Just for tonight
She snorted, knowing he was following her all day, waiting for the right time to talk to her but couldn’t… but Aurora decided to drop it. She silently got to his car on the passenger seat beside him without saying another word, which made Reagan dumbfounded, not expecting her to get in.
“Are- you, really Aurora? I thought you said-”
He stammered and she put her finger on his lips to shush him, not in the mood to talk right now.
“Just for tonight, Reagan.” She calmly said before fastening the seat belt and looking at the window beside her.
Reagan seemed to get it and understood her not wanting to talk so he instantly stepped on the gas pedal, now driving away and unto her hotel building.
The ride home was silent as Reagan didn’t dare to disturb her peace, and she appreciated that a bit. At least he had some sense left in him.
“We’re here,” Reagan announced, stopping by the driveway. Aurora didn’t even notice that they were already here…

She then remembered the suitcase he left earlier outside her door and she dared to bring it up.

“You need to get the suitcase by the way.” She spoke up, and Reagan faced her.
“Why? I gave that to you so-”
“I don’t need it.” She simply answered.
He blinked, “I don’t get it, I know that suitcase is important to you and you threw it away…Does it…remind you of the past?”
Aurora sighed, knowing he was right but not wanting to say it right into his face. “No, I just don’t want to owe you anything.”

“But I’m not intending anything, just accept it,” Reagan said, still not backing down. What’s up with that suitcase anyway that he’s pushing it like this? It’s not like it's his..

“Nope, if you don’t get it now, I’ll throw it in the river tomorrow.” She threatened and Reagan sighed.
“Fine.”
Hopping out of the car, Reagan followed her from behind on their way to her hotel room and Aurora instantly grabbed the red suitcase inside, shoving it to Reagan as she said, “Thank you for driving me here. You may go.”

And she shut her door. She breathed out, relieved. Well, if Reagan stayed longer, who knows what will happen with him? That man is a sly fox…and she doesn't want to be a prey caught again.
She peeked at the hole to see if Reagan was still outside and when she knew he wasn’t there already, she went to the bathroom and did her night routine.
So many things happened, and she felt so tired that she fell asleep once she was on her bed.
She was woken up to the sound of someone knocking on the door. Confused, she peeked at the keyhole first, knowing it might be Felix as he’s the only one brave enough to wake her up in the morning but she saw someone unexpected. A woman wearing a black trench coat and sunglasses with a matching hat.

It was Vivienne Rose.
She wasn’t with anyone else and alone.
She ran to the bathroom sink and quickly washed her face, combing her hair and fixing her pajamas. And then, she walked to the door and opened it.
Vivienne broke into a sweet smile. “Hi, Aurora! Good morning!”
Aurora smiled at her, “Hi!”
Vivienne rubbed the back of her neck nervously, “Uhm…omg I’m sorry, did I wake up?”
Aurora shook her head, “No, I mean I need to wake up anyway, so what made you come here? And how did you know what room?”
Vivienne looked around first and asked shyly, “Can you…let me enter first? Some of my fans might disturb us…”
Aurora nodded and opened the door for her to get inside. “Sure sure.”
“Thank you!” She exclaimed and excitedly walked in. Aurora closed the door behind them, glancing at the hallway to see if there was any person but sighed in relief when found none. Of course, she has to value their safety as the all-famous celebrity Vivienne is right there in her hotel room. Once the media gets a hold of this, who knows what will happen to her now. This will be swarmed by all the paparazzi in the next ten minutes.
“So, what made you come here now?” She asked, smiling sheepishly at Vivienne. She motioned for her to sit by the small chair by the table and Vivienne did as she was told.

Vivienne’s hand fidgeted at the hem of her shirt, looking at her with a shy smile, “I came here without Felix knowing, well, I just asked Felix what hotel you are in last night…I mean…I came here and want to ask you about his favorites in order to plan our first anniversary. “ She said in a hurry. “Don’t worry, I’ll be out of here as quickly as I can. I’m really sorry for bothering you so early in the morning.”
Aurora nodded. “Well, I’m a bit honored knowing you trust me enough to come here,” Aurora said, lightening up the mood. She remembered what Felix said to her last night. Be nice to her. Of course, she’ll cooperate for her best friend's sake.
“Great, then I’ll take down notes.” She grabbed a pen and a notepad from her cute little pink Prada handbag and started to jot down notes. Aurora started to tell her about Felix’s favorites’ including his favorite food which is Adobo from the Philippines, his favorite fruit Durian, and even his favorite snack called Piatto.

Vivienne was nodding her head and smiling, trying to memorize some information, and giggling happily. “Thank you so much! I really appreciate this!” She exclaimed.
“Oh, Felix might get confused where you are now…” Aurora suggested since she got what she wanted anyway.
But Vivienne didn’t get any hint and decided to get her in a conversation, “By the way, how long have you been best friends?”
