Chapter 18 THE CHEF

As she wanted to go to Prince's company, she decided to apply for a secretary job she found online and luckily she was called for an interview. She passed the interview and they agreed to pay her $300,000 per month. Her joy was full as she jubilated. She was also given feeding and wardrobe allowance, a duplex with a nice ride.

She told her parents the news and they said, "that's why I always tell you to be decent no matter the situation." They both laughed as they all relocated to her new house. It was a wonderful experience for her as she went to her former place of work to flaunt her blessing. They were all flabbergasted and cheered with her.

Some of them envied her as they heard her story when she took them out after closing hours. They all wished they were in her position so they could reap from her benefits. Prince heard about it and decided to ignore it because it didn't matter to him.

Within a short period of time, her boss was highly impressed with her performance and gave her a double promotion. It didn't take long for her boss to finally propose to her. She didn't accept his proposal at first but after several persuasion from him, she finally gave in to his demands.

They had their marriage in Dubai and what followed afterwards was happily ever after. The news broke the internet and Prince got pissed off, but he didn't let it get to him. After her success story, many female staff in Prince's company started becoming decent. So there were lots of turnover if female staff and the ones that got recruited were those who obliged with his offer.

So they were lots of sex in Prince's office that everyone who got could perceive the odor. It was like a hotel and it didn't speak well of him. One of the ladies he had sex with tried to blackmail him by threatening to post their sex tape online if he doesn't pay her a certain sum of money.

Prince had no choice but to pay her, but her greed kept her demanding for more and that really made him worried. He knew he had to put an end to her drama once and for all. He told his boys to observe all her movements so they could track her down.

Her name was Deborah. She never knew who Prince was. She thought he was just some spoiled rich kid she could just toy with and get away with it. Little did she know that she was playing with fire.

Prince's boys were waiting for the perfect way to trap her. So one day, they ravaged her house and found everything they could that would implicate their boss. They got the tape from her laptop and found a way to get to her phone by momentarily swapping it in a bar.

Deborah was a harlot who graduated with a low grade and decided to up her game when she knew about Prince's flirtatious act about ladies. When she got home, she knew something was wrong as she tried to run away from her house. Her door was locked behind her by Prince's boys and they strangled her.

They made it seem like a suicide as they hung her to the ceiling fan with a suicide note. They thought everything would end there, but as they were trying to leave her house unnoticed. The cops were coming and there was a shootout. Several cops were killed and they finally caught the killers after shooting their legs.

They were tortured to confess who sent them to kill Deborah, but they remained adamant as a loyal dog to the core and wouldn't want to breach their loyalty. Since they didn't want to reveal more information, they were prosecuted and executed. They died by firing squad and Prince was there.

It hurt him so badly that he wanted to drink himself to stupor. Watching them get shot gave him hard time to sleep. He felt he was responsible for their premature death. He however got over it by compensating their families. One of them had a young daughter and when Prince saw her, he cried. The young girl needed fatherly love and he snatched that away from her and her mother for his selfish reasons.

They were six boys murdered through the firing squad and all of them had families to care for.

As Prince visited all their families, he left with a heart of burden. Although he compensated them with some cash, their absence was felt by their various families.

Mostly it was their wives that cried. That was when Prince knew the value of being with a partner. He wanted to get married. He was envious at how much their family missed them. He was thinking of putting an end to his wayward lifestyle and settling down for once.

But what about his friends? Won't they mock him? He thought. The cops were unable to trace Prince as the main villain because he doesn't move around in public with bad boys. He always appeared responsible like one couldn't hurt a fly.

That being said, a lot of applicants were applying for the vacant position of a gatekeeper and a chef in Prince's domain. Emails were popping in and he decided to set a date for the interview.

First, he was to attend to the applicants applying for the position of a chef. He saw a lots of men and women with perfect qualifications. He realized he couldn't do the interview and selection process alone so he asked one of his staff from the company to do it for him.

Everything came down to accepting a perfect person for the job and the person was a young man. Prince was somewhat displeased because he wanted it to be a woman. But his staff told him that the successful candidate was overqualified for the position.

Well, after Prince tasted the candidate's meal, he accepted him gladly and offered him the job. So Prince asked him what his name was and he said his name was Richard. Prince showed him

around and told him to feel at home. He gave Prince the best delicacy for the first week and Prince loved his work.

Prince stopped going to intercontinental restaurants to eat anymore because his chef provided all those. Sometimes, he would order one of his staff to get food from his house. Whenever they got there, Richard would give them some meal and they would always pray to be sent on errand for such purpose.

Many visitors started coming to Prince's house during weekends because of the quality food his new chef has to offer. Some young ladies who visited were falling for him and he taught some interested people how to cook like a pro online.

Prince loved him so much that whenever he wanted to travel, he would make him his escort. He was like his personal assistant or probably his right hand man.
