32. Broken family
After Diane's meeting with Alex that night, Diane feels increasingly anxious, because Alex seems reluctant to let her go. Alex still thinks that Diane has the right for Alex to have, even though their status is only ex-husband and wife, and that is proof of Alex's selfish nature.
“Alexavier Residence Apartments”
Alex was in his apartment in city A, and at that time Joceline also came there to complain to her brother.
Joceline came with a weary face, and sat limply on the sofa.
“Alex, do you know that Sharon the damn bitch has seduced our father?” asked Joceline, suddenly making Alex let go of his handphone just like that.
“What are you talking about, Joceline? You can hate her, but don't get anything to do with farher." Alex warned, then downed a glass of water.
“Maybe some of the maids actually already know about father and Sharon's relationship. However, they chose to remain silent. However, I, as your father's daughter, can't just sit idly by and watch my own family on the verge of collapse…” Joceline said in a soft tone.
"Control your emotions, and act more mature .." said Alex, then sat beside Joceline.
“If Diane were still your wife, maybe our family would still be happy. But, how stupid I am for choosing to be silent, when I know the truth…” said Joceline with tears in her eyes.
"What do you know?"
“Of course your lies and all your illicit relationships with Sharon. However, instead of reaping happiness, your household is falling apart because of a bitch like Sharon."
"Diane is indeed irreplaceable, and what's more, Diane has also given me a handsome son..." Alex said with a warm smile on his face, unlike usual.
”What? Diane has children from you?” Suddenly Joceline was surprised.
"Everything was my fault.. when I divorced Diane with all the slander that I threw, actually at that time Diane was pregnant with my son..--" Alex also told everything to Joceline with a sad face.
"Alex, quickly take me to meet Diane and also my handsome nephew.. hurry up, Alex.." said Joceline begged Alex.
“Tomorrow we are going to the town where Diane is now. Because I already have a house in that city.” Alex said. While Joceline looks very happy about it.

“D CITY”
As promised, Alex arrives in City D with his sister Joceline.
They arrived at Diane's courtyard. Joceline was already looking very impatient to meet Diane and the Aland baby.
Pressed the doorbell and waited for Diane to greet them.

One of Aland's babysitters appeared and invited them to enter, because they already knew Alex well enough.
"Is this my nephew?" asked Joceline enthusiastically, when she saw baby Aland in the stroller greeting.
“Madam Diane will be arriving soon, please wait, sir and madam.” Said the nanny.
After a while, Diane arrived from the office where she worked which is next to her house too.

"Diane.." Joceline said, then hugged Diane tightly, and there Joceline apologized to Diane for everything that had happened in the past.
"Please sit down," Diane said coldly, not as warm as before.
Joceline realized that Diane's behavior was caused by her family too, and Joceline felt increasingly guilty.
Diane served hot tea to her guests who were visiting today, namely Alex, Joceline and several of Alex's subordinates who had come along with Alex.
"Diane, forgive all our family's treatment of you.. please, don't keep our family away, especially this cute baby.." Joceline said softly.
“I also don't intend to remember past events, because they were too heartbreaking to think back on. However, if you say I'm keeping my family away.. hmmpp.. instead I'm just following Uncle Herd's wish, who warned me to stay away from Caspian's family.” Diane said in a tone that was quite curt.
"I realize, everything is my family's fault, but please let dad also know, if he has this handsome grandson.."
“Joceline, you have to remember that Alex's current position is already being a wife to Sharon and even having children. So, don't you ever do anything that could harm my little family. Since Aland is all I have right now, I don't want anyone trying to hurt us anymore. Enough, enough suffering you have done to me.” Diane snapped in an emotional tone.
But Joceline looks as if she is defending herself and thinks her father has the right to know all that.
"But no matter what, you have the right to know, Diane..."
”Joceline is enough! You're just making things worse, if I had known this, I would never have told you this truth. Your attitude is very bad and disgraceful!” Alex snapped, and made the atmosphere even more tense because of that.
“Are you worried because of Sharon? Sharon is a nobody in Caspian's family, she even gave birth to a crippled child."

Alex landed a punch on Joceline's cheek, because she felt Joceline's words were getting outrageous.
"Alex, do you still want to defend that bitch, after what that bitch did?"
"Watch your words, you are too outrageous and too advanced in speaking." Alex insisted.
"You two, that's enough. Please leave my house, you are only disturbing Aland's rest." Diane said driving Alex and Joceline away, because she felt it was inappropriate to act as a guest.

Alex also took Joceline away from Diane's residence with feelings of anger.
“You know how hard it was for me to convince Diane to come back. But you just ruined everything, you really can't think maturely, Joceline!” Alex snapped, still annoyed by Joceline's behavior.
"I can handle Sharon, if only that bitch scared Diane."
”Shut up! While you just keep having problems with Sharon, then you try to turn things around? I know Sharon far better than you, you are not Sharon's match, you understand!”
”You are also just a loser husband, you can only blame others and sacrifice others for your own pleasure and selfishness. Now that you're acting nice, it's really unfortunate to hear that." Said Joceline denied.
“Joceline!” Alex again raised his hand to land a punch.
“Just hit it, that's all you can do. No wonder your household is always in chaos, while you yourself are incapable of being a husband!”
Alex dropped Joceline in front of his residence, then left Joceline there.
Ahkk... Joceline screamed in annoyance.
“All because of Sharon bitch! You see, I will repay all his actions .. Joceline muttered full of annoyance and revenge burning in her heart.
Meanwhile, Alex is still trying to apologize from Diane, for what happened this afternoon.
