Blaze pov

I remember Evolet saying she's going to change. But it's been more than an hour and I can't see her anywhere.

"Willow? Have you seen Evolet anywhere?"

"Mmm..no!The last time I've seen her she was going to her room. Is everything alright? "she asked worried.

"Yes, no worries! Maybe she's asleep. She didn't sleep well last night. "I said hoping she in the bed.

I made my way to our room, but it was empty.

"Where is she?" I asked no one in particular.

"Blaze!Blaze!" I turn around to see Kano.

"What is it?"

"Blaze! It's Evolet! I have seen her going to the Water Kingdom with that Guys of her, Amaya, I think. Oren followed them, so he asked me to inform you!"

"What?!" I asked annoyed and worried.

"I'm sorry Blaze! They were too far for me to stop them."

"Why would she leave like that when I asked her not to...I can't lose her! I can't live without her! "I said running my hands on my face.

"Kano, go bring Titus! But make sure no one else hears anything! I don't want everyone worried and panicked! "He nodded and left.

I was pacing in the room when I noticed a small piece of white paper on my pillow. It was a letter. I take it quickly and open it.

Blaze, my love, I'm sorry for leaving like that! Please forgive me! But if there is the smallest chance to end this mad man without losing you, I'll take it! I want to be able to love you every day without being afraid to lose you! I want to have kids with you and grow old with you! But I can't have any of this as long as Aalto is dead. Tears escaped my eyes. She went to the Water Kingdom to kill him. Alone!

"Blaze! What's going on man?"Titus asked. I wiped my tears away and turned to him.

"Evolet went to confront Aalto! She took Amaya with her! And it seems like Oren is with them too. He figured it out and followed them. We need to go after her, Titus! I can't let her die!"

"I understand, Blaze! I'll do the same. What you want me to do?"

"Gather the warriors outside the gates! The ceremony is over! I'm sorry Titus! "

"No, no man! It's fine. Willow is tired anyway! I'll go now! Be ready in 30!"

"Make it 20 Titus! They're gone for almost two hours now! We need to get there as fast as possible! "

"Sure man!" he said and left.

Evolet pov

The warrior opened the palace gates. Few more minutes and I'll be face to face with the man that wants me dead.

"What do you have there?"Another warrior asked.

"Nothing that concerns you!"

"Is a new Queen for our Kingdom? "the guy says laughing.

"I don't think there will be another Queen for this palace. The last two are dead..so what's the point? "the guy who was with me responded.

"What do you mean?" I asked.

"What I mean is the last two Queens were both killed! Is like this Kingdom is cursed. "he said.

"Who killed the second one? "

"King Kai discovered she was a traitor and killed her. But I don't know! There's weird stuff going on here! He was a mad man anyway! "

We continued the rest of the walk to the palace in silence.

The warrior opened the palace door pushing me inside. He stepped in front of me and looked at me over his shoulder.

"Here we go! Look down and don't speak without being asked to unless you want to die!"

Just as I thought no one was in there.Not even cooks or maids.

"It seems like the king is not here! We need to go to his office, little girl!"

He extended his hand to grab my wrist, so before he reached me, I sent a blow to his neck letting him unconscious. I carefully pulled his body to the kitchen on my right and close the door.

This is it! I need to find the office now.

I went up the stairs. There were so many doors. I didn't know which way to go. So I start checking all the rooms. He needs to be here, somewhere.

No one was guarding this place. It looks like this 'king' is quite confident.

After forty minutes of checking the rooms, I finally heard something. Moaning like sounds were coming from behind the door on my left.

"At least you'll die happy. "I said slowly, more to myself. I didn't want Aalto to hear me. That's for sure.No yet.

Taking a deep breath, I focused on the power inside me, and open the door.

Aalto was laid on his back, his hands under his head, with a half-naked blonde girl over him.

The girl screamed and jumped off of him.

To my surprise, he smiled at me.

"Oh, my dear Zephyrine! I was waiting for you. Why won't you come here? Maybe you can satisfy me with that pretty mouth of yours! "

"Fuck you! You ashole! "

"Now this is not how you speak with your future husband! You see I thought about it! You should have died twenty years ago. But..as you're alive and so hot, I could say, will be better to make you mine! Of course, after I kill that pathetic Fire King! "

Without saying something else I send an ice arrow to his chest, followed by many others.

Looking at me, Aalto lifts his hand, pointing behind me."Why don't you ask him by yourself? "

I turn around to see a smirking Zeru!

"You traitor! How could you! Why?! I am going to kill you !" I said while my fist hits his chin.

He spat out some blood, then start laughing!

"Take her to her room! I'll take a shower before the lover arrives! Then, after I kill him, I'll make you mine! Just like it supposed to be from the beginning! A Tiros and a Zephyrine together! "
