#713 - Peter's evil smile! Danger!
"No, it's not Dumbledore's fault."
Snape had also come over at some point, his face gloomy as he said to Madame Maxime, "Don't blame Dumbledore, it's Harry Potter's fault. Ever since he entered the school, he has been constantly violating school rules."
Hearing Snape's inflammatory words, Dumbledore looked at him with displeasure.
"Thank you, Snape."
Seeing Dumbledore's dissatisfied gaze, Snape quickly closed his mouth.
"Quiet! Both of you, listen to me!"
Seeing that Madame Maxime and Karkaroff seemed to be planning to start a fight.
Dumbledore immediately thought of an object to shift the blame to, he looked towards Peter.
"Perhaps you can ask Mr. Patrick for his opinion. Besides Harry, these other champions are all his children, perhaps he can give you some answers."
Hearing Dumbledore's reply, several people immediately turned their dissatisfied gazes towards Peter.
Seeing Dumbledore, the old codger, shift the topic, Peter coughed and said to the crowd, "Perhaps we can ask them individually how they did it."
"Good!"
Madame Maxime immediately stormed towards the room where the champions were.
Peter, Diana, Mera, Dumbledore and the others quickly followed.
Azu sat next to Clark, saying with some regret, "It's a pity I don't know magic, otherwise I would have participated in this farm championship too."
Clark shook his head and said to him, "This isn't exactly a farm championship, John."
"It's close enough, anyway, with Raven and the others joining, no one else will get the championship for sure."
Azu stretched lazily and whispered to Clark, "I've recently heard other people at Piltover Academy talking about it. The Rune Continent possesses a powerful force. If I can obtain this power, perhaps I can use magic and deal with the crazed Raven, it wouldn't be a problem."
"What is it?"
Clark immediately became interested.
Azu whispered to him, "The summit of the Rune Continent, Mount Targon, simply put, is the highest and most mysterious place on the entire continent. Legend has it that this mountain hides extraordinary power, because it is where the god-like beings, the Aspects, exist in the eyes of people."
"They are neither gods nor humans, but demigods, messengers of the Targonian gods on Mount Targon in the mortal realm. Those who gain the approval and blessing of the Targonian gods become Aspects."
Azu's eyes flashed with a strange light, "As long as I obtain the power of the Aspect, I can defeat the crazed Raven, even if the Trigon within her comes out, she will not be my opponent."
"Raven is our sister, she is not an enemy."
Clark felt that Azu's thinking was a bit dangerous.
"Have you forgotten, in the Invincible Mark's world, she almost wiped us out."
Azu lowered his voice and said to him, "I'm just taking precautions, otherwise, with my power, I won't be able to protect Dad and the farm."
Seeing that Azu was so resolute, Clark didn't want to persuade him any further.
He planned to find a time to talk to the Godfather about this matter.
Inside the room, Raven and the others were gathered around the fireplace.
Viktor Krum and Fleur Delacour were sitting by the fire, looking bewildered.
Under the reflection of the flames, their shadows stretched long on the ground.
Both of them were a little confused, wasn't it the Triwizard Tournament?
How come after Raven, who was clearly not of the right age, appeared, people kept coming in like dumplings being dropped into a pot.
What does this mean?
Was Hogwarts, as the host, being so unscrupulous?!
On the other side, Tom leaned against the mantelpiece, hunching over and pondering something, keeping a slight distance from everyone else.
Loki stood there with his hands behind his back, his eyes fixed on the fire.
Mark and Harry were whispering something.
Raven was sitting by the fireplace, constantly sizing up everyone in the room.
When Peter and the others walked in, Fleur Delacour turned her head and tossed her waterfall-like silver hair.
"Teacher, what is happening?"
Madame Maxime said with a livid face.
Ludo Bagman then walked into the room.
He grabbed Harry's arm.
"This is too bizarre!"
He squeezed Harry's arm hard, muttering in a low voice, "This is absolutely too bizarre! Ladies and gentlemen."
He pulled Harry by the arm and walked to the fireplace, saying to Viktor Krum, Fleur Delacour, and Raven, "Please allow me to introduce you—although it seems incredible, this is the fourth champion of the Triwizard Tournament!"
Then he introduced Tom, Mark, and Loki to the three.
Viktor Krum straightened his body, looking up and down at the newcomers, a gloomy expression on his otherwise arrogant face.
Harry seemed a little at a loss.
He looked nervously at Bagman, then at Dumbledore and Peter.
Fleur Delacour, upon hearing this news, tossed her hair and smiled enchantingly, saying to Bagman, "This joke is very funny, Mr. Bagman."
"Joke?"
Bagman repeated, saying with a serious face, "No, no, definitely not, Mark, Harry, Tom, and Loki's names just came out of the Goblet of Fire!"
Krum's thick eyebrows furrowed slightly.
Fleur frowned.
"But this is obviously a mistake."
Fleur said haughtily to Bagman, "They can't compete, they are all too young."
"Yes, it is indeed surprising."
Bagman rubbed his smooth chin, smiling, "But, as everyone knows, the age limit, as an additional safety measure, was only implemented this year. Since these gentlemen's names have flown out of the Goblet, my meaning is, I think that since it has come to this point, it is not allowed to desert at the last minute, the regulations are very clear."
Then he turned his gaze towards Peter, "You agree, don't you? Mr. Patrick."
Peter didn't expect this guy to show goodwill to him.
Considering that this guy was from the Ministry of Magic and might know him, Peter nodded and said, "Yes, I think that makes a lot of sense."
Madame Maxime glared at him, "Because they are all your children, Mr. Patrick, of course you would agree."
She had inquired in advance and knew that Peter's family was a mysterious family that had recently appeared in the British wizarding world.
It was said that they had a great influence in the British Ministry of Magic, and that many of their children were the most outstanding wizards at Hogwarts.
Fleur, hearing that these suddenly added participants were all Peter's children, a shocked expression appeared on her face.
Why did the other party look so young?!
And to be able to have four outstanding wizarding children, was the other party a noble family in the British wizarding world?
Fleur cast her surprised gaze towards Peter, starting to speculate wildly.
Professor Karkaroff asked the two from the Ministry of Magic, "Mr. Crouch, Mr. Bagman, you two are our objective judges, you must think this matter is inappropriate, right?"
Bagman wiped his face with a handkerchief, turning his gaze to Crouch.
Crouch stood by the fireplace, his face flickering.
After a moment, he said in a stiff tone, "We must abide by the charter. The charter stipulates that anyone whose name comes out of the Goblet of Fire must participate in the Triwizard Tournament."
"Then I insist that my student re-register."
Professor Karkaroff said angrily, "You must put the Goblet of Fire back out, we must keep adding names to it, until each school produces five champions, only then will it be fair."
Bagman shook his head, "That won't do, the Goblet of Fire has just been extinguished, it will only be rekindled at the next tournament."
"The next tournament, Durmstrang will never participate!"
Professor Karkaroff said angrily, "We held so many meetings, went through so many negotiations, I didn't expect this kind of thing to happen, we are leaving now!"
"I will protest to the Ministry of Magic and the International Confederation of Wizards!"
Just as Karkaroff was roaring, Peter interrupted him.
"Perhaps you can listen to my idea, Professor Karkaroff."
"What?"
Karkaroff looked at Peter with a surprised gaze.
Dumbledore stroked his beard, his expression slightly relaxed.
Peter stood up, looked around at everyone, and said slowly, "I suggest that the Goblet of Fire cannot be relit, but your school can invite another foreign aid to participate in the tournament. In addition, I personally contribute 10,000 Galleons, and a priceless magical artifact, as the champion's prize."
Peter's words stunned everyone.
"All the champions participating in the tournament will receive rewards based on their brave performance, no longer being eliminated with nothing to gain, how about that?"
He paused, waiting for everyone to digest it, and continued, "In addition, I think the competition items should also be changed or increased."
Peter decided to personally help these few brats set up some trials.
He planned to use the power of the Ruby to simulate and create some dangerous levels.
For example, simulating the Warhammer world scene, letting Raven and Mark wear power armor, carrying wands and a group of space marines, to fight "Greenskins".
Now that Little Horus is here, it's just right to let him observe in advance.
This child will become a commander in the future, maybe he will gain experience.
Or throw the champions into the New York where Thanos has descended, or the Metropolis where General Zod has descended, or the Gotham ruled by the Injustice Superman of the Injustice world.
Since these few brats dared to secretly cheat on him, he didn't mind letting them experience how to pass a hell difficulty dungeon.
Thinking of this, a wicked smile appeared on the corner of Peter's mouth.
Raven, Mark, Tom, and Loki, for some reason, seeing the "ill-intentioned" smile on Peter's mouth, suddenly felt uneasy.
