Entering Davis’s office, excited Holly to put her plan in motion.
“Hello, Davey.”
She sat on the edge of his desk in front of him in her dominatrix style black dress that laced up the back and full cleavage popping out.
He looked her over at the time as she crossed her long legs. Davis swallowed hard, watching her. “How are things going with Retribution?”
“Oh Davey, did you doubt your genius?” Holly wrapped her finger around Davis’s tie. “Things are going great. I have Colt wrapped around my little finger. He’s puddy in my hands. You won’t be having any more problems out of him. But we need to deal with it carefully. Colt is a tough egg to crack. I was thinking. What if I were to appoint someone who can help me? As a sort of… ambassador to our plan.”
“What do you have in mind?” He put his hand on her leg.
His touch creeped her out, so she stood up and got some distance between them. Still pretending to be seductive since she knew Davis’s weakness was pretty women. But backing off so he didn’t get carried away. Little to her knowledge he did like a pretty woman but never went too far in crossing those lines. To Holly, he was just like any other sex hungry man.
“Well, I don’t think your nephew Sam is the right person to be commissioner right now. Retribution doesn’t trust him. They know he’s loyal to you. How about we switch things up? Find someone they will let their guard down to.” Holly leaned over his desk, showing off her cleavage, which distracted Davis instantly.
“Who are you thinking? I think Sam would step down for the betterment of the company.” Davis sat back, ogling her breast.
“Let me figure that out. I will be the one to announce it. My brother Cyrus is on your team right now temporarily for the show leading up to the next pay-per-view. So, he can’t pull it off. But I might know the perfect person.” Holly bit her lip, pretending to be checking out Davis as she reached to run her hand over his bicep. “You know, Davey? You’re looking great. Are you working out?”
He adjusted his tie. “Matter of fact, I am. It shows?”
“Um-hum. Sure does. So? What do you say?”
“All right. You’ve done a great job so far. I think we can do it.” Davis smiled up at her perched on his desk. “You know, Holly? My nephew is single. He’s been asking about you. You two should talk.”
“Maybe. He is as charming as you are, isn’t he? He gets those rugged good looks from his father’s side. I can tell.” She winked at him. “I better go. I have some things planned for today with our project, Retribution.”
“Keep up the outstanding work.” Davis got up to escort her to the door. “And Holly... anytime you want to talk about things…”
“I will be right here,” she said with a kiss to his cheek.
Once out the door and heard the door clicked shut, she wiped her lips off and gagged. “Gross. Blah!”

Later that night, making her way down the hall to the Retribution locker room, she heard someone behind her.
“HOLLY! Wait up!” Sam yelled.
Under her breath, she grumbled. “Great. Super dork.” She turned around with a fake smile. “Oh, hi Sam.”
“I was just talking to Uncle Davis. I thought you were ignoring me. Guess you are interested in the big dog around here.” He got close to her, straightening his tie, and adjusting his glasses. “Maybe we can have some fun together later? Instead of using that beautiful ass to trick Colt, you can make better use of it,” Sam flirted as he ran his hand down her arm.
“Oh yeah? Why’s that?” Holly was getting mad, stepping back to get space between them.
“Well, I told Uncle D that brief night with Colt in your room was just a way to get a hold over Retribution. Now they’re breaking, you can get with a real man. It would make that pretty boy die of envy.” He shoved her against the wall and kissed her.
Holly shoved him back. “Stop! Sam, I am not sure what you mean by that? I’m not interested in this. I am not interested in dating anyone right now.”
“Who said anything about dating? You’re on my Uncles’ payroll, baby. Time to get our money’s worth.” Sam grabbed Holly, trying to put his hand up her skirt and grope her breast.
“Stop!”
Sam continued, no matter how much she begged him to stop. His lips puckered like a blowfish as he tried to kiss her as his creepy tongue darted in and out with his eyes squeezed shut. Holly wanted to vomit at the sight of it scrunching up her face in repulsion. The more she pushed back, the more aggressive he became.
“I said stop! NO! Don’t! Please stop. I don’t want this.” She pushed his hands away.
Holly wanted to hit him square in the mouth, but it would be hard to keep up with the plan against The Alliance if she kicked the shit out of Sam.
In an instant, Sam felt himself being lifted off the floor and thrown against the wall.
Gage Stone, Holly’s cousin Isis’ fiancé, had him pinned to the wall. “The lady said no. Sam, get the fuck out of here before I kick your ass. What the fuck is wrong with you, boy?”
Gage threw him to the side, and Sam straightened his shirt, looking back at Holly. “See you soon, sweet cheeks. Gage. I thought we were boys. So much for bro code.”
“So much for believing you have any dignity. Get the fuck out of here before I bash your damn head in. No one touches my girl’s family. I see you try that shit again; you will be a shit stain on the damn floor for the janitor to clean up.”
Holly just looked away, about to cry. She wrapped her arms across her body, hiding her sexy outfit. Sam made her feel disgusted.
Gage touched her arm. “You okay, Holly?”
“I’m fine. Thank you, Gage. I owe you one.”
Gage just looked at her with disbelief that she held back on Sam. “You could have hurt him just now. Why didn’t you? I know Isis can kick his ass. So, I know you sure as hell could have.”
“I promised Colt I would try to control my anger.” She sighed. “A good thing you came by when you did. A second later he was going to be wearing his balls as a necklace.”
“Maybe I should have just sat by and watched. He deserved to be put in his place. Sam has been a jerk since Davis has given him so much control. He’s not the guy I thought he was. Come on, doll face. We need to tell Colt. That’s not okay for someone to touch you like that. Ever.” Gage patted her shoulder.
“Gage, do you trust me? Everyone here thinks I’m a slut and a liar. I may have a bad attitude, but I’m not a bad person.”
“Holly. If you are anything like Isis says you are, you are the one person in this place that can be trusted.” He hugged her.
