Chapter 5 a friend?

We both looked at eachother for a while before I broke the silence.

"What's a child doing out here?"

The look on her face was that of a relief as she must have done the same thing with me using her [appraisal] skill that she has but too bad it's only D rank .

The difference between [appraisal] and [analysis] is that [appraisal] is more of the [system] appeasing it for you while [analysis] is the same but with it do it in more of a detail.

Tho [analysis] is a pain to upgrade while you can use [appraisal] from the start.

I looked at her again as if realising she hasn't answered my question she spoke again.

"I am Amari Yuma and I am a village girl"

"What's a village girl like you doing here? "

My question must have made her panic because I could see her panic.

"Well it's hard to say ..."

"Really? Then you don't have to say it but the very least I have to properly check your identity to make sure your not a monster."

The look on the face turned more into a panic and now nervousness but as if remembering something she took out something from her dirty and worn out clothes.

As she gave me it I asked what it was.

As I looked down at the id.

The card was messed up to the point half of the card was unreadable.

I looked at her as I could feel her emotions of letting it work even tho she doesn't think I don't notice but even her one hand she has put behind her is crossing their finger's.

"This will do come with me."

As I said these words her face instantly brightened as she would nodd.

"But we're are we going?"

"To the village down?"

"There is a village down there?"

I looked at her as looked back at me as if realising what she had just said .

"Ha I will pretend like I didn't hear that before we go I will get you some clothes so wait here for a bit.

"You will get clothes for me ?"

"Yes? Something wrong about that?"

"No but where are we Gona find clothes here?"

"I have clothes in my storage pouch."

"You have a storage pouch?"

"Yes?"

"I don't believe it mister you must be lying."

As if to prove her point she would point at me .

To prove her wrong I would pull out clothes from my pouch which would shut her up .

The reason I have this pouch is because on the way I switched my pouch to a storage pouch so I can sell all the things I hunted also to use my [inventory] so no one gets suspicious.

After we settled that little discussion.

I started to look for clothes to give her . I had no normal clothes after all for example.

See this clothing is not only a B rank but this is one of the weakest stuff I have .

Let me look at other stuff .

After searching for an hour I finally found clothes that would not raise any suspicion.

You might think why is it better than the B rank well tell me would you have a shirt that you can wear and not worry about damages or a shirt that only protects you from D rank attack s.

For me this clothing has saved me from spending extra money on cleaning gear on the past.

Before I gave it to her I would use the magic clean on her to clean her up .

Few minutes later she would come out wearing the clothing.

She now looked like a Nobel's daughter.

I would stare at her as she would get flustered.

"Quit looking at me old man!!"

"From minster to old man ? You know I am only 19 right?"

"Whatever you must look bad that's why you are hiding your face ."

"I look normal."

it took half and hour to make her stop talking about it .

We now were inside the village.

After explaining what happened and her situation.

They gave her a new id to transfer all of the id information there .

As we normally were walking outside the village to get to the alliance city .

"Hey !" She called me

Looking back I said "what?"

With a embarrassed face she said "look here I am an adult ok!"

As if with trying to fill her embarrassment of being mistaken a child with pride of her being the older one .

Looking down I saw the id now having everything.

She would look up at my face for a reaction but would see just my mask and my unimpressed eyes.

After that we walked for half a day to get there as it took half a day because she wouldn't let me run with me carrying her because she was embarrassed to look like she was a child being carried by her older brother.

Anyway we are now heading to the adventure guild since she said she wanted to be a adventure.

We got to the adventure guild as she bursted in happy while I had to follow her keeping up with her wasn't really a problem.

I looked at the respsonit who was not responist who was here with me when I made my name and also realised that I haven't submitted that I had completed my quest.

After few talks and doing the paperwork about how the quest went .

It has been a few minutes since Amari went to get her adventure card .

As I was worried she would get caught my worries would die down when I saw her come out with a obvious grin as if looking proud she would show me her D rank adventure card.

"See I am already at D rank it will be no time that I catch up to you ."

"Sure. "

"Hey ! I am serious!"

We argued back and forth more like she was the one arguing while I was just saying yes ,no or a little sentence.

To outsiders we probably seemed like brother and sister.

Before we head out ways I would stop her .

" What you have something more to say"

Without answering I would give her a pouch and leave .

Leaving the confused and bewildered Amari behind.

The thing's that are in the pouch are [B rank Adventure clothes] [ B rank weapons] [ some potions] and [ B rank pendent]

All these items are top notch not to mention the pouch is a storage pouch .

Did I leave anything else oh right some money as well tho I guess she will freak out when she sees 1 gold coins and 50 sliver coins.
