Lying

Clara quietly walked into the bearly lit room ,

' what is all this, second sister clearly came here for business why did she forget to turn on the lights ? ' she was wondering but she refused to give up.

Except for the little lights on the wall which only help her to see where she was going, the big room was totally dark.

She has this feeling that something just isn't adding up, she stopped walking and decide to leave but on getting to the door again,a hand from the dark, pulled her , she was dumbfounded but not for long as she immediately started struggling to free herself from that strong arms whoever or whatever it is ,it was then a familiar smell whiff into her nose making her stop her struggle .

That smell was strangely familiar , missed with the smell of cigarettes , she would never forget the person who this smell belongs to , it's him , Xavier Reynold , since he is here there's only one possibility.

' auntie sold me out , I just blindly walk into his trap.

" Done running away from me, angle? " Came his very familiar taunting voice, which also confirmed her suspicion.

She made to run but his hold around her wrist tightened, how can he be stupid enough to let her off when she's already in his space.

In fact, knowing that she was able to recognize him even from a distance, got him excited, but unfortunately some habits never change .

" Get your filthy hands off me! "

She yelled, this time successfully freeing her wrist from his grip when he loosen his hold, Clara moved as fast as she could, when she finally touched the wall, she uses it as a guard to the door, on getting to it,she pushed it open walking as fast as feet could carry her just to get away from him .

She was really scared that he would turn on the light and then her baby bump would be in full display in front of him.

Xavier on the other hand, was like a predator when he saw how effortlessly she was trying to put a distance between them, finding it interesting he went after her , taking his time to watch how her bottom was whacking from left to right, his eyes was glued to her behind like a pervert,until he finally caught up with her .

Since she was being very mindful of her condition, Clara couldn't make it out on time and she ended up in his arms again.

" Do you think you could hid from me for a long time, wife, I will find you no matter where your stupid uncle kept you,as long as I wanted to?" The more she wants to hide , the more he wants to dig her out from her hideout but he controlled his undying urge to see her just to make her come to him instead .

" Let me go, you devil , we no longer have anything to do with each other , is that something you find difficult to understand? "She yelled, kicking and hitting whatever part of him she could.

But instead of letting her go, Xavier pulled her into his arms,as if he wanted to merge them together, words alone can't explain how much he missed holding her .

All of a sudden he pulled her away but his hands were still on her shoulder, " remove it.. " he noticed that something was placed between them hindering him from holding her as close as he wanted.

he frowned at her, when she didn't make any effort to carry out his order, gush!What type of annoying tricks did this little wife of his learn in just a few days apart? .

Confused Clara was looking up at him .

" Remove what?" She hissed glaring at him," Xavier just let me go already you bastard!" She retorted, struggling her shoulder only to be held firm by his strong hand.

" What you placed between us,

Wait a second " he took both her hands in his large one, thinking her hands were the problem,he made sure her movement was restricted, but to his dismay there was no change, confused he used his free hand to touch her big stomach.

Immediately his hand came in contact with her baby bump, Clara's brain was quick to react, all she wanted was to get out of there before he switched on the lights, taking a step back she made to run but he grabbed her .

"Come let's go inside." Xavier said as if he was talking to a child,or a big bad wolf trying to talk a sheep into coming to visit in his den.

"In your dreams, we die here!! "Clara hissed, when she saw that she wouldn't be able to get away from him,she grabbed the doorpost, stubbornly refusing to move an inch.

Seeing how adamant she was Xavier held her by her shoulder and gently pushed her in fear of hurting her. He needs to be sure he wasn't mistaken, but Clara isn't ready to dance to his tone.

After a few minutes of struggling, she was becoming weak, while he was getting stronger and no matter how loud she screamed,no one was coming to her hide so she gave up allowing him to successfully pull her into the dark room.

Just as she expected , he didn't in turning on the lights , she quickly turned her back to him using her hands to cover her round stomach , but Xavier isn't ready to let her be, he went to stand in front of her, his eyes widened on seeing the condition she was in, his legs became weak and before Clara could react, the aloof man went on his knees right in front of her, his trembling hands worked their ways up her baby bump and started touching it .

Their baby is still here...

It was alive , his child was alive , this news made him very happy that words won't be enough to describe how he was feeling, it was as if all the guilt he was previously feeling had been washed away.

Clara remained stiff as if glued to the spot she was standing, she couldn't feel his trembling hands.

She was dumbfounded by his reaction, since it wasn't what she was expecting ,so she continued staring at him,in just a minute his eyes changed, they bore no emotions,as if what she just saw was an illusion , his expression became blank, if not that he was still on his knees and his hands on her baby bump, Clara would have sworn that she was imagining his previous expression .

" Don't you think you owe me an explanation?" Came his taunting voice,as he slowly got up.

Clara's heart that was previously melting turned cold .

She couldn't believe that just now she almost fell for him, she thought his sudden response was that of happiness, unfortunately it turned out that he was greatly disappointed, he was disappointed to see her baby alive, how could she forget he was the monster who wanted her gone, just how!?,how did she became so stupid?.

Burning rage took over her, anger flashed in her eyes , gnashing her teeth,she angrily grab a handful of his hair and pulled with all her might

" Devil, are you disappointed that my baby is still here?, you have always wanted it gone, but it still here, now you want to ask them to kidnap me again and hurt my baby , let me tell you if anything happens to my baby, I will also die with it but that will be after I send you to hell where you belong. "

Xavier could only bear the pain,he was afraid that any movement from him might hurt her and the baby. After hitting and pulling his hair to her satisfaction, Clara finally gave up and wanted to run out but he caught her by her slim wrist .

" Gush, she is so thin, Lilac's pregnancy became obvious,in her fourth month , but here hers only showed in her sixth month, he felt guilty and sorry that he was not here with her during this time .

Seeing that she won't be able to escape from this man, Clara grabbed his hand and bit down on it as hard as she could until she tasted blood, yet there was no reaction from him, she looked up at him with an irked expression .

" Don't mistake me for the naive girl you used to your advantage a few months ago , because I don't mind going down with you if you harm my baby, even if It means I'll have to sell my soul to the devil, trust me I won't think twice before taking such a step. " She warned, her eyes burning with hatred.

" Just send me the divorce papers, I promise we won't have anything to do with you and your family , no one will come to know that I cheated on you. "With the thought that he was still unaware of the baby being his, Clara tried to bargain with him, but the mocking smirk on the corner of his lips was enough for her to realize that he's not buying her words.

" You still want to run to that man " remembering that she wasn't alone all this while even adding to his anger .

All this while,she has been receiving care from another man even sharing a roof with him .

"I see no reason why I shouldn't?, since you could bring your pregnant mistress into my matrimonial home, why can't I move on?You want me to stay away from the father of my child, you are just too self-centered" she was already furious beyond words.

" You now know how to lie too , you are leaving that man's house immediately and coming back home with me, I can still take care of my family." he ordered.

Clara immediately fell speechless, he sounded as if he was already aware, which was not something difficult for him to do , he could always get his hands on her medical records even her daily activities as long as he wanted to.

" Stop lying to me."

he hissed lifting her off the ground and placing her on the nearby couch. Turning his back to her, unable to bear the guilt.

Even though he missed her like crazy, he was never expecting such a turn of events , she is heavily pregnant with their child and it was obvious how much she detests him.

" I know you are not happy seeing my baby alive but I promise it won't come anywhere close to you and your family" Clara was still hoping he would reconsider.

" Enough! " He yelled at her irritated by her words he turned only to see her trembling in fear ,she sat there her knee touching her chest and her hands wrapped around her knees, seeing her this was caused his heart to bleed, she was scared of him , what would become of her when she finds out that her father was actually the one behind everything .

He walked up to her and sat down beside her, but she moved to the far end of the couch creating enough space between them no matter how strong she was ,she will always be his scared little wife , he pulled her into his arms.

" I will never hurt you or the baby , never. '' hearing this she lifted her head , staring into his black eyes, when she saw the sincerity in them she muttered a

" Thank you "

" Thank you very much. " she said a little louder.

' She believed me?' Xavier thought of biting his cheek to stop himself from making fun of her, because a second ago she was so sure he tried to kill her baby, yet she believed him.

" You believed me?" He was surprised and wanted to know why.

" Yes, you don't make promises but when you do, you never went back on your promise, so I believe you. " she said with tears rolling down her chin.

Xavier gently used his finger to wipe it off but the more he did , the more they dropped .

He became very confused on what to do for the first time in his life .

He slowly bent over and kissed her. At first she was stunned but when he kept pressing on, she started responding. She still loves him. When he left she missed him. She felt empty without him , why can't she allow herself to enjoy this beautiful moment .

Their lips slowly parted leaving a saliva trailing from his tongue, Xavier ran his tongue on his bottom lips as if he just tasted a very delicious meal,he watched her chest heave as she tried to catch her breath , Xavier's eyes were filled with unsatisfied desire he got up and carried her into the inner room and gentle placed her on the bed , Clara watched as he started pulling off his clothes to review his sexy body she watched his every move without blinking, until she noticed his hands on her winter skirt, she hurriedly grab his hand stopping him .

" I want to go home ." she said about to get up.

" No , no ..please don't I promise I won't hurt you , you can take the lead like before and you are already more than six months gone , we can now do it , we will do it in any position you find comfortable. "

Xavier was like a hungry man begging for food, his words made her stop thinking straight , seeing that she also wanted him, he pulled her clothes,he used his finger to trace the line on her stomach, making sure to leave a kiss on every corner of her body.

Unable to hold it in, Clara started moaning softly in his ear giving him the go ahead,he badly wanted , her soft moan triggered the beast in him , God knows how hard it has been for him since she left ,he missed every part of her , there are times when he couldn't take it anymore and silently take care of himself in their room with her in his mind but today after so many days they are having the real thing .

He continued leaving hickies on her milky skin,he could smell her arouser, she was already dripping wet down there waiting for him to fully take her.

Tony ran to the hotel when he received a call from his boss. He knows that he is gone for sure this time, the boss most likely has found out.

When he got there he heard the boss instructing someone on the phone, so he knew who was there with him.

He quietly walked in and saw the boss who had just had his fill with his woman , sitting comfortably on the couch.

" Explain yourself!" He ordered without looking up, when he got no response from his assistant he finally looked up " was this the reason I sent you to her?"

Yes he was the person sent to protect her, the boss seems to be suspicious about someone around the madam so in order to protect her he was fired , but he failed his new mission .

" I'm sorry boss but the madam made me promise not to betray her .

You know how good the madam can be in this , so I couldn't tell you in case she finds out and I won't be able to stay by her side again , I know you also don't want that boss."

he was standing at the door while talking in case the boss made a move he will quickly excape .

" I think it's not because of her, but because you can make excuses for yourself ." Xavier glared at him and made sure not to raise his voice because of the sleeping beauty inside .
