In truth, there was still two more transformations left according to the old man, the first at 24 layers where the layers around the dao seed began to integrate into the dao seed itself instead of just staying around it and the transformation at 30 layers where the layers around the dao seed fully integrated into the dao seed.

Above the Peak of the Dao Seed Realm, there was still one transformation left that the dao seed could go through, but that was not something the old man had any knowledge of. The only thing he knew about it was that only those in the Dao Domain Lord Relam could go beyond the 30 layers symbolizing the Peak of the Dao Seed Realm.
