Dead silence. There was not a peep inside the battlecraft.
Sheng Luo's face was as dark as the clouds before a thunderstorm. Wang Teng's oppressiveness exceeded his expectations.
So did the spacecraft. If he was right, this must be a heaven-level or above spacecraft. It might even be a universe-level spacecraft.
But how was that possible!
Wang Teng was just a native martial warrior from this backward planet. Even if he became the baron of the Great Qian Empire, he wouldn't be able to afford a thing like that.

That idiot Hardy allowed his family to land in the hands of the Olant Federation. What on earth was he doing?
Rage was bubbling in him like a volcano about to erupt.
Wang Teng and An Lan dashed out from the spacecraft. They stared into Sheng Luo's eyes.
"A heaven-stage martial warrior!" Sheng Luo squinted when he saw An Lan. He was in disbelief.

Grandpa Wang, Wang Shengguo, and Li Xiumei were surprised and elated when they saw Wang Teng. They called his name subconsciously.
"Dad, Mom, Grandpa, don't worry. I'll save you." Wang Teng got worried when he saw his family. His gaze flickered a little.
"Save? How are you going to save them?" Sheng Luo mocked.
"Who are you?" Wang Teng took a deep breath and asked with a cold face.
"President of Saint Star Pagoda, Sheng Luo!" Sheng Luo replied.
"Are you taking revenge?"
"That's right. You killed the instructors from my academy and interrupted our trial. The reputation of Saint Star Pagoda will be ruined if I don't kill you."
"You came to Earth and treated this place as your trial ground, killing anyone you want. Did you seek our permission beforehand?" Wang Teng shouted back. He was trying to control his anger.
"It's your honor to be chosen as the trial ground," Sheng Luo said indifferently.
"An honor? I think you're just used to being all high and mighty. Once someone steps on you, you start barking like a mad dog," Wang Teng said.
"Impudent!" Sheng Luo was enraged.
He was the president of Saint Star Pagoda, the person at the top of the pyramid in the Saint Olant Federation. He couldn't tolerate being called a mad dog.
"Me? Impudent? You're the one that's impudent." Wang Teng remained calm. He looked at Sheng Luo with disdain, "Right now, I can kill you as easily as an ant."
Sheng Luo's expression turned ugly. He knew that Wang Teng was right.
The spacecraft behind him had already landed them in a precarious situation, much less other things.

Some distance away, Wang Teng's clone stepped out of the emptiness with the Wang family and smiled at Wang Teng, "I've completed the task."
"Thank you." Wang Teng heaved a sigh of relief. He could finally feel at ease.
He took less than three minutes from the time he learned his family was captured to come up with this plan.
Then, he started distracting Sheng Luo while giving An Lan the details through voice transmission. He had already sent his two clones into space when he stepped out of his universe spacecraft.
He chatted with Sheng Luo to distract him and to buy himself more time. He could only execute his plan once that old codger was focused on him.
It was a risky plan. A single mistake could provoke Sheng Luo and place the Wang family in extreme danger.
But the act of surprise was the reason why he was able to save the Wang family from Sheng Luo.

On the other side, Sheng Luo was glaring at him grimly. Then, he retreated at a fast speed without any hesitation. He wanted to escape.
Kloet and the other martial warriors in the Olant Federation's battlecraft were dumbstruck when they saw Wang Teng saving his family.

"Start the engine and leave as quickly as we can. If not, it will be too late."
