1010 Grand Sect Meeting
Staying around to watch as Bai Ning got his hands on the blacksmithing notes and blueprints he had scattered around among the other treasures inside the cave, Xuan Hao began making his way back to the sect after making sure that there wasn't any other teleportation formation located around that the people behind the first teleportation might be capable of using to check out why the teleportation formation had been destroyed together with the floating eyeball. Not feeling too worried about the owner of the eyeball showing up given just how far away he or she should be from the Azure Sky Kingdom.
Even if the other party was more skilled in the Dao of Space than the teleportation formation suggested, it would still be impossible to reach the Azure Sky Kingdom from the other side of the Frozen Wasteland in a short period of time. Not to mention, there were also the powerful demonic cultivators lurking in the core of the Frozen Wasteland.
Without proper preparation, it would be impossible to cross the core section of the Frozen Wasteland safely… And that was not mentioning the current chaotic situation of the Frozen Wasteland where even True Demon Realm demonic cultivators could be found roaming in the outer parts of the Frozen Wasteland.
In a sense, it might not be too shocking if a demonic cultivator surpassing the True Demon Realm ended up appearing in the core part of the Frozen Wasteland…
"Well… If such a powerful demonic cultivator really does end up appearing inside the Frozen Wasteland, I hope they won't go anywhere near the Sky Empire…" Muttering this to himself as he thought about how powerful an Earth Immortal Realm demon beast like the cloud demon beast had been, Xuan Hao could only pray that a demonic cultivator that powerful wouldn't end up appearing anywhere near the Sky Empire.
After all, even if the Sky Empire had a few Soul Ascension Realm Experts and the presence of three different- Four different large religions, it had no way to deal with an existence comparable to the Earth Immortal Realm. Not to mention, the one to suffer first would not be the Sky Empire but would instead be his Star Shattering Sect located at what could essentially be considered the border between the Sky Empire and the Frozen Wasteland.
Maybe the location of the Star Shattering Sect will end up benefiting the Sky Empire…
Smiling wryly as he thought about this, Xuan Hao shook his head before passing through a layer of clouds and descending back down towards the Ninth Star Peak.
Given the improvements his movement technique had received after he comprehended the Dao of Space and his strength took another step forward, the distance between the Azure Sky Kingdom and the Shattered Star Peak could be almost instantly covered. Taking no more than a few steps with his current strength.
Of course, he could always use the Dao of Space and try to teleport all the way back to the Shattered Star Peaks, but… Given that he did not really have that much experience when it came to things like teleportation, outside of the short distance teleportation used during fights, he ran the risk of accidently teleporting into a rock, a tree or possibly some unexpecting disciple's bathtub… Not really something he wanted to run the risk of doing to save a few seconds of time…

However, after landing on the Ninth Star Peak and using his divine sense to scan across the Shattered Star Peaks like he would normally do when returning to check up on how his disciples were doing and how much stronger the elders and disciples had grown, he was shocked to discover that there were more than a dozen new Nascent Soul Realm auras present on the Seventh Star Peak… And observing the owner of these new auras more clearly, it became obvious that none of them were elders or disciples from the Star Shattering Sect.
Where did all of these people come from? Are they perhaps negotiators sent over by the different major kingdoms? But if that was the case, there would be no need to send so many of them. Not to mention, it also looks like there are quite a few unfamiliar Peak Core Formation Realm Experts present as well…
Investigating the new and unfamiliar auras who seemed to have appeared inside the sect, Xuan Hao discovered that there was an even larger number of unfamiliar Core Formation Realm Experts. Most of which had either reached the Peak of the Core Formation Realm or were at the Late stage of the Core Formation Realm.
This number of experts that had seemingly appeared out of nowhere was quite surprising. Especially when considering that Xuan Hao felt certain that these people were not any of the elders who had been placed in charge of the different branch sects located across the new territory of the sect.

Noticing that Elder Song had left his courtyard and was at the same location as Feng Chen, Zu Fei and a few other elders from the sect, Xuan Hao decided to go over and ask them instead of just speculating on his own.

At the same time Xuan Hao had just begun making his way back towards the Star Shattering Sect, Elder Song, and the rest of the important elders of the Star Shattering Sect had gathered together inside a meeting hall located close to the Qi Spring Lake at the center of the sect.
Be it Feng Chen, Zu Fei, Shu Yao, the two Wang brothers, even more secluded elders who didn't participate in most normal meetings like Elder Dust Fairy had shown up.
"So, have everyone arrived?" At this time, Elder Song who had been looking over everyone present turned to ask one of the newer elders of the sect who had just recently broken through to the Nascent Soul Realm.
"Yes, Elder Song, everyone who could show up, has shown up for this meeting. Outside of Grand Elder Xuan, everyone is here!
As for the different sects that are under our management… A little over 700 sects have shown up. Although, most of these representatives are either the ancestors or sect leaders of these sects. Even a few of the sects from the recently captured Rock Sky Kingdom have managed to make the journey and show up with the short time available to them.
If we wait for another few days, there will undoubtedly be more people showing up for the meeting, but I doubt they will be strong enough to make a difference. All things considered, I think we should start the meeting now and get the matters of how to deal with the rest of those major kingdoms sorted out before they get a chance to cause trouble like last time!" Responding to Elder Song, the young Nascent Soul Realm Elder stepped back and nervously looked up at Elder Song.
Even though he had suggested that they started the meeting, he did not hold any real power to do so and could only patiently wait for Elder Song to give him the go ahead to begin the meeting.
After all, even if he knew that the most powerful elder of the sect, Grand Elder Xuan, didn't like participating in official matters like this, he also understood that today's meeting was far more important than any other meetings that had taken place since the creation of the Star Shattering Sect. Maybe only comparable to the creation of the Star Shattering Sect in the past.
The main reason for this, was the subject of the meeting that involved not only the plans for dealing with the different major kingdoms, but also how the new territory of the Star Shattering Sect was going to get divided after the fall of these major kingdoms.
In the end, all of the sects who had shown up today had all come with the express purpose of trying to be put in charge of some of the more important resources that were located inside these major kingdoms. Understanding very well that if they could be put in charge of collecting resources from some of the large spiritual herb fields, sprit stone mines or spiritual metal mines, their sect would experience a leap in strength compared to the past.
Especially so when considering that most of the sects present at most had someone in the Core Formation Realm. Controlling a rich spirit stone mine might allow a sect like that to finally produce someone in the Nascent Soul Realm. Allowing their sect to experience a leap in strength that they could only dream about before!
"Indeed… It looks like everyone is here, we shouldn't wait for Grand Elder Xuan, I doubt he is interested in something time consuming like this in the first place…" Smiling wryly as he said this, Elder Song gave the go ahead for the young Nascent Soul Realm Elder to go and inform the different representatives of the sects anxiously waiting, that the meeting was going to begin.
