pulling it's fin. Sana snapped out of dozing and looked below.

"Oh good, they are on the move again." Sana said.

Danny and Lil Jack arrived at the club. They got out of the truck and left Monique in it. None of them had any intention of helping her out of it. All they could think of was getting wasted. After their bad day, a good round of bottles was all they wanted. Nothing more, Nothing less.

Monique helplessly watched them go in without her. She weakly opened the door and caught the attention a man. He winked at her in a flirty way and she smiled at him.

She found her prey so everything was going to be fine.

Monique lifted her vest up and exposed her perky breasts to him. With her finger, she seductively gestured for him to go to her. The man turned his head left and right and saw other men around him. He pointed at himself and Monique nodded her head at him. He smiled all the way to the truck.

The music was loud as usual in the Von House Palace. The strippers sweated as they pole danced. People were drunk and having a good time. Lil Jack was already dancing with two prostitutes. Danny pulled him away to their table at the VIP section. Two waitresses in lemon green thongs and bare breasts served them. Moments later, Monique joined them. She wiped the remaining blood on her lips and picked up her beer.

"Feeling better?" Danny asked her after a swig of his bottle.

"Yeah I am." She replied with a distant look on her face. Danny got up to leave to which she asked, "Where are you going?"

"I'm stepping outside for a bit." he answered.

Danny dashed out of the club. The door closed behind him. It opened once more and walking in was Akirexer. A drunken man looked at Akirexer's thigh high boots. His eyes ran up to her black tights and hood hiding her face.

"Hey babe, you must be one of the new girls. Come with me. I promise you that you will have a good time." he rubbed his hands and licked his teeth.

The man staggered towards her and she held his face and thrust him away. He bumped into people and they all stumbled down. That caught the attention of the bouncers who immediately surrounded Akirexer and got ready to throw her out.

Akirexer grinned and one bouncer charged at her. She ducked and punched him in his stomach. Saliva splashed out of his mouth and he dropped to his knees. Upon seeing that, another one threw a punch at her but she held his hand and threw him to the other two bouncers.

Some drunkards broke out fighting and soon the club was in chaos. People punched and kicked each other. Bottles were broken, furniture was destroyed and women ran around screaming in panic.

Some women ran out of the club screaming. Monique heard the commotion and she got up to check. She gasped when she saw Akirexer beating up the bouncers. She turned to warn Lil Jack but the prostitute with him got all his attention by dancing seductively for him.

"I have to get out of here. These two idiots are not worth dying for." she resolved in panic and ran down the stairs.

Monique ran so fast that she was caught off guard when she came face to face with Akirexer half way down the stairs. She fell down in fear with her mouth agape.

Even though the shadow of the hood hid Akirexer's face, Monique was able to see her terrifying glowing red eyes. They pierced through her like a thousand icy arrows.

Monique couldn't move her trembling body. She thought of begging for her life but her tongue was to heavy too shape the words. All that came out of her mouth were muffles that even she couldn't understand.

In what felt like a miracle, Akirexer said nothing to her but shifted her gaze forward. Monique couldn't believe it when she walked passed her like she didn't exist. Monique heaved in relief. Now that the threat was gone, her legs resumed working and she ran out of the club. To her annoyance, she bumped into someone outside. Facing up, she saw that it was Danny.

More people bumped shoulders with them as they scampered out to save their dear lives. Danny looked at them bewildered but Monique's anxiety is what got him worried.

"What is it?" he asked her.

"She is back! I have to get out of here!" Monique shoved Danny aside and ran across the street.

Danny's confusion turned into anger. He took out his revolver and scowled at the building. The darkas god that killed Billy was back. Now was his chance to avenge his brother. He stealthily got into the club.

Watching from above in the clouds were the twins and Maradina. They wondered what the Packets had done to cause such a commotion. Waxx ordered them to stay away until they could fully understand what was going on.

Akirexer stood before Lil Jack who had his hands full of the prostitute's naked breasts. He motorboated them and the woman giggled. During her excitement, she caught sight of Akirexer glaring at Lil Jack with beaming red eyes. She ran away screaming leaving Lil Jack alone and confused.

His confusion was cleared when Akirexer's beaming eyes startled him. He reached out for his gun but Akirexer snatched it away from him at an unbelievable speed. Right before his eyes, she broke the gun with her bare hand like as if it were made out of plastic.

"Hello there, freak." Akirexer grinned and raised her face to the light.

"You, I killed you!" Lil Jack exclaimed shocked. "Wait a minute, you're the darkas god who killed Billy?"

"Wow, you're not as dumb as I thought." Akirexer stretched her lips and casually shrugged her shoulders.

Lil Jack kicked the table up and it distracted Akirexer. He made a run for it up the stairs assuming that she would go down stairs to look for him. He got to the rooftop and panted heavily.

To his horror he heard the sound of Akirexer's footsteps get closer and closer. She did not go down stairs as he thought she would. Lil Jack looked around and saw that the rooftop was bare. He had completely no where to hide.

In a minute Akirexer was on the roof top too. She put her hand on her hip and Lil Jack stared at her dragon mark. Akirexer grinned at him and started approaching him. Lil Jack screamed loud enough for Danny to hear him.

"Wow I had no idea that you were such a coward." Akirexer mocked him with a soft chuckle. "Don't worry, I'm not going to rape you like you desperately tried with me. It still disgusts me that people like you are sick enough to fuck a corpse."

"You weren't dead." Lil Jack argued back.

Akirexer snorted at his defense. "But you thought that I was you sick fuck."

"Wha-what are you going to do with me? Are you going to kill me just like you killed my brother?"

"But of course. You know what they always say, an eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth. You did kill my sister so it's only fair, you know?" Akirexer laughed.

She thrust herself at him, held his neck and choke slammed him hard to the ground. Lil Jack coughed out blood which splashed on her face.

"That's disgusting." she darkly told him.

She picked him up by his neck, lunged 15 meters up and threw him back down. Lil Jack landed with a terrible thud and broke his arm and leg. He cried loudly in pain. Red blood staining his teeth while he wailed uncontrollably.

"It's funny how tables turn huh? I mean you thought you were the shit when you left me for the dead that night." Akirexer giggled and spread her arms wide. "Here's some free advise, next time make sure your victim is dead." her eyes twinkled deviously, "Oh wait, there won't be a next time."

"Don't do this, okay?!" he rolled to his side with a grunt.

"Why shouldn't I?"

Akirexer's dragon mark morphed into her sword and she held it sideways. She picked Lil Jack up and stabbed his stomach. His blood poured to the ground and got on Akirexer's boots. She moved her sword up and cut through him like butter all the way to the top - cutting him in half.

Danny widened his eyes astonished to see Akirexer drop what was left of Lil Jack to the ground. Danny opened fire on her screaming in anger but the bullets just bounced off. When Akirexer turned to face him, he was shocked to see her.

"You," he mouthed and she scoffed.

Akirexer approached him and Danny pulled his trigger again but nothing came out. His world turned black and white. The only thing red in it was his brother's blood. It forced him back to the deathly reality before him in form of a god and he bolted.

"Waxx, it appears one of our kind has killed one of our targets. She is now after the last one." Sana reported.

"Stop her from killing him!" Josh yelled through the speakers instead.

The twins jumped off the dragon and plummeted down to the ground with their arms fixed on their bodies. They didn't squint or close their eyes to the wind brushing violently against their faces.

Danny got into his truck and started the ignition. Akirexer jumped off the roof and landed in front of the truck with a ground shaking thud. She hit his truck and smoke came out of it. Danny screamed in fear and reversed. Akirexer focused her gamarax on a sedan and threw it at the truck. Danny closed his eyes and when he heard a bang he believed that he was a goner.

Fortunately for him, when he opened his eyes, he saw that he was okay. He looked around and saw a fire at his far left. In the fire was the sedan that Akirexer threw at him. Oblivious to him, Sana deflected the car to other cars before it hit Danny.

Danny was surprised to see the twins standing in front of his truck with their backs turned. He nearly jumped out of his skin at the magnificent yet terrifying sight of the landing white dragon.

Danny couldn't understand why other darkas gods saved him but he didn't care enough to stay there. He took the opportunity to escape.

Akirexer turned to go after him but Maradina shot an arrow at her. Akirexer took a look at the girls and recognized them. The twins gasped upon recognizing her too.

"I never thought that we would see each other again under such circumstances." Sana boldly spoke up.

"We don't know what your story is with the Packets but we can't stand by and watch you kill them off." Sanuika added and held up a dagger.

"I have no intention in fighting you. Get out of my way now." Akirexer coldly said to them.

Sana scoffed. "Yeah like we would listen to you."
