Christian's PoV

I'm going to Shelton Mansion today for some reason; I need to know how my father has been since he disappeared, and I know it has something to do with Ace. I believe Ace has kept my father and is planning to trap me; if he does, I have a backup plan to notify the authorities.

Finished preparing myself, and I noticed mom in the kitchen cooking breakfast; she was sad because dad didn't come home and worried. When I approached her, she looked at me. I can tell by her expression that she is concerned about her father.

"Are you going to your father's place of business?" Mom questioned me, and I nodded; I didn't want her to know where my father was because she might act boastfully.

"I'm sorry, Mom if Dad hasn't returned yet; I think he's just very busy with his work," I lied to her because I didn't want her to be concerned, and she had just finished cooking breakfast.

"Let's eat our breakfast before you go to the company," mom insisted as she set out plates and utensils for both of us. And I nodded as she placed the plate on the table, and I sat down. I'm still wondering what happened to my father, but I need to find him soon.

We began eating, and while eating, I picked up my phone, and there was no text from my father. I told his men to look for him, but there has been no news, so I will be the one to go to Shelton Mansion because that is where my father said he was going, and I know he is there.

"I have a request to your father, who is still not coming home. Tell him I love him and always will be; he is always busy with his work," I heard mom request as I looked at her.

"I will tell him that," I reassured her, and she simply smiled at me. Done eating, I parted ways and said goodbye to mom, then I went outside our house.

Arrived at my car, opened the door, buckled my seat belt, and began driving. I'm checking where I'm going on the GPS system in my car while driving because I don't want to get lost.

I arrived at the Shelton Mansion after an hour, thanks to my car's GPS, and saw a car outside and someone guarding the mansion; it appeared the two were there. I parked my car a little further away from his house, got out, and looked out the windows, hoping to see my father screaming for help, but I didn't hear anything.

Observing my surroundings, I noticed a woman in the window and was surprised to see Unice; they were having sex at the time. It's morning, and I can't see Ace because he's hidden behind Unice; do they do this every day?

I decided to leave because there was nothing to see here, but I am confident my father was still present. I will wait for news, and if Ace calls me, that's when my plan will work. I get back into my car, buckle my seat belt, and start the engine.

I'm going to Dad's company because no one else can handle it. When I arrive, the guard greets me with a smile, and I walk to the elevator and press the button for the floor where I'm going.

Unice's PoV

"Are you planning on making breakfast?" Ace asked, and I nodded. What else am I going to do? That is my responsibility as his future wife.

"I'd like an egg with bacon and a hot black coffee," Ace requested, and I nodded while smiling at him.

I exited my room and went to the kitchen to cook and prepare the ingredients. After a few minutes, I saw Ace come over to me and smell the egg and bacon. I set the plate table and prepare what we'll drink before we decide to eat breakfast.

"I'll be busy today because we have a visitor at work. He will tour the company, and I am pleased that it is expanding at the rate I envision." Ace was satisfied, and I smiled because I was as well.

"That's great," I assured him. After breakfast, I assumed he didn't want to have sex because I was observing or because he couldn't hold it any longer. That's fine with me because I'll be his future wife.

Ace had finished eating and stood up from his seat; he had also finished preparing himself because he was going to work now. When I finished washing the dishes after a few minutes, Ace was about to leave the house, dressed in his business suit, which suited him.

"Aren't you going to give me a kiss before you go?" I teased him, and he looked at me, smiled, and kissed me on the lips.

"I know that, and I will never forget it," Ace assured me as he exited the house, pinching my nose.

"Always be cautious!" I chuckled to him, not realizing Max was already there, ready to drive Ace to his company.

I returned to the house after Ace had left and decided to wash the clothes today, so I changed into my sports shorts and bra so I could move quickly; I went to Ace's room first and picked up his dirty clothes there, then I put them in the basket and exited his room. I walk into my room, pick up my dirty clothes, and consider cleaning the blanket as well.

I picked up the blanket and decided to clean it as well; I went downstairs because that's where the washing machine is. I opened it, placed the dirty clothes inside, and poured water on it. I then set the timer and sat down on a chair to wait while using my phone to check social media.

I scroll through my phone, and the video of Christian is still going viral, and everyone is assisting him; he even offers a reward to anyone who finds his father, but they have no idea that the man they are assisting is evil. I was surprised when I saw Zoey post that she was sad, so I decided to text here.

To: Zoey

I saw your post today; are you all right? Do you require my assistance?"

From: Zoey

I'm fine; it's just that Daniel turned me down.

To: Zoey

I'm sorry, but you should forget him because so many other guys are out there!
