Even Lin Yi felt a sense of urgency. He really wanted another veteran fighter by his side. This way he wouldn't have to be afraid of any possible hidden threats!
Which is why Lin Yi decided that today was the day he would recover Uncle Fu's strength back to full capacity. This was all due to Xie Yufeng's subtle actions today. Lin Yi didn't want to expose too much of his abilities, but accidents were hard to predict so before Xie Yufeng decided to act on his terms, Uncle Fu must be fully restored!
In terms of vulnerability, this was the time where he would be in a weakened state. This was the calm that occured before a storm, so there wasn't an excessive worry that vengeance would come knocking on their door.
Even while deep in thought, Lin Yi didn't slow down on the energy transfer. With the Art of Dragon Mastery, he maintained a constant flow of energy into Uncle Fu's body pushing him from just the state of recovery.
When Uncle Fu sensed that his meridians were fully healed, he wanted to jump up for joy, and stretch his legs. That was when he paused and noticed that the energy stream wasn't decreasing with any intention of slowing down.
"Xiao Yi… You…" Uncle Fu was taken by surprised.
Lin Yi smiled as a reply. He didn't answer verbally, instead he focused on transferring energy into Uncle Fu's body. Uncle Fu understood the meaning of this action! Lin Yi wanted to use his own body as a catalyst to transfer energy!
Uncle Fu had been in this situation before! His wife was also a practitioner who used pure energy as a means of self healing and a booster to upgrade. Every time his wife would spend a year to gather the energy, and inject it into his body, but it only increased his level by a small fraction!
Once his wife was done with feeding the energy, she would train herself. Uncle Fu didn't feel too guilty because this was the way House Sun was operated!
However, Lin Yi was different; he would heal strangers that he didn't know. He would give them the full treatment, and risk losing the majority of his energy capacity. How could Uncle Fu remain calm knowing that Lin Yi was willing to take this huge risk?
Uncle Fu was surprised that Lin Yi's energy could be used immediately. With the endless stream of energy influx, he sensed that his power was slowly recovering! This sensation was similar to when he was training his physical arts. What a refreshing feeling!
When he noticed Lin Yi's smile, that meant he had set his goal. When he set his goal, he actually tried to accomplish it. Lin Yi wasn't that old in age, but his determination was solid! At this point, Uncle Fu felt like he was being an inconvenience to Lin Yi, but he didn't dare interrupt the flow of energy. That would be much more dangerous!
Now that things have progressed this far, Uncle Fu doesn't want to waste Lin Yi's efforts, so he started chanting his own sect's mantra. In hopes of making the energy absorption more effective, he timed it with Lin Yi's energy flow.
The moment Uncle Fu started on the chant, his body's absorption rate increased, like a gate had just been unlocked. Any physical martial artist obtained their energy by absorbing and converting nature's pure energy. This time, Uncle Fu was absorbing pure energy, but it was Lin Yi's pure energy!
Lin Yi felt that Uncle Fu was absorbing his energy a lot quicker. Lin Yi shrugged it off, as he figured that Uncle Fu was doing his best to match him! Lin Yi didn't have any intentions of slowing down! Higher absorption rate meant that it would be finished quicker! Lin Yi was very joyful about it!
Working intensively harder, Lin Yi was burning through his energy. As long as the end result was a renewed Uncle Fu, it didn't matter how much energy he used. He can easily regain it all back in the pendant interdimensional space in one night's time!
Seconds turned into minutes, Lin Yi didn't stop as long as Uncle Fu could still intake!
The two were like monks in mediational state. There was no talking, only stern faces remained!
Uncle Fu sensed that he was about to reenter into the Golden class! He was so surprised as he didn't dare think that it was possible. In a few minutes time, he was able to jump from the status of an average person to a Golden class power level. To forcefully power someone up, he couldn't help but think how much pure energy it would require!
With so much pure energy, Uncle Fu thought that Lin Yi was transferring it all for free to himself! Uncle Fu felt emotional and swore to himself privately that he would do his best to repay Lin Yi! This generous gift was simply too generous!
Lin Yi sensed the change in power level stabilizing in Uncle Fu, he smiled for a little bit.
Almost the time to break through! Uncle Fu bordered the energy threshold for Golden Class. He recalled the time when he had to train for months on end to reach this same class l+evel. Was he also this excited the first time he achieved it?
"Boom!" Uncle Fu broke through the threshold barrier and his body quaked from the transition. It was a successful transition from being powerless person to a Golden Class fighter.
Smiling formed on Uncle Fu's face. Was it always this easy for spiritual masters to reach Golden Class?
With the new breakthrough, Lin Yi couldn't keep up with the increase in demand that Uncle Fu required.
Checking on the remaining energy within him, Lin Yi frowned. He used a third of his energy to recover Uncle Fu's meridians and to help breakthrough into Golden Class, which left Lin Yi with the minimum operating amount of energy.
He was close to reaching his critical threshold.
Now what should he do? Give up now? Lin Yi was reluctant to do so. He didn't want to give up on making Uncle Fu a powerhouse. It all depended on what he chose to do now!
But, with barely any energy remaining, how can he continue?
A lightbulb appeared in Lin Yi's head, he remembered that he did something similar when he had to transfer energy over to General Wu! He had to enter his conscience into the inter dimensional realm of the pendent while maintaining his energy transfer state. Once inside the pendant, he can use his Art of Dragon Mastery to replenish his own energy supply. Then, that same energy would be transferred over to Uncle Fu.
What an idiot, as Lin Yi scold himself. Lin Yi focused his collective conscience and dove into the pendent realm.
He was running out of energy fast!
Once in the interdimensional realm, he focused on the chant specific to the Art of Dragon Mastery, which caused the dense energy to surge through his own body and in turn, converted into Uncle Fu's body.
The transfer rate was evidently faster than before! The reason was simple, the energy in the pendent interdimensional realm far exceeds the amount of energy in Lin Yi's body.
