Chapter 12 : Betrayal and Revenge!
Maya
It had been a few weeks since she had first met Alicia, and they had made a habit of meeting at the same lake, but they had quickly decided to meet at night so that their relationship would not be smelled.
She was becoming sexually frustrated with all the seductive looks and touches Alicia was giving her, not to mention some veiled hints of attraction on her part, but nothing approaching physical contact of any kind.
Instead, they used the time to get to know each other and enjoy each other's company. Maya was truly happy for the first time in years, as this was the first time she had felt such strong feelings for another woman, and they seemed to be returning even though there was no actual touching. She felt she could wait as long as it took for Alicia to feel comfortable taking their relationship a step further.
So engrossed in her thoughts, Maya did not hear her call out and then come up behind her until she felt a hand slide down her back, making her shiver with excitement at the small touch.
Turning to face the other way, Maya was caught off guard as Alicia wrapped her arms around her neck, pressing her body against hers and leaning in for a kiss.
Maya was caught off guard by Alicia's unexpected action. She immediately felt her own arms wrap around the woman's slender waist, hugging her tightly as she pressed her lips even tighter against hers. Her eyes closed as sensations coursed through her, filling her with sexual awareness.
Alicia.
What a beautiful woman.
She felt her breasts pressing against each other, her thighs and everything else that touched. She was in heaven. As her hands clasped the beautiful golden hair she loved so much, Maya tried to deepen the kiss. Her tongue caressed hers, silently asking for permission to enter, but she pulled her lips away with a soft laugh that tickled her nerves with its melodic quality. Alicia still held her and leaned down to whisper in her ear.
"Tomorrow I want us to be more intimate," she said, her eyes staring intently into hers.
Maya felt her heart skip a beat, full of anticipation. She wanted to stay close to her, didn't want to let her go, but she was already starting to drift away.
As she walked away, Maya felt a loss of the warmth that had been there. But she didn't want to force or pursue Alicia. She knew that there was a time for everything.
Alicia paused for a moment, looked back over her shoulder, smiled, and said, "I will see you tomorrow."
Then she quickly transformed into a wolf, her large body and shiny golden brown fur. With a powerful leap, she moved away from her, who felt confused, longing and impatient for tomorrow.

That night, she felt the darkness of the night envelop her as she lay face down in the field by the lake. Pain pierced her back, and she felt blood rushing from deadly wounds that would probably never heal. The poison crept into her body, reaching every corner and making her tremble.
Remembering the betrayal that had just occurred, her tears began to flow.
Moments before, Maya had looked forward to meeting Alicia at the appointed time and place. Her heart and soul were filled with joy and hope for the promise of that night when she planned to declare her love for the woman she loved. She dreamed of mating and tying the knot with her, of going through life together in happiness.
But her hopes are shattered when Alicia calls out to her and then arrives with an unknown man. As Maya tries to approach them with a smile on her face, she is knocked down by a blow from behind.
The sound of the man and Alicia's evil laughter filled the air, leaving her feeling confused and hopeless. When she tried to stand up, she saw something terrible. Alicia was walking towards her with the man, and Maya felt as if her heart was being crushed.
She gloated to her companion. "You see, Keith? She's no match for you."
He spat at her. "She's a pest. Hanging around with her own sex. She doesn't deserve to live, tainted as she is."
"I couldn't believe it at first when I saw her watching me shower," Alicia said. "I even had to press my body and lips against hers to be sure."
She tried to get up but could not.
"Be quiet," he said. "You won't be able to get away from my poison."
With a painful farewell, they left her as blood continued to ooze from the wounds on her back. Blood flowed from a deep scratch wound centered near her shoulder. The poison from the man was working its way through her body at a rapid pace, draining the blood from her and leaving her unable to move.
But she didn't want to die. She wanted to live, if only to take revenge on the head of her murderer. The murderer? The man wasn't important to her. It was Alicia's betrayal that made her want to kill.
But no matter how hard she tried to survive, that life was slowly slipping away from her, swallowed up by the darkness.
But then her eyes opened, and she heard the sound of a laugh. An unfamiliar male voice.
"Hahahaha, I see you need help," said the unfamiliar man, dressed in a black suit from top to bottom, as he appeared in her line of sight.
"Wh-what do you want?" she demanded weakly. "Come to finish me off?"
No, not a werewolf, but a half-werewolf and a black witch.
If this hybrid wanted to harm her, she had no way to protect herself. She was at the mercy of him. Then she snorted or tried to snort. She was already dead, and she knew it. There wasn't much this newcomer could do before her imminent death. She could not feel her body anymore. Any movement was impossible. Even breathing had become difficult. She wasn't sure if she could force her lungs to take another breath each time she exhaled.
"Oh, no. I came to help you. I came to offer life and revenge to those who would kill you," the stranger said.
Her hearing was fuzzy too, but she thought she heard him say revenge.
Revenge?
Yes!
"Yes," she said, not realizing she was speaking out loud.
"I will make you stronger than you have ever imagined. In return, you will serve me," the man said.
It was getting harder and harder to speak, but somehow she managed to accept his offer. She heard him laugh again. "This may be painful for some, but try to be patient. And you can call me Nathan."
