He sat down beside her on the floor. Rose did not notice him or acted not to notice him. He sat there silently. He remembered they used to sit on the couch and looked at the sky. Ash used to work on a laptop and Rose used to read books. Sometimes she laughed when she read something funny or cried when she read something sad. Ash loved to see her emotions. But now, both were sitting there looking at the same sky, However, they are lost in their own world. Ash did not know how much time had passed. He came out of his thoughts by the sound of a bird. He looked at Rose and saw the girl who he brought from the auction. Ash said, "Rose." Rose jumped a little and looked at him. The fear was visible in her eyes. It broke his heart to see her like this but he told himself that he has to be strong. He said, "You are going to stay here from now on." Rose's face became pale. She said, "But…. I have to get back. My mo-" she stopped. Ash was curious to know what she was about to say. He said, "You what?" Rose said, "My father. I didn't tell him." Ash fisted his hand and said, "No need. I already informed him. And he is okay with it." Rose said, "He agreed." Ash saw that she did not believe it. No, more like she was afraid. Ash smirked and said, "Why? Are you afraid? Do you think I will kill you?" "No. You won't kill me." Rose said. Ash looked at her. Then she said, "After all, I am your trophy wife to be." This sentence makes Ash so angry that he lost his reasoning. He pulls Rose's hair and hissed. He said in a dangerously low tone, "If you know your position that acts like one. Don't challenge me." Rose looked at Ash and said, "If I don't, what will you do? Did what you do today? Show me how inhuman you are." Ash removed his hold on her hair and stood up. He said, "Don't cross your limits or you might find yourself going to after life." He turned back. However, Rose knew if they marry then the one who will be in danger was not her but Ash. Therefore, she wanted to stop it. But judging by Ash's comment she knew it was impossible to stop it. However, she will fight until the end to stop this marriage. She said to Ash, "Let's see who will win this game." Ash smiled and said, "Let the game begin."
