"Did I hurt you?" She shook her head. "Does it hurt? Let me see" I said ready to push the sheets away and see if I hurt her in panic when she slapped my cheek.
Might I say her slap didn't do anything but made her hand fall back on the pillow?
"You-" I frown.
"I am sorry" I get away or tried to but she pulled me back and kissed my lips.

This coming morning I found myself in his warm bed as the sound of rains filled the void silence. I heard him do something in his kitchen as I sighed opening my eyes.
The feeling of waking up in his bed, with nothing to fear about made me not wanna wake up.

I stared at the open door of the bedroom as he suddenly walked in. He was wearing jeans and nothing else. A towel on my neck and he dried his hair while holding a coffee cup in his other hand.
"You okay?"He asked me. I hid my face below my nose under the cover as he chuckled, ruffling my hair.
I was naked, like a baby. All bare. How can he expect me to be fine?
"Take a bath and add half your clothes to my bag, so you only have two to carry ya? I made us some eggs and toast. We'll leave in an hour"
I nodded watching him get up and finish his coffee as he called someone talking to them. He hung up putting on a shirt and taking his hoodie walking out and brought my two bags in.
"Thank you," I said, wrapping my arms around my chest, pulling the sheets down to cover my chest. I sat up as he looked at me.
"It might be a bit cold, so wear something warm. Keep your hoodie in hand," I nodded as he kissed my head, walking out and closing the door behind him. I sigh, slapping my cheek once to snap out of my bubble.
I the towel he placed beside me as I wrapped it around myself before standing up and opening my bags to get my things.
Taking a quick shower before wearing black jeans and a full-sleeve crop top, I placed my hoodie on the bed I just made and pulled his bag. He didn't have much other than three folders with papers in them and a small number of clothes.
I put some of my clothes in his bags and put the now-empty bed aside. Brushing my head half up, I walked out to see him on the kitchen counter with cheese bread in his mouth.
"Morning" He snapped his eyes at mine.
He sure did look handsome, even while eating. His biceps were huge as he held his phone texting on it.
I wanted to touch it.
I gulped, looking away and slapping myself again but this time in my head.
"Here," he said, passing my breakfast and pouring a cup of coffee.
"So where are we going? and how?" I asked to eat. He sat next to me on the counter chair.
"By my car of course. We are going to a sort of isolated place outside the next city." I nodded.
"Will we come back?" He sighs.
"If I have work yes, if we don't we won't. You parents have started looking for you already, So I asked my friend to forge you some new ID's. It will be a problem to leave states in case we have to but we have time to figure it out"
I gulp.
"Hey, don't be scared baby, I'm here," He said cupping my cheeks and I nodded.
His lips softly kissed my cheek before walking to the bedroom and grabbing our bags.
I took the dishes to the sink to wash them but he stopped me.
"Don't the maid come to do it"
"Do you have a maid?" I asked. He shook his head.
"I am giving Kaden a place to rent out, so he will send out a maid to clean it up before he rents it out." I frown.
"But you have so much of your own stuff here," I said.
"Nah, not really, it's just heavy furniture left behind." I look around to see the small artifacts gone.
"I gave Kaden the things I wanted to keep." I nodded. "You two are close?" He nodded.
"Ya, we went long back"
He closed the door for me after keeping the bags in his trunk and we headed to the club he worked at. I didn't know he worked as a bouncer. That explains why he has that intimidating face. Because a year ago he was a normal guy, and then he suddenly changed.
He talked to Kaden for a while before we left.
I started out at the road as Alex slipped his hand in mine.
"Hey, What if -What if he finds me?"
