Kidnapped?!

"What are you talking about? What do you mean you kidnapped me?"

I look at them confused, are they serious right now?

The one in front of me met my gaze and said.

"We have something important to say to you, Miss."

"What is it? But can you let go of me first? It's uncomfortable…"

"Oh yes sure of course!"

The guy on my right removed the tie on my wrist.

"So what are you going to say to me?"

I ask them while I am massaging my wrist, it's aching a little because of the rope's friction on it.

"Maybe we should change location first?'

The guy on the left side.

We all agreed to him because it is really uncomfortable talking here as we are all seated on the floor.

They guided me to a room where everything looks expensive. I feel like we are in a five-star hotel and everything around me might break when I touch it.

Just who are they and what do they want from me?

Who is in their right mind to kidnap someone just because they want to say something?

What if they are bad people and they will kill me?

Oh goodness… Please let it not be that…

"You can sit here Miss."

I did what he said and sat on the couch across from them.

"First we will introduce ourselves…I am Michael cast and his are my cousins Seb and Harold."

"Okay? But why do you have to kidnap me? I am telling you, I don't have money and I'm not a secret child of someone like CEO or what, I'm just a normal citizen-"

"No, we didn't kidnap you for ransom money."

I let out a relieved sigh.

"That's good."

"Well as I told you before, we got something to tell you and it's really important…"

"Is it a matter of life and death that you really have to kidnap me? How did you even do that?"

How did they manage to kidnap me when I was in the middle of a road?

Of course someone would pass by or someone would even see them while they are doing that.

Do they have some kind of superpower?

Right, let's make sure that they won't kill me.

"Aren't you guys afraid of going to jail?"

The tree of them looked down but instead of looking guilty of what they did they looked shy and embarrassed instead.

Seriously?

Is this what the kidnappers of this generation would be?

I'm disappointed. Tsk. Tsk.

"So, according to what we have to say, my cousins and I decided to let you know what kind of person our cousin is."

My eyebrows met.

"Who is this cousin that you are talking about?"

I don't really get them at all…

"Listen, I don't know you and I don't know anyone related to you, so maybe you're just mistaken?"

It's possible, right?

The guy who introduced himself as Michael shook his head.

"No, we are mistaken, you're Beatrix and you are working at a club, right?"

"How did you know me?"

I can't remember having friends read about someone who is able to rent this kind of place…

All of my friends are broke and for sure their family are also broke right?

So, who in the hell are they talking about?

"We just actually learned about you yesterday, we managed to get information about you and before our cousin makes a move, we just want to make sure that you know what you are doing."

I don't even know what he is talking about.

"Okay?"

I don't really get them but all right I will listen to them.

Who knows if they will just tell me when I didn't listen to them right?

Not to mention that the world right now is really dangerous…

"In case you still don't know, my cousin's name is Apollo Carter, he is the one that you met in the club and he mentioned something like you need a job?"

They all stare at me like they are waiting for something.

"Hmm…"

Come to think of it, there is someone that I had a conversation with about my job, is it possible that he is the one that these guys are talking about?

"Is your cousin really handsome?"

The tree of them nodded.

"Oh!" I punched the air in excitement.

Not only that he is handsome but he is this rich?!

Who would have thought that he had a kind-but not that kind to kidnap someone - cousins?

"Okay I remember now but what do you want to say to me regarding your cousin? Is he some kind of dangerous man?"

"Well yeah…"

"Wait for real?!"

If what he is saying is true then I think I should just be drawn from the job that I talked about with him!

I don't want myself to get into trouble, I just want money and not another problem right now.

"No- I mean, not to the point where he would you know beat you and such but if I am not mistaken you will live with him, So if you are someone who cannot stand someone that is called and not that talkative I think that would be a big problem."

Someone who is not talkative…

"I would love to serve that person."

I knew it! It's a maid job.

"Are you sure?"

The three of them look confused.

"Of course! if what you said is true and then it would be heaven for me to work there."

I assure them with a smile on my face but their expression didn't change.

"Oh come on, Don't worry about me, you can just take me home as I still need to work you know."

They don't have to worry at that point because I would love to serve someone who isn't really talkative because it's less hassle.

In fact, I don't like someone who is that talkative although I am not an introvert . Sometimes I have this kind of feeling that I don't want to talk with someone especially when I am sad.

The three of them didn't like the idea of me agreeing with the deal that their cousin made but in the end, they couldn't do anything about it since the decision would still come from me.

"But I just want you to know that you can back out any time as long as you haven't signed the deal."

Seb, one of them who's quite serious said.

I patted his head.

"Thank you for your concern."

There is one thing that I learned from them, that they are younger than me.

Harold is 19 years old while Seb and Michael are both 18 years old.

I didn't know that they were younger than me not until they said it earlier because they don't look young at all. especially their heights which are way taller than me.

I guess this is the build of rich people…

Although I am not that short, you can still see the difference…

Now we are inside their car and they are going to take me to the club as I don't want them to take me to my house because they are still strangers to me.

We talked quite a lot until we reached the block where the club is located.

"Please think about it again."

Seb told me.

I get out of the car and look at them.

"I will Thank you!" I winked at them before I waved goodbye.

Since I slept for almost half a day because I was drunk last night and the talk between us happened for almost a few hours, I decided that I will go straight to the club.

Thankfully I have spare clothes there and we are allowed to use the bathroom to bathe.

Madam Glo isn't really strict at all.

"GOODNESS! WHAT HAPPENED TO YOU?"

"Hehe…"

Madam Glow was shocked to see me.

"You fucking stinks!"

I sniff myself and wow, goodness… She is right.

"Can I use the bathroom?" I smile awkwardly.

"Of course you can! Go! Wash yourself before the customers smell you!"

"Alright! Thanks!"

She pushed me to where the bathroom is.

It's quite early so it is impossible that a customer would smell me though,.but nevertheless I still took a bath.

"Just what happened to you?"

Madam Glo asked me after I left the bathroom.

I explained to her what happened to me and her expression seems bad.

"Did I say something bad?"

Her eyebrows met.

"Just how bad Apollo's attitude is to the point where his cousin would come to you personally to warn you about him?"

Oh, she must have known Apollo Carter, I thought she only welcomed people but now I learned that she also finds out about who the customers are and what's their background.

Hmm….

"I don't think that he is that dangerous because all they say is he is called and he doesn't talk that much. They also said that he will not beat me as he is not that kind of person."

I shrugged.

"So I think he is just like, you know… another employer who doesn't like to interact with other people that much. Who knows if he is just an introvert."

I tried my best to convince her that he is not even a serious man. I still don't know with myself as if it is the first time that I met him but then I know to myself that he is not someone who would beat me.

Sometimes I have this feeling that I can read someone just from seeing them, and I know for sure that he doesn't beat people around.

So all I have to do is trust myself and not to be negative about it. I still need the job after all.

"Just be careful when you get the job."

She said,

"Yes Ma'am!"

A WEEK HAD PASSED but there's still no news about that man.

"Maybe he forgot about it?"

Cheska said.

"Or maybe he found someone better than you?"

Trixie second.

"Ha…I don't know."

The girls know about that info because I ask for their advice but then I waited for a week but it doesn't seem like that guy would appear again.

"Why don't you look for another job? The one that is familiar with you?"

Carla said.

"What job?"

Carla shrugged.

"How's your brother anyway?"

"He's…He's okay…"

The excitement in my eyes flew away.

They must have sensed my feelings because they held my hand.

"Keep strong Rix, we are here to help you when you need us…"

I smiled at them, although it didn't reach my eyes.

"Thank you so much…"

After we had a talk, we continued working.

"Good job girls!"

Madam Glo shouted after we successfully closed the club.

"I'll give you a bonus tonight!"

"Yeah!" We shouted in unison.

Looks like the club accumulated quite a lot tonight…

"Ha…"

I stretched my arms in the air.

"Tired?"

I almost jumped when Harley suddenly appeared.

"You scared me!"

"Sorry! HAHA."

He doesn't look sorry though?

"Here."

Harley gave me a canned soft drink.

"Thank you."

He shrugged.

"Why are you here anyways?" I asked him after I took a sip.

"I'm going to my mother's house."

"You have a mother?!"

Does he? Woah! That's a news to me!

""Of course! What do you think of me? A stray adult?"

"Hey! HAHAHA."

What the fuck- I can't stop laughing.

"Come on, I have a family, at least."

"Okay, Okay, but it's not what I meant, like, this is the first time that I heard you talking about your parents!"

I swear, I thought he doesn't have a family because he doesn't even have a day off, and he's just going off when he has something important to do, according to him.

"Well, we're not that close."

Oh…That's why…

I just nodded my head because I don't really know what to answer.

A few minutes later, we're still here.

"Why's the bus late?" He asks.

Oh, it feels like deja Vu.

"Maybe something happened?" I said.

"Hmm…"

I looked at my phone, it was about 5 minutes late…

"Hey." My gaze landed on Harley when he pinched me a little.

"What is it?" He isn't looking at me but to the road instead.

"Look at him…Is he walking towards us?"
