A peaceful moment
Under the soft light of the full moon, the forest was bathed in an ethereal glow.
The shadows of ancient trees danced around a secluded clearing, where Creed’s hands were tapping in me, our skin glistening silver and ebony, stood facing each other. Our eyes, filled with a mix of primal intensity and tender affection, locked in a gaze that spoke volumes.
In the tranquility of the night, I moved closer to him, our breaths mingling in the cool air. Creed, his form strong and protective, reached out to caress my face with a gentle, clawed hand. I leaned into his touch, my eyes closing briefly in contentment.
Slowly, we nuzzled each other, our fur intertwining as we pressed together.
The warmth of our bodies dispelled the chill of the night, creating a cocoon of intimacy. Creed’s hands roamed over my back, tracing the contours of my muscles and the softness of my fur. I responded with a soft whimper, my own hands exploring the breadth of his shoulders and the strength within him.
As we sank to the ground, the earth beneath us felt soft and welcoming. The cave around us seemed to hold its breath, the only sounds being the rustling leaves and our quiet, shared breaths. Our movements became a dance of passion and tenderness, each touch and kiss a silent promise of love and unity.
In this secluded corner of the world, time ceased to exist. We were lost in each other, their connection transcending the physical. Every caress, every whisper, was an affirmation of our bond. The moon watched over us, a silent guardian of our love, as we surrendered to the primal and profound force that bound us together.

It felt like we were the only beings left in the world. Hands locked to each other, bodies embracing one another, and our soft breathing steadying, matching each other's rhythm.
We had been awake for a while now, but Creed was busy caressing my hair as he stared deeply into my soul.
I stared back, “What? You have been staring at me for the past hour.”
He smiled, “I hope this moment will last.”
“I wish too.”
“I thought you wouldn’t accept me.” He suddenly opened up, and I blinked.
“Really?” I chuckled, “If anything, I thought that you wouldn’t give in to me. But guess I am just that charming.”
He rolled his eyes, “Oh dear, now I am back to the present Nyra.”
I playfully hit his arm, “But you love it, you love all my little antics and annoying you.”
He shook his head, “It was you who loved it.”
I pursed my lips, “Hmm, yes, you’re right. it’s just so satisfying to watch you break your walls.” I paused, suddenly thought of asking the question I had always wanted, “Wait a minute, I had always wanted to ask you this. When did you realize that you love me?”
He raised his eyebrows, “Do you have to know? I already told you I love you, I think that should suffice.”
I tapped his nose, “Nope, my sweetheart. I need answers. I want to know when exactly did you fall for me.”
“Then I’ll keep it a secret.”
I glared at him. He’s so stoic! I hate it when he chooses to be like this. I feel like a child in front of him.
“Come on, just tell me, Creed.”
“No.”
I immediately stood up, “Fine, I guess I’ll just leave you here-“
His hands instantly pulled me to him and I was in his arms, “When Brix, my past assistant, almost took you for him.”
I gasped, that was a long time ago! Now recalling, I almost forgot that incident with how bizarre things had happened to me.
“You’re serious, right?” I asked, just to make sure.
“Am I the type to joke?” He asked back, and that made me think about that incident. His assistant then, Brix, was the one who sexually harassed me, and almost…I gulped. I am thankful that Creed came to the rescue for that…
“I guessed that your answer would be when Fenris took me and claimed me to be his,” I responded, avoiding his gaze and the topic.
“That too, awakened my deep desire to have you.”
“You know, I was thankful to you, and that was the moment I decided to live,” I admitted. Although my memory is blurry now, this is due to my desire to live on and erase all the bad moments in my head.
I might go insane if I keep it all in my head.
“You looked dead when I saw you.” Creed suddenly muttered, “And for my whole life living as the fearsome ravager, I had never seen a creature that looked so dead but alive. “
This is the first time we talked about this. I could clearly remember his image of bursting there. How he pretended to be Alpha Fenris, how he sacked his pack, and how mad he looked. I admit I had feared him back there, but nothing mattered to me because I accepted death at that time.
“Did you pity me?”
“Yes, I admit. That was the first time I felt emotions. I had killed all of it long ago, but when I saw you in that state, I thought to myself, ‘Poor her.’ And I felt that all of my sufferings could not equal yours.”
I couldn’t help but laugh at his confession. I am happy to see him this delicate and honest in front of me. And it is nice to talk about the past. It is healing me in a way.
I heaved a sigh, “Thank you. For saving me in this mess.”
“Even though it went completely away from my plan? Yes.” He commented, and we both laughed. He’s right, I diverted him from his initial plans, and I am the main reason for that. Yet he’s just letting me ruin his plans. Ruin him...
“And, what’s the next step for us?” I asked, “You’re hundred percent sure about me, right?” I asked, perhaps he might have a sudden change of mind and backup.
“Do I look like I simply turn away from something once I achieve it? I am the type to claim what’s mine and never let that go.” He answered, “And why are you questioning that when I marked and already mated with you?”
“You claimed me for you, there’s no turning back, Creed. You can’t return me anymore since there is no place for me to return. I am your responsibility now.”
“Gladly. I’ll do it gladly.” He pressed his lips on mine and continued, “Nyra, you’re precious, don’t ever belittle yourself into thinking you're that easily replaced. It pains me to see that you view yourself that way, we have to change that.”
I nodded, “Anything, for my Ravager. I’ll do it for you.”
Never in my life did I imagine to mouth those words. Never did I imagine myself to submit willingly to someone like Creed. Rude, stoic, firm, possessive.
Those are all the qualities I hated for a male. Yet he defied all my morals. He clung to me like no one did, and had a vision for me.
Suddenly, our peaceful moment was halted when Creed’s ears perked up and his eyes scanned the trees behind us.
“What?” I asked, now standing in alert. If this is another alpha showdown, I don’t think I can ever survive that watching again.
“I am sensing something.” He mumbled. Grabbing his clothes, he put it on and I did the same. Creed then grabbed my hands gently, “We need to return to my territory, Mistbane Pack.”
