The Heavenly Dao: It is the natural law of the universe, which runs endlessly and knows everything; it covers the entire process of the growth, change, and extinction of all things, and is the fundamental law of all phenomena and existence between heaven and earth.

People often say "The Heavenly Dao is ruthless and always kind to people", which means that the Heavenly Dao runs impartially, treats all things in heaven and earth equally, and everything is done according to the laws of nature.

The Great Dao: is more abstract and profound. The Great Dao transcends specific affairs and phenomena. It is the refinement and high-level summary of the overall operation law of the universe. Although the Great Dao is simple, it is all-encompassing. The Great Dao is the origin and destination of all things in the world. The Great Dao is like the passage of time, the flow of years, the change of sun and moon, the cycle of seasons, and the constant change. It leads all things in the universe to a higher level of development.

Similarly, there are differences between the laws of heaven and the laws of the Great Dao.

The laws of heaven: The heavenly Dao is the law of the operation of all things in the world, and it is the law of all things in the world. It stipulates the operation law of all things in the world.
