Thinking that it would have to deal with way more chaotic qi trying to invade its body compared to him. Reason being that its body was many times larger than his own.
Seeing this work and how the winged lion demon beast was now trying to leave the space above the Main peak, Xuan Hao had no plan to let it escape so easily! This might be his only chance to kill the winged lion demon beast now that it had weakened due to the chaotic qi constantly trying to invade its body!

Thinking about this, Xuan Hao stopped using his ice domain to slow down the movement of the winged lion demon beast after seeing its futile efforts to go through the weird clouds.
Instead switching to using his ice domain to keep the chaotic qi at bay for the moment, while using his sword domain to fight the winged demon beast!
This was by far the largest advantage Xuan Hao had in his fight against the winged demon beast in the air above the Main Peak.
He could dedicate one of his domains to keeping the chaotic qi at bay and the other to fighting, while the winged lion demon beast was forced to use its wind domain both to fight and keep the chaotic qi from invading its body!

Seeing the winged lion demon beast give up on reaching the Main Peak through the weird clouds and instead try to escape down towards the ground where the chaotic qi was not present, Xuan Hao laughed disdainfully.

Before the winged lion demon beast managed to even move a few meters away from its current location, a sea of pure silver swords manifested all around it as Xuan Hao's sword domain engulfed the winged lion demon beast and the hurricane formed by its wind domain.

The moment it tried to leave, it would leave an opening for Xuan Hao to attack through and even with its strong physical body, a small wound would allow the chaotic qi to easily enter its body and destroy it from the inside!
The winged lion demon beast already realized its own helpless situation as it grew more and more desperate with each passing moment. Feeling its strength slowly weakening due to Xuan Hao's sword domain and the chaotic qi both trying to break through its wind domain at the same time.

Time slowly passed and after half an hour of fighting with the wind domain of the winged lion demon beast, Xuan Hao felt a change occur.
Suddenly feeling a change in the winged lion demon beast, Xuan Hao prepared himself for a possible last-ditch effort in the form of an all our attack from the winged lion demon beast.

The winged lion demon beast suddenly came to a complete stop as it spat out a drop of pure red blood towards Xuan Hao.
"You want to establish a blood pact'¦?"
Looking at the drop of pure red blood that came to a stop floating a few centimeters in front of him, Xuan Hao immediately understood the intentions of the winged lion demon beast.

From what he knew, the blood pact was a contract established between a demon beast and a human.

Doing something like this was out of the ordinary and Xuan Hao had never heard about anyone in the Flying Sword Sect establishing this sort of contract before, though he felt like there was some other reason for that'¦
With the essence blood, Xuan Hao could easily kill the winged lion demon beast by destroying the soul infused essence blood!
The winged lion demon beast had clearly not seen a way out of its current situation and hoped that it would at least gain a chance to live if it gave up its essence blood and followed Xuan Hao'¦
Given that Xuan Hao had already displayed his strength and was not someone weak, the winged lion demon beast was not too sad about this fate. After all, it would rather follow some strong who beat it over someone weak!
