Chapter 34 Birthday Party

Blaze pov

"Good morning birthday girl !' i said kissing her forehead. She opens her eyes and looked at me with love. Then get up and kiss my cheek.

"Good morning, my love! "

Yesterday after we met the warriors we come straight to our room. Evolet still feeling a bit dizzy. So we got to bed and slept till now. It was 9 in the morning.

"It seems like we missed the breakfast, little flower! I'll go bring something for us to eat, while you take a shower! The party starts at 4, so you should have enough time to prepare. "I said pulling some shorts and a t-shirt on.

"Thank you, Blaze! Thank you so much for being like this!So understanding and caring! "

I nod smiling and head to the kitchen.

"Blaze! Where's Evolet? How is she today? Hope she feels good enough! I worked so much for this party! "Willow said as soon as she sees me.

"Yeah, she's fine! I will get her some food and then you can go see her!"

"Aww! This is so sweet of you! "She said and start crying.

'What's wrong with her?'

"Willow, my love, are you ok? What's wrong baby?"Titus asks immediately.

"Oh, my sexy God! Is nothing! I'm perfectly fine! I just got a little emotional. But I'm alright now. I'll feel much better after I'll eat some cake." she said and I start laughing, while Titus looked so confused and a bit embarrassed. 'Those two. They're so perfect for each other! '

I went back to my room and find Evolet looking out the window.

"Here, I made you some eggs. You should eat now. Willow wants to see you!" I said still laughing.

"Umm...ok?What's with this laughter so early? "

"Well..nothing. Just Willow and her 'sexy God '." I said.

Evolet starts laughing as well.

"Oh my Goodness! This woman! Poor Titus, I bet he was tomato red! "she said.

After we ate I went to take a shower, then headed to my office. I still to finish the Evolet present. It was so hard to find something for her.

Evolet pov

"Evy?Evy! Girl why don't answer me? I was so worried about you!"I heard Willow said slamming open my door. Amaya chuckled behind her but stopped suddenly when Willow threw her a glare.

"I didn't hear you, Wills! Don't worry, I'm fine now!" I said and she starts crying.

"Oh, Evolet! You'll be twenty in few hours. "she said sobbing.

"What's going on Wills? Why are you crying? "

"I don't know Evy! I keep having these breakdowns. Maybe this whole Alter and war things affect me?"

"Don't be silly! I'm more affected than you, and I'm still no crying like this!" I said laughing.

"Yeah, she's right, Willow! But you might be right about one of these two things. "Amaya said. We both look at her confused.

"What do you mean?"

"Well...what else changed? "Amaya asked.

"What do you mean what's changed? I left my family, I almost lost my friend. My Alter is so sexy...Uhhh it's driving me crazy!"Willow answered.

"Something might be wrong. So why don't we go to check on this first? Then we can get ready for the party. There's plenty of time."

"No, no, no! I can do this alone! While Amaya make sure you look like a Queen! It's your birthday today! Don't waste your time...It could be just nothing. "Willow said.

"But...."

"No 'but' miss! You heard me!"

"Yes ma'am! "I said laughing.

I looked in the mirror and I couldn't believe my eyes. My off-shoulder, long black dress had a slit on one side showing off my tan leg and making my hair looking more whiter. I chose to let my hair down, so Amaya only added small blue flowers here and there. A silver necklace and earrings with a royal blue small pearl decorated my neck and ears.

Willow didn't get back. But Titus came earlier to tell us that she will meet us at the party. I'm wondering what did she found out?

Amaya had a blue long dress, making her blue eyes look darker. Her blonde hair was up in a bun with few strands framing her small round face. She looked so beautiful.

"Come on Evolet! Everyone is waiting for you! You look so beautiful, by the way!"

"Thank you, Amaya! You too!" I said hugging her.

We went downstairs and out in the back garden where the party was held.

As soon as I stepped into the garden, I notice Blaze talking with Titus. But there was no sign of Willow.

His golden eyes meet mine, and his legs looked like moving on their own. I was frozen on my spot. My breath caught in my throat.

"You look so beautiful, my little flower! "he said looking at me with so much love.

"Thank you! "was all I managed to say.

He took my hand and lead me to the crowd. After everyone wished me 'Happy birthday ', we start dancing. I never had so much fun.

I see Willow coming to me. She had a huge smile on her face.

"Happy birthday, Evy! I love you girl! "she said hugging me.

"Thank you, Wills! "

"You look so good! I'm surprised Blaze didn't take you back to your room by now!" she said and I blushed. Blaze starts laughing. "Come it's almost midnight, it's time to cut the cake," she added grabbing my hand.

They all sang me "happy birthday ", and then gave me presents. All of them so beautiful.

It was only Blaze left. He came next to me, everyone else making a circle around us. It was almost 2 am.

"Happy birthday, little flower!"He said and handed me a small box. I took it with trembling hands and opened it. It was a silver ring with four little stones, representing the four elements, and a bigger purple stone in the middle of them. It was so beautiful.

"Do you like it?" he asked.

"Blaze, I love it! Where did you get this?"

"I made it, my love! Especially for you!" he said and kissed me.

He then put the ring on my finger.

Suddenly I feel a surge of power. My head starts spinning for a moment, but then stopped. Blaze was looking at me with widened eyes.

I feel the power grows inside of me, asking me to let it out. I didn't want to lose control. So I tried to resist.

"Let it go, Evolet! You need to let it go! It's meant to happen! Believe in yourself! You can control it!"Amaya said."Here! Take my hand! Blaze grab her hand! We can help her like that. "

They both grabbed my hands and closing my eyes I let it go.

Purple light enveloped me. Much brighter than ever, emanating so much power.

I feel Blaze and Amaya let go of my hands, and I let them.

"You did it love! You did it! I'm so proud of you!"Blaze said. I smiled at him, few tears falling from my closed eyes.

"Now try to contain it. Think about how you absorb its power! Let it be part of you!"Amaya said. I did as she told me and I feel the light slowly faded away.

'I did it! I can't believe I did it!'

I open my eyes and see both of them staring with open mouth at me.

"Evolet..your eyes..your eyes are purple! "Amaya said.

"Again?!" I recognised Oren's voice.
