"Sure, but it's a little troublesome…" Lin Yi smiled wryly. A lot his energy had been consumed by others in just a few days!

"Lin Yi, I beg of you, please save it, can you?" Mengyao saw the troubled expression on Lin Yi's face. She could tell things weren't going to be easy. She knew that even if Lin Yi was skilled, General Weiwu was close to death. How could he save it?

Lin Yi had exhausted plenty of energy in saving her yesterday, and here she was asking Lin Yi to save General Weiwu. Mengyao felt sorry and couldn't bear to trouble him again.

"Ha, I said it's a little troublesome, but I didn't say I wouldn't help, did I?" Lin Yi was looking at the Miss's face which was filled with hope. It was pretty cute. His heart tightened slightly. The Miss was actually a caring and full of emotions girl, but she never showed it and would never expose her true feelings so easily. She always covered up her true self with a serious face.

"En…" Mengyao nodded.

"Oh my, why are you guys so flirty? Yaoyao sis, you are going to be Shield bro's main wife anyway. Off course Shield bro has to save the dog for you, doesn't he?" Yushu commented.

Menyao pursed her lips and didn't say a word. She was looking at Lin Yi with gratitude in her eyes.

Lin Yi brought General Weiwu into his room and faced Uncle Fu. "Uncle Fu, can I trouble you for a moment? Please cover me and don't let anyone in."

Although Lin Yi had disabled Yukun's strength, he wasn't sure the effectiveness of this skill. Who knew if House Yu have someone like Lin Yi who could repair Yukun's meridians? So to make sure things didn't go wrong, he had Uncle Fu cover for him first!

With Uncle Fu's strength, he could at least handle the situation for a moment before he got out of the room with a strategy.

"This is what I'm supposed to do. How would that trouble me?" Uncle Fu quickly added, "You are helping Miss' Chu with the dog. I should be the one to say thank you here!"

"Ha, this is what I'm supposed to do too?" Lin Yi smiled and went into his room.

General Weiwu was not completely dead, it just fainted. With the damage in the dog's internal organs were, Lin Yi was confident that he was able to rescue the dog. What actually mattered here was the methods used.

Lin Yi wanted to use his own energy, but could his energy save a dog too? Lin Yi's energy was effective towards humans, but was it effective towards dog too? He didn't know! If his energy could be used, then saving General Weiwu became an easier task. Otherwise, he had to his old methods like acupuncture and herbs to treat General Weiwu.

"Elder Jiao, can I use my energy with a dog?" Lin Yi was afraid that sending energy into the dog would kill it. He quickly consulted Elder Jiao first.

"I don't know. I've no knowledge in this, I have never tried this before." Elder Jiao's voice rang in Lin Yi's ears. "However, your energy is all-purpose. Theoretically speaking, it should be effective? Why don't you give it a try?"

"Try? Will it die with one try?" Lin Yi was uncertain with Elder Jiao's answer.

"It won't just die like this, either your energy is useless or you will overuse the energy." Elder Jiao replied.

"Okay then, I'll try." He could only help a dead horse if it were still alive. The Miss wouldn't exactly blame him if things went wrong as he had really given his all in rescuing the dog.

Lin Yi placed his hand on General Weiwu and slowly channeled the Art of Dragon Mastery. In an instant, a large amount of energy was sucked into General Weiwu's body from Lin Yi.

Lin Yi was surprised. Was it effective?

However, the suction force was powerful, Lin Yi did not control or stop the flow of energy since he wasn't how much energy was needed to rescue a dog. So, he just allowed General Weiwu to absorb as much energy as needed. Worse came to worst, he could just sleep for a night to recover back the lost energy.

Time was ticking, second by second, minute by minute, he wasn't sure how much time was spent yet General Weiwu was still sucking his energy at a constant intense speed. It didn't seem like he was injured to required such an enormous amount of energy. Even though Lin Yi felt dizzy, his head was already spinning a little, and it was the sign of his energy reaching zero, he still continued sending the energy without hesitation. It was all for the Miss to be happy again. He had to tough it out.

Recalling how the Miss treated him, other than holding hostility against him when they first met, she was actually rather nice to him. After accepting him, the Miss actually did care about him, didn't she? Besides, he even touched the Miss' breast just now?

He didn't know when he would be able to feel them again? While Lin Yi was lingering… he accidentally fell asleep.

The energy exhausted was too much, so he entered into energy recovery sleeping mode directly.

Inside the jade, Lin Yi saw Elder Jiao. "Elder Jiao, why am I here again?"

"I've no idea." Elder Jiao shook his head, "And, I've no idea if your energy could actually save the dog or not but the dog has absorbed quite an amount… However, I think you should take care of yourself first, get yourself recharge. What if an enemy approaches when you are in your current condition?"

Lin Yi startled and quickly activated the Art of Dragon Mastery once again without questioning again. The energy inside the jade was rushing into Lin Yi's body with a crazy speed…

The energy inside the jade was limitless. Even though Lin Yi had been absorbing it all these while- the concentration was still very thick. All of the pores on Lin Yi's skin fully opened to absorb the energy in the space….

The time was passing silently again. Out of the blue, Lin Yi felt that his body was bursting in energy!

Peak early phase mystic class? Lin Yi was stunned and returned back to reality form the jade! Lin Yi found out that he leveled up again from the beginning of early phase to the peak early phase. In other words, he would reach the middle phase mystic class in no time. It was so close.

What was going on?

Lin Yi felt like his strength always increased after he recharged back the lost energy. Just like the previous incident where he tried to rescue Feng Xiaoxiao, the situation was more or less the same, wasn't it?

Like what legends say "Without destruction, there can be no construction"? Could it be that in order to break through, he had to lose a large amount of energy and have it replenished?

Lin Yi didn't know if his guess was right or not but things were indeed magical! He couldn't believe that he got blessed by misfortune and gained new strength.

General Weiwu called out to Lin Yi who was just right beside him. He flinched and suddenly remembered that he was treating General Weiwu earlier! He entered the jade unconsciously and when he woke up, he was surprised to find himself leveled up. He had been distracted all this while that he didn't even notice General Weiwu's existence!

It seemed like General Weiwu woke up before he did? Lin Yi turned his head towards the sound to see General Weiwu before his bed, squatting there like a guardian angel, guarding him. General Weiwu was very excited to see Lin Yi got back to his senses, and it was wagging its tail happily!
