This is the greatest good for the universe.

And this is also the greatest benefit of Tao.

The Emperor of Heaven will not be stupid, and his words and deeds will always follow the path of the greatest benefit. Once the authority is incomplete and the Emperor of Heaven cannot make the decision, the future of the universe will be chaotic.

And if what the Emperor of Heaven does is inconsistent with the Tao, then he will overthrow himself with his own hands. Disaster comes naturally.
