"I'll take care of the cooking," I said as I wore my apron.

I took out the whole kitchen then, after washing the chicken and letting it defrost so I could cut it easily with the kitchen knife because Ace requested fried chicken. After I finished slicing, I poured some oil into a pan and marinated the chicken, and added some egg and a bit of lemon juice.

I had already cooked for Ace, and while I was cooking, I was making the sauce that Ace had told me to complete quickly. I put the sauce I made with tomato and barbeque sauce on the table, and when I finished cooking the chicken, I put it on the table and went to his room.

"Ace, our dinner is ready," I said, opening the door myself, and Ace looked at me.

"Okay, I'll go there," Ace said, and I smiled.

I returned to the kitchen and sat on the chair; I saw him come in and sit down as well. His expression indicated overjoyed because I cooked the fried chicken he asked.

We started eating, and Ace couldn't stop himself; perhaps he was eating fried chicken again. I tasted the sauce, and it was good; I was afraid I'd make another mistake when making the sauce.

"Do you know why I ask you to cook fried chicken?" Ace asked. I wondered why did he request that food.

"I'm not sure why, but tell me, I am also curious why you have requested that food as well," I said, and Ace became sad all of a sudden.

"Because I like fried chicken, mom cooks like this every night, so I enjoy the food she cooks," Ace explained as Ace sipped the cola I had prepared for him on the table.

"Because you're both good cooks, I taught myself to cook so that I could remember her while I was cooking," Ace explained, and I smiled.

"I hope I just met your mom; maybe we'll be friends," I told Ace, and he was smiling.

"I'm sure you'll be close to my mother. I am sure about that," Ace said to me as I drank the cola that Ace had brought me.

I had finished eating and Ace, and I was about to start washing the dishes when he stopped me.

"I'm going to wash the dishes," Ace said, so I did nothing but finish my cola and toss it in the trash can.

"Go to my bedroom. I will take care of the dishes," Ace said, and I went to his room, where he had his bed and his belongings were in order.

I chuckled because he did it for me, and I sat on his bed, looking at the air conditioner he cleaned. I took the remote from the top of the drawer and turned on the air conditioning. After that, I lay down on the bed and noticed Ace had entered.

"Have you considered cleaning your room? Do you want it dirty? Is it possible that I'm sleeping as a result of this?" I inquired of Ace.

"I don't know, but my room is a bit messy," Ace answered my question and sat beside me.

"I'm not sure, but do you have a board game, like monopoly, chess, or snake ladder?" I inquired of Ace
