Wedding
3rd P.O.V.
The sun was setting on the horizon, casting a warm orange glow over the beach. The waves gently lapped against the shore, creating a calming sound that mingled with the soft chatter of the guests. The beach was decorated with simple yet elegant white flowers, accentuated with subtle hints of blue that matched the ocean's hue.
Beatrix looked stunning in her white wedding gown that hugged her curves in all the right places. Her dark hair was styled in a loose, flowing braid, adorned with small white flowers that complemented her bouquet. She looked nervous but happy as she stood beside the altar, waiting for Apollo to arrive.
Apollo arrived in a sleek black suit that emphasized his broad shoulders and chiseled jawline. He looked confident and composed, a contrast to Beatrix's nervous energy. He walked towards Beatrix with purpose, his gaze fixed on her. When he reached her, he took her hand and smiled softly at her, reassuring her.
The ceremony was simple and intimate, officiated by a friend of Beatrix. The couple exchanged heartfelt vows that left many guests in tears. The sun had fully set by the time the newlyweds exchanged rings, and the sky was filled with twinkling stars.
The reception was held at a nearby restaurant that overlooked the sea. The interior was decorated with fairy lights and more white flowers, creating a romantic atmosphere. The guests dined on delicious seafood while chatting and laughing with each other. Apollo and Beatrix shared a dance, their bodies swaying to a slow love song.
As the night drew to a close, the couple stood by the water's edge, watching the waves roll in. They were happy and content, knowing that they had each other. The sea breeze blew softly, and they took a deep breath, savoring the moment. This was the beginning of their new life together.
The day of Apollo and Beatrix's marriage was finally here. Despite the chaos and obstacles they had faced, they were determined to make it work. They stood at the altar, holding hands and looking deeply into each other's eyes. The wedding ceremony was simple yet elegant, with only a few close friends and family members in attendance.
As they exchanged their vows, Apollo and Beatrix's eyes never left each other's. Their love for each other was evident in every word they spoke. They promised to love, cherish, and support each other through thick and thin.
Finally, the priest pronounced them husband and wife, and they shared their first kiss as a married couple. The crowd cheered and clapped, happy to witness their union.
After the ceremony, they enjoyed a small reception with their loved ones. Beatrix looked stunning in her wedding dress, and Apollo couldn't take his eyes off her. They danced together, laughing and enjoying each other's company.
As the night came to a close, Apollo and Beatrix drove off into the night, ready to start their new life together. They knew there would be challenges, but they were prepared to face them together as a team.
As everyone shouted congratulations and showed their support for Beatrix and Apollo, Beatrix’s eyes couldn't be put at ease, she was busy crying, because she doesn't know if she was happy, contented, or sad.
Everything she feels is mixing that she couldn't comprehend what kind of emotions is really dominating.
It's kind of one of the moments she was wishing when she was still working at the club and doing extra jobs for Andrei.
After everything that had happened in her life, finally, she was now back to where she should be.
Beatrix intertwined her hand with Apollo and Apollo responded with that action to her.
As Apollo kissed his bride, they stop talking to each other.
They receive a wave of shouts and collapse those were all mixed reactions from the crowds.
Beatrix whispered, "Did you know that this is one of my dreams when I was still a kid?"
Apollo chuckled as he heard Beatrix’s claims.
Apollo moved Beatrix closer to him by pulling her through the wrap of his arm.
He then eventually whispered to her saying, "And did you know that you were my dream? Are you happy that we're finally married without the presence of any form of contract?”
Beatrix looked at him only to find herself smiling to my ears.
Just by looking at him, Beatrix feels like won the lottery.
"Can you tell me why I am your dream? But please, do not do it here… you could tell me why I am your dream once we are on our honeymoon, okay?”
Apollo said, "Oh."
Apollo looked like he was a perverted man right now but of course, that's just how a man looked whenever he was doing or giving signs to do nasty things later with his wife.
Everyone could become disgustingly nasty even though they were just in the first step of a relationship which is called boyfriend and girlfriend.
Charis came closer to Beatrix and hugged her.

RIX’s P.O.V.
Charis was the first one to cry the first time I have kiss Apollo— it was the first kiss of Apollo and me as a newly wedded couple.
It's so great to have this kind of experience with Apollo.
"Congratulations, my best friend! Now, you don't have to think about anything else just to be happy. Apollo had already done his job. All you need to do right now just maintain your happiness intact. But whenever something happened, don't mind calling me, okay?"
I reached for her and hug her.
Charis was the first one who understands every mess of my life and I didn't hear her complain about my life.
Everything that's happened to me including the greatest and the weakest part of my life— she witness everything
I've never heard anything from her but she was happy to see me happy.
Being in the happiest part of my life is the hardest level to reach because there's a lot that goes i along the way.
But Charis was always happy to see me.
I sometimes feel like I always took her for granted because I couldn't give the energy she was giving me.
I couldn't give it back to her because it was so much and I don't have the capacity to do that.
The thing that made me so happy right now is that she was the happiest person in the ceremony other than me and my husband.
Beatrix and Charis sat at the spot where they were assigned by the wedding coordinator, which was the most comfortable sofa, sipping on their drinks. The music was loud and the crowd was wild, but they didn't mind. They were in their little world, chatting about Beatrix's wedding.
Charis exclaimed, "I can't believe you're finally married, Bea. I'm so happy for you!"
Beatrix smiled. She replied, "I know, Charis. I'm happy too. It still feels surreal, you know?"
"I can imagine. But you deserve it. You've been through so much, and you finally found the love of your life,” said Charis.
"Yeah, I still can't believe I got lucky enough to find him. He's everything I've ever wanted,” Beatrix said, happily smiling.
Charis blushed. "I can tell. You both looked so in love at the wedding. I was tearing up the whole time."
Beatrix chuckled. "You always cry at weddings, Charis,” she replied.
"I know, I'm a sap. But it was just so beautiful. And you looked stunning, by the way,” replied Charis.
Beatrix blushed, replying, "Thank you. I felt like a princess."
Charis pinched her waist. "You were a princess. And now, you're a queen. You and your husband are going to rule the world together."
Beatrix smiled. "I don't know about ruling the world, but I'm excited to start this new chapter of my life with him."
"I'm excited for you too, Bea. And don't worry about me being left behind. I'll always be here for you, no matter what,” said Charis as she hugged Beatrix.
As she entangled the hug, Beatrix replied. "I know, Charis. You're my best friend, and I couldn't have gone through all of this without you."
"That's what friends are for. And hey, now that you're married, maybe we can finally go on that trip we've been talking about for years,” said Charis.
Beatrix laughed. "Yes, let's do it. We'll plan something amazing."
They clinked their glasses together and took another sip of their drinks. Beatrix couldn't help but feel grateful for having Charis in her life. She knew that no matter what happened, she would always have her best friend by her side.
As Beatrix and Charis continue to talk about random things in life, Charis suddenly had this thought and talks about how they were when they were still a kid, or if they will still be the same after Beatrix’s marriage because many things could change after the ceremony.
Charis and Beatrix are so still sitting on the sofa, the most comfortable one that Apollo had rented for your Beatrix to sit on while the party I'm going.
They are now at the reception.
Beatrix couldn't help but feel a little anxious as she tried to bring up a sensitive topic.
"So, Charis, I was wondering, have you heard from Harley lately?" Beatrix asked, trying to sound casual.
Charis looked up from her cup, a small smile on her face. "Actually, yes. He's been doing much better since your wedding. I think he just needed some time to adjust to the idea of you being married."
Beatrix felt a wave of relief wash over her. She had been worried that her marriage would cause a rift in her friendship with Charis and Harley. "That's good to hear. I was worried that he was still upset with me."
Charis shook her head. "No, he's not upset with you. He's just been dealing with some personal stuff lately. I think he'll come around soon."
Beatrix nodded, feeling grateful for Charis's reassurance. "I hope so. I miss him."
Charis placed a comforting hand on Beatrix's shoulder. "I know you do. But don't worry, everything will work out. Harley just needs some time to figure things out."
Beatrix smiled at her friend, feeling lucky to have someone as supportive as Charis in her life. "Thank you, Charis. You always know how to make me feel better."
Charis grinned. "That's what friends are for." She paused, taking a sip of her coffee. "But, speaking of relationships, how are things going with you and Apollo?"
Beatrix's face lit up at the mention of her husband. "Oh, they're wonderful. We're still in the honeymoon phase, I guess you could say. He's just so kind and loving."
Charis beamed at her friend's happiness. "I'm so glad to hear that, Bea. You deserve all the love in the world."
Beatrix leaned in closer to Charis. "And what about you, Charis? Are you seeing anyone?"
Charis laughed. "No, not yet. I'm still waiting for the right person to come along."
Beatrix smiled. "Well, I know he's out there somewhere. And when you find him, he's going to be the luckiest guy in the world."
Charis blushed at the compliment. "Thanks, Bea. I appreciate that."
As they finished their coffee, Charis said her goodbyes to Beatrix because she was planning on seeing his husband.
Beatrix felt a sense of contentment. She was grateful for her loving husband and her supportive friend, and she knew that whatever challenges may come their way, they would face them together.
Beatrix and Apollo stood hand in hand, beaming at the crowd of guests who had gathered to celebrate their wedding beside the sea. The sun was setting in a golden blaze, casting a warm glow over the scene. They had just exchanged their vows and were now ready to mingle with their guests.
Beatrix turned to the crowd and said, "We would like to thank you all for joining us on this special day. We feel so blessed to have such wonderful family and friends who love and support us."
Apollo took the microphone and added, "Yes, thank you all for coming. We are honored to have you all here with us today to share in our joy. We would also like to take this opportunity to thank our parents for their love and support, and for making this day possible."
There was a round of applause from the crowd, and Beatrix squeezed Apollo's hand with happiness. They had come a long way to get to this moment, and they were so grateful for everything that had led them here.
As the night wore on, the newlyweds danced, laughed, and celebrated with their guests. The sea breeze blew softly, and the sound of the waves provided a soothing backdrop to the festivities. They chatted with their guests, thanking them for their gifts and sharing stories from their courtship.
At the end of the night, as the guests began to trickle away, Beatrix and Apollo stood together once more, watching as the last of the lanterns were extinguished. They knew that their lives together were just beginning, and they felt excited and grateful for the future that lay ahead of them.

Charis approached Harley, who was sitting at the corner of the venue, looking glum.
Charis ask "What's going on? You've been sulking ever since the wedding started. What's bothering you?"
As Harley sipped another drink, he replied huskily, "Nothing, I'm just not in the mood for this.”
Charis replied, "What do you mean, 'not in the mood'? It's Beatrix's wedding day. You should be happy for her."
Harley drinks another shot of alcohol, finished it one sip, and replied, "I am happy for her. It's just that, I can't help feeling like this is all a mistake."
“What mistake? Beatrix getting married?" asked Charis, furrowing her brows.
Harley replied although he was having thoughts if this could be the best response to his jealous wife. "Yes, I mean... she's settling down now. And what about me? What am I supposed to do? Just watch from the sidelines?"
Charis was starting to get mad. "Are you serious? You're jealous of Beatrix?"
Harley defended, "No, I'm not jealous. I just feel like... I don't know. I feel like she's leaving us behind."
Charis said sarcastically, "Us? You mean you?"
Harley replied in a more defensive tone, "Yes, me. And you too, Charis. You should be worried about this too. Beatrix is going to change now that she's married. She won't have time for us anymore."
Charis said, "That's ridiculous, Harley. Beatrix will always be our friend, no matter what. And besides, she's happy now. Why can't you be happy for her too?"
Harley replied, "I am happy for her. It's just hard to see her moving on with her life, while I'm stuck here doing the same thing every day."
Charis was trying to still understand his rant. "Well, that's not Beatrix's fault. If you're unhappy with your life, then change it. Don't blame Beatrix for it."
"I'm not blaming her. I'm just... never mind. You wouldn't understand,” said Harley.
Charis replied. "No, I wouldn't. Because I'm not selfish like you, Harley. Beatrix deserves to be happy. And we should be happy for her, not angry and resentful."
Harley still defended that he just wanted to be with Beatrix and was afraid to get forgotten by Beatrix alone.
Charis has gotten so mad because all this time that they were talking, but Harley didn't even remember to mention or ask if she is okay.
"Uhmmm, do you mind asking if I'm okay, or what happened to my day, or if Yuna is okay right now? Didn’t you notice that we have been talking about Beatrix for several hours and there’s not a single time, you ask me if I am okay? Let me ask you this question, am I your wife for what?" Charis exclaimed.
Harley was starting to get tipsy. He's reacting aggressively and overacting. He bangs his hand on the table and cursed Charis with random words.
"You’re a pain in the ass and I'm wondering if you know that. Do I always have to talk about you are asked about your welfare even though I know that we're always together and I will always know what happened to you in your day?”
Charis was feeling anxious thinking that maybe she was wrong for asking or bringing that up. She thought that she doesn't deserve to get attention or be talked about by his husband.
But she felt like there was something stuck in her throat.
She thought she could handle the pain but she was wrong.
She got up and looked at Harley.
"Did you marry me because I am the available one? Did you marry me because I could be near Beatrix? Did you only marry me so you can still get closer to her even though you can't get your feelings back? If so then can we just end this marriage? I am done.”
Charis stood up and fixed her clothes while roaming her eyes to find her daughter Yuna.
But Harley is becoming more aggressive.
Harley pulled Charis closer to him, as he was planning to bring her somewhere out in the event.
He thinks that he doesn't get to feel so low about himself over a woman like Charis, even though she’s a wife.
No one is allowed to break up with him because he was the one who should be and that was his toxic mindset, for now.
But Charis pulled her arm back.
She glared at Harley and pushed him.
"I told you this before and I'm not going to repeat this. We are done."
