Chapter 263 - Waiting For Elder Xuan~

"So… How long will it take before this Elder Xuan shows up…?"

Standing beside Shu Yao, one of the elders that she had brought over from the Spring Flower Sect to help out against the Raging Flame Sect asked in a somewhat questioning manner.

It had already been close to three hours since they showed up! They had to act fast before the Raging Flame Sect found out that they were getting ready to attack them!

The other elders from the Flying Sword Sect had already gathered, even the sect master of the Flying Sword Sect was present… But somehow, one of their core elders was still missing at this point!

"Can't we just move out without him…?"

Looking around at the surrounding people from the Flying Sword Sect and seeing that nobody answered her, the elder from the Spring Flower Sect instead suggested they just leave without him and attack the Raging Flame Sect.

How much difference could a single Core Elder make in the grand scheme of things…?

"You didn't brief them about how we are going to attack the Raging Flame Sect…?"

"No, I didn't really think it was needed and just pulled a few elders with me… But I guess I did tell them that we were planning an attack on the Raging Flame Sect, but that is about it… I did not explain how we were going to attack them…"

Listening to the conversation between her Sect Master and the Sect Master of the Flying Sword Sect. Not only was she confused, but the rest of the elders from the Spring Flower Sect were confused as well.

"H-how are we going to attack them? Are we not just going to go to their sect and attack them…?"

A younger member among the group of elders from the Spring Flower Sect couldn't hold back her curiosity as she stepped forward and asked Shu Yao.

The younger elder seemed to understand what Shu Yao was saying and nodded her head in approval of her sect master's logic.

"I understand what you are saying sect master… But how are we even going to do that in the first place? The Raging Flame Sect is not weak and if we split up to attack their branches, we will not have the strength to attack their main sect!"

The elder from earlier questioned Shu Yao once again, as she could not see any way that the plan would work out at all.

No matter what, the Raging Flame Sect had close to 10 Nascent Soul Realm Experts and their Sect Master was almost at the Ninth Stage of the Nascent Soul Realm!

If they split up, the elder from the Spring Flower Sect could not see how they would be able to deal with the Raging Flame Sect… Unless…

"D-did the sect master perhaps… Breakthrough!?"

Coming to a sudden realization, the elder from the Spring Flower Sect seemed to have come up with a reason behind the plan as she looked up at Shu Yao filled with both respect and awe.

Whispering a few words only she herself and Shu Yao managed to hear.

Shu Yao had no idea what to say to this elder, she had indeed broken through since the last time she had been back to the Spring Flower Sect… But it was not the sort of breakthrough that the elder in front of her was expecting.

Feeling like she had suddenly lost her opportunity to just say that Elder Xuan from the Flying Sword Sect would be the one to deal with the main sect of the Raging Flame Sect, Shu Yao turned around and looked over at Feng Chen for help.

The only people not part of it was Shu Yao standing a few meters away and another young woman that was most likely also an elder of the Spring Flower Sect.
