Since Glory did not have any place to go, she followed Clara to the clinic. On getting there, they saw Alex hurriedly coming out of the clinic, so Ella immediately called out to him.

At first Alex was surprised but on seeing the person he was going to, going to, right in front of him, he had the urge to run to her but his eyes were immediately filled with guilt. Glory opened the door and helped Clara out.

" And are you? " Alex asked, looking at the unfamiliar face beside Clara.

" Her friend, any problems with that ?" Glory answered nonchalantly. She did not have a good impression of this guy before her. If she was not mistaken, Clara's files were leaked from his hospital and those files were supposed to be under his care.Please give her some treatment ", she coldly added. With a double meaning.

But unknown to her, she had just shown Alex how much she cared about Clara. He nodded and allowed her into the clinic while he and Clara went into his office.

"I am sorry" he said, immediately closing the blinds. He really needs to apologise for wronging her. If only he had been extra careful, all this wouldn't have happened.

" For what " Clara asked, looking straight at him.

" I was careless. That day after you left the clinic, Jennifer dropped by because she claimed she was my girlfriend. The nurse in charge allowed her into my office". He explained everything to her and apologized once again .

He knows that Clara finds it hard to trust people and he wanted to be among those she can trust, but that Jennifer just destroyed his little hope.

In the car, where Clara couldn't help but ask Glory Ella's whereabouts.
