Chapter 22

Third Person POV

Lance and Nathalie succumb to the call of lust again and forget the people around them.

They are kissing aggressively feeling the heat of their body.

Lance put Nathalie on his office table. Throwing those things over.

He pulls her underwear as well as his pants too. He positions Nathalie's legs by spreading them widely.

"Wait, what are you doing? We are at the office." Nathalie said then stand up picking up her underwear that Lance threw away.

And wear it again.

"Love, I'm hard right now. Please!" Lance lovingly said kissing her neck.

"No! It's inappropriate. What if someone comes inside?" Nathalie is already angry but in her heart. She likes the excitement. She is just controlling her desire for Lance.

"But Love..." Lance hug her and she felt wet instantly!

Until they heard a knock on the door.

"I told you. Quickly put back your pants and I will open the door." Nathalie sighed in relief. Her body will always give in to Lance.

While her mind is very strong to decline.

As much as possible she doesn't want to sin but here she is! Drowned in her desire and drunk with the feeling of lust.

When Lance is done with his pants, she opens the door and it's Sally!

Oh, the papers! She suddenly remembered.

"Hello Ma'am. I will get the paperwork now." She kindly said and Nathalie look at Lance with a questioning look.

"Oh! Right. I have already finished, wait." He gathered all the paper works and give it to Sally.

When he was near her. Lance sees an unusual device on Sally's ID and an earpiece.

Lance's defense mechanism automatically activated. His purpose is to protect Nathalie at all costs. And at that very moment, he watches Sally's every move.

She's not an ordinary woman! He said in his mind.

He needs to be careful and investigate this Sally. Nathalie said that it is her father's spy. But Lance think that it was more than like that.

He needs to know her as much as possible.

But Black Lion didn't yet arrive in the Philippines.

Who is Sally working for? He needs to know that as well.

Lance said goodbye to Nathalie. He needs to be sure that no one around them is a secret spy!

"Love, I will be back okay?"He said then kiss Nathalie on her lips.

"Where are you going?" Nathalie ask confused. It is still office hours.

"Oh, I will just check our employees if they are doing their job. I will be inside the company Love. Don't tell me that you will miss me already." Then he hugs her tight. As much as he wanted to make love to her but his mission is more important than anything else.

"What? You wish, Mr. Lance Vergara!" Nathalie pushes him out the door.

"Go!" She said laughing.

"Yes, Mrs. Vergara." How does it sound My Love." Lance said lovingly making Nathalie blush.

Mrs. Vergara... It's like music in Nathalie's ears.

But she pushes those thoughts away. This is just a temporary relationship. And anytime soon she knows that it will end.

She suddenly felt sad and tears are going to fall from her eyes. But she controls it.

"Just go!" She said.

And Lance went out giving her a flying kiss. And she cried silently.

Lance is looking for Sally but he cannot see her. And nobody noticed where she go. The more doubts in his mind were added. He needs to talk to Sally. If she is a spy from the other Organization. He needs to kill her!

Lance dialed his phone. It rings from the other line until a girl's voice picks up.

"Yes, Boss." The girl answered.

"Where are you?" Lance asks seriously.

I'm here at the parking area. I already watch Katrina's move but as of now she did not do something unusual." She reported.

"Good, but did you see Sally?" Lance asks worriedly. He needs to capture her.

"Ma'am Nathalie's Secretary?" She ask confused. Then she sees Sally passing by in front of her car.

"Wait, Boss! I saw her just now passing by. But it seems that she is talking to someone. Not in the phone but on her ear." The girl reported.

"Hold her back! Never lose her until I arrive. I'll be there in 5 minutes." And he ended the call by running toward the parking lot.

And good thing that Sally is still there. Lance make a hand signal and the girl immediately went out of the scene.

"Sally? What are you doing in here?" Lance asks suspiciously.

Sally can sense danger and get ready for a possible attack. And Lance saw the way she position her body.

Sally's hand is quick and out of nowhere she suddenly has a small baby gun in her hand.

"What do you want?" She asks fiercely. And Lance is getting angry. How come a woman like her gets close to his Love, Nathalie?

"Who are you?" Lance asks showing off his cold face. That you will probably be frozen if his eyes can throw you an iceberg.

"I'm supposed to ask you that Mr. Vergara," Sally answered and fire his baby gun at Lance. She thought that she hits the target as Lance is playing dead. But she's wrong. The moment she's out of focus.

Lance grab her baby gun and take out all the bullets inside of it in just ten seconds.

And Sally was shocked. Seeing Lance's expert hands. She is sure that he is not a simple CEO of a company.

"Now, answer me. Who sent you in here?" Lance asks her calmly but her mouth is tightly sealed.

"Or you want to eat some bullets?" Lance asks in a low deadly monotone voice.

"I'm not afraid! You can't do anything bad to Miss Falcon as long as I'am here Mr. Vergara!" Sally shouted bravely.

And Lance needs to clarify something

"What did you say again? You are protecting Nathalie?" Is that what you mean? He asked before he will kill her accidentally. It's good to be sure and clear things out.

"What else? I'm ready to die for her! So, I will still fight you even if I failed." She's brave and loyal. And that is what Lance like the most.

He laughed loudly and Sally thinks that he was crazy!

"I'm glad that Black Hawk is doing his job well. It's her daughter's safety after all. Thank you for protecting Nathalie." Lance said sincerely.

And Sally is shocked and confused.

"W-what do you mean? Why do you know about Black Hawk?" She asks confusedly.

"I meant to thank you. And hopefully, you will always be loyal to Black Hawk and Nathalie. If you need money, just tell me anytime. I better go, nice meeting you. And by the way, always stay alert, especially on duty. Black Lion is coming." Lance said smiling but before he left Sally called him.

"Wait! Do you know Black Lion too?" She asked feeling nervous.

"How come I will not know my mortal enemy Sally. You're making me laugh." And he left.

"G-golden Tiger?" She covers her mouth after saying those code names. It's strictly prohibited to mention the King's name everywhere.

You will be punished severely if someone heard from the Organization.

Sally couldn't believe that the famous Golden Tiger King will show up and is with Nathalie!

Lance went back inside the company and saw Marie in there.

"Good job, Stay being watchful." He whispered.

" Yes, Boss!" Marie answered happily.

Nathalie is innocent of what is happening in the other world.

The world is full of mystery and cruel people. There's someone who will always be at her back. Ready to protect her at any cost. And that is Lance Vergara...

Lance went back to his office and saw Nathalie sleeping on the couch.

He touches her face lovingly. It always felt like a dream seeing Nathalie is in front of her and is real.

It's been six long years of waiting. And she finally showed up.

Nathalie is the love of his life. And he will not allow anyone to hurt her. Even just an inch of her hair. He saw the dried tears on Nathalie's face.

Did she cry? He asks himself. Lance knew that Nathalie loves his twin so much but he will still fight for her. He will love the twins as his sons.

And speaking of the twins, Lance suddenly remembered and dial his phone.

"What happened to the investigation, is there any progress?" He asks seriously.

"Yes Boss, and the result will come out next week." The other line answered.

"Good, remember to stay alert and watchful." He reminded.

"Yes, Boss!" The other line ended the call.

And Nathalie woke up after hearing Lance's voice.

"You're back?" Nathalie asks sleepily.
