Chapter 1252 Two Months, border situation

Following Xuan Hao and Pei Yang's decision to try and stay out of whatever the powerful demonic cultivators from the Frozen Wastelands were up to, it did not take long before the first few demonic cultivators arrived at the borders of the Star Shattering Sect's territory.

However, compared to the demonic cultivator at the Peak of the True Demon Realm who had managed to sneak past the Domain Lord Realm cultivators who had been put in charge of keeping an eye on the borders of the sect, the demonic cultivators who appeared this time around were nowhere near this level. Most of them being Lesser Demons comparable to the Foundation Establishment Realm and Higher Demons comparable to the Core Formation Realm, with a few demonic cultivators at the First Demonic Transformation, comparable to the Nascent Soul Realm, hidden among them.

Although this would be a force that any kingdom around the Star Shattering Sect would find difficult to deal with, for the current Star Shattering Sect these demonic cultivators were not worth mentioning, as it didn't take long before a group of disciples and elders were dispatched to deal with them.

As for the demonic cultivators who were at the First Demonic Transformation Realm, most of them were dealt with by the elders of the sect, while a few of them managed to sense the danger ahead of time and escaped back in the direction they came from to find a weaker kingdom to invade.

Only those who were part of a demonic sect that wouldn't result in them being directly killed by the stronger demonic cultivator did go back and inform their seniors of the situation… And as a result of this, a few demonic cultivators at the Third Demonic Transformation Realm, comparable to the Domain Lord Realm, ended up appearing a month after the first demonic cultivator had appeared.

Luckily for the elders of the Star Shattering Sect who were in charge of guarding the border, these demonic cultivators weren't too strong and were only within the earlier stages of the Domain Lord Realm in terms of strength.

Not to mention, upon learning of these demonic cultivators, Chu Yang wasted no time in rushing over to fight them before any of the other elders had a chance to. Resulting in him becoming a rather well-known person among the younger disciples who witnessed him fighting the demonic cultivators, his reputation even spreading all the way back to the Star Shattering Sect where no small number of elders felt a shiver run down their spine as they all remembered the training session they had been forced to participate in before he had reached the Domain Lord Realm.

At the very least, those who had yet to reach the Domain Lord Realm among these elders all felt a sense of relief knowing that they would never have to go through that kind of nightmare again, while the few who had been overjoyed over having just broken through to the Domain Lord Realm all felt a sense of dread as they realized they were still strong enough to become training partners in Chu Yang's eyes.

Unaware of all of this, Chu Yang continued his rampage through the stronger demonic cultivators. Not intending to let go of the opportunity he had been waiting for to rapidly increase his comprehension of the Dao of the Spear through battle.

In the process, he also ended up causing a momentary pause at the demonic cultivators trying to enter the Star Shattering Sect in the places where he fought the powerful demonic cultivators. All of them having been scared away by the battle.

Slowly, another month passed like this, as the stronger demonic cultivators at the Third Demonic Transformation Realm trying to enter the Star Shattering Sect's territory lowered with the increased number of deaths at Chu Yang's hands, while the weaker demonic cultivators who had been scared away by the constant battle between Chu Yang and the powerful demonic cultivators once again began trying to enter the territory of the Star Shattering Sect. Allowing the disciples of the sect to once again fight with the demonic cultivators, as the number of weaker demonic cultivators trying to enter the Star Shattering Sect's territory continued to grow.

Not long after, the elders of the Star Shattering Sect were overwhelmed by the large number of weaker demonic cultivators and couldn't guard every inch of the Star Shattering Sect's borders. Ultimately resulting in some of the demonic cultivators getting through and causing chaos inside the border newly conquered border regions of the Star Shattering Sect that had only recently been integrated and also brimmed with a large number of new cultivation families that had fled from the demonic cultivators and settled down in one of the two border regions.

Although, it wasn't that bad of a thing, as it gave these cultivation families a chance to show off their usefulness to the Star Shattering Sect by hunting down these demonic cultivators. In the end causing the damage of these demonic cultivators to be minimal.

At the same time, back in the Star Shattering Sect, Xuan Hao could not help shedding an imaginary tear as he looked at the interspatial ring quest that had been marked as complete after what felt like forever. Knowing that his supply of spiritual metal was going to take a serious hit by taking his junior sister with him to his forge, he also understood that this would be better in the long term for all of the sect's blacksmiths.
