"I've got some news for you, dad," I told him, and he looked at me.

"You stated that you wanted to start a toy company for operations, correct? What operational positions are currently available?" I asked Ace as I reached for a folder containing files.
"We also need Sales Clerks, Cashiers, Stock Clerks, Sales Utility Clerks, Counter Checkers, and possibly Sales Supervisors," Ace said as I looked through the folder.
"It appears you have enough to do," I murmured to Ace as he looked at me.
"Please take a seat first. For the time being, I will handle this, but if something happens to me, you will be the one to handle it. Simply observe, "Ace stated.
"Yeah, it's okay; I know you just want me here to watch," I said, kissing his cheek.

"Charlie, please help me with the hiring procedures so that we can select those deserving of these vacant positions as well." Ace spoke to Charlie through his earpiece.
