Chapter 31 Pedro's jealousy
Luciano was unhappy, especially after meeting Pedro. The man wasn't as he pictured him to be. He thought maybe it was an old man or something.
The scenery which transpired between them a while ago was still waiting for him.
Thoughts of Livia and Pedro Ramirez kissing never crossed his mind. How come, wasn't Livia Gonzalez his employee. Did they share such a close intimate relationship? He didn't want that.
“Give me more,”Luciano growled as he gulped down one glass of liquor after the other.
The images of Pedro kissing Livia flashed in his eyes, increasing his anger. He disliked that man. Even if he needed his help to raise his company.
“Sir…sir, are you sure?” the barman asked, seeing how Luciano was drinking tequila shots like water.
He had asked for different alcoholic beverages to be brought to him, and he was gulping down one after the other.
“You damned fucker, do your fucked up job!” Luciano growled, slamming the bottle on the table hard that it broke. The barman was frightened as he nodded vigorously and retreated to do his work.
Luciano had a fire in his red eyes, as it scanned the place. Scrutinizing the people irritating him. The face of Pedro disturbed his peace as he placed one foot on the solid floor.
"Damn it,” a curse left his mouth when he stumbled, nearly falling, if not for grabbing the edge of the counter. His eyes were blurred. He couldn't see anything as he tried walking.
“Sir please…this way,” a woman held him when he stumbled again. The deafening music caused him to throw the lady off.
“Livia” he snarled and stumbled away pushing people. Noises rose in the room when Luciano punched someone.
“How dare he touch her!” Luciano roared when he missed a punch and landed heavily on the floor. Nothing hurt. He couldn't see due to being clouded by anger.
“Sir come with me,” the same woman pulled him up by the shoulders. Before the men, he picked a fight and could do anything. Glancing back, the woman smirked as she led a struggling Luciano out of there and through a pair of doors. Where the noises subsided.

“You shouldn't be here…this place is dangerous,” Olivia said to Sydney once they came outside the noisy bar and found a quiet place to sit. Sydney didn't mind. She came here to work. Although, she failed to understand why the lady was so nice to her.
“What does it matter…this place is nothing…”Sydney said knowing places like the bar were nothing to her. Alfredo gave her a decent job. She was glad to do it, even if the man was someone she hated.
“Sydney I know, but I feel you shouldn't be here…do you think Olivia…would have loved to see you here,” seeing Sydney moving up and down, trying to fight a war she was likely to lose made her heart ache. Sydney was quiet for a while. Fiddling with her fingers, she smiled.
“The person I'm fighting for was not just my friend…but like a sister…she was killed, “Sydney said, to everyone it was simply because they didn't lose a friend and sister.
“Losing your life…getting arrested, not having a clear future…is that what you want?” Olivia was irritated, but she did notice because Sydney was staring at Olivia without blinking. Her eyes narrowed questionably.
“How…how did you know all that?”Sydney asked, wondering how a random woman knew about something so personal. Yes, she was arrested. The Garcias issued that, nothing was open…no one knew that her future was ruined.
“I…well, I mean…it's” Olivia stuttered, not sure to say, she went too far. “Syd it's best you stop trying… I'm sure those people will harm you more”Olivia added, trying to change the topic. Sydney didn't buy the woman's words. Staring at Olivia with a blank expression. Sydney wondered.
“Who are you?”Sydney asked, narrowing her eyes suspiciously. The concern the strange lady had for him was something she found strange…quite odd.
“That's something…”
“Why are you concerned…why bother about me… “Sydney cut her off and Olivia was lost. She went too far, if she continued, then Sydney would suspect her.
“Sydney the Garcias are power…you can't fight them”
“Then why did you call the police to arrest Lia?”Sydney asked plainly. Olivia was stunned as she stared at her friend. Sydney had a serious facial expression,
“That's a person, and please stay out of this”Olivia said more seriously, having nothing to lose. Sydney didn't say anything.
“I see…please don't meddle in my life,” Sydney said coldly, her voice indifferent, without wasting time, she walked out on Olivia.
Olivia sat there, the dark of the night was heavy. Watching her friend's retreating form, she knew she had to do something about this.
“Let's go,” and there came the voice of the man who ruined everything. Turning around, Olivia glared at the tall, dark figure emerging from the bushed.
The man was dressed in black, his hands shoved in his pockets. His posture was composed and somehow predatory. He stood in front of her, staring at her with a dark expression.
“You ruined everything…what's wrong with you?” Olivia was irritated with what Pedro did in front of Luciano. He came up with the plan of seducing Luciano and then destroying him from the inside. However, he blew it when he put his lips on her in front of Luciano
“What? Are you upset that I didn't approve of your ridiculous plan of getting naked for your lover?” Pedro said in a dark tone. His eyes shone with disdain, Olivia was startled. Was he joking or trying to irritate her?
“You said you wouldn't show yourself until the right time…what's with you?”He clearly said he would stay away until the right time. Luciano was not supposed to know.
“What? I handled things my way,” Pedro scoffed and walked closer to her. He did what he thought was right. Olivia didn't have to use herself to ruin Luciano.
“And what's that…the guys and I made a full-proof plan to make sure Solange was against Luciano…but you came and ruined my hard work,” Pedro was starting to get on her nerves. He was selfish, for a mafia boss. He didn't think twice. He went kissing her in public for what? So he could make it known that he had the power to get his hands on everything he wanted.
“My world and my plans…you have no right to let any man touch you,” he hated the thought of Olivia with another man. Luciano was someone he loathed more than anything. Ruining him would be easy. He would have done the worst to him. But seeing him suffer was something he wished for.
“You know what…it's pointless explaining to you… I'm going home,” Olivia said, not having anything to say to a man who didn't value her. She was about to walk away when Pedro grabbed her hand, stopping her from leaving and pulling her back.
“When something is mine, I keep it for myself” Pedro muttered with heavy breaths and cupped her face. His eyes shone brightly, Olivia was frightened at his behavior. The way he held her face was hurting her. “You are mine and mine alone” Pedro muttered and smashed his lips on hers. Caught off guard, Olivia tried to pull away, fighting to keep him off. However, Pedro trapped her hands behind her back and deepened the kiss, the softness of her body, the way she struggled to get free yet was pushing up on him, kissing him back with need. With fire, which turned him on. Pedro let go of her hands and pulled her up.
“Fuck,” the man hissed under his breath when he moved back so she could breathe, Olivia's breathing was strained. Her eyes were blurry and tear-filled. Her heart beating in concentrated thumps, her face flushed, she was about to go when Pedro kissed her again. This time he pushed her up, holding her by the hips until her legs wrapped around his waist, his hands secured on her back, holding her in place.
“Mmm” moans escaped her throat as she wrapped her arms around his neck, Pedro concentrated on her mouth, he explored her with tender fire, searching with his tongue until he felt the vibration of her soft moan between their lips. The urge to take her was imperative, he couldn't resist his desires for Olivia.
“S-stop,” Olivia stuttered, breaking the kiss, panting, and gasping for air. Olivia struggled to get down. Her hand reached for her mouth "don't…don't do that again…please" she muttered in low rasps, taking steps backward as if retreating from a monster. Pedro who was having a hard time getting it together.
"Don't" she stopped him before he could touch and Olivia ran out of there without looking back.
Pedro watched as Olivia's form disappeared, glancing up a heavy sigh left his mouth. Taking a long inhale, Pedro's eyes closed. Concentrating on himself. Calming the fire only Olivia managed to start in him.
"Oh Olivia…you are mine," Pedro muttered, placing his long fingers on her lips, her sweet strawberry lip gloss still lingered on his lips, his senses and every part of him was vulnerable to Olivia.
The second time he tasted those lips and he wanted to do it again. Over and over until he lost himself in her eyes. He didn't think he would control himself now. It was too late.
