Forty Nine

Adonis

For some seconds, it felt unreal. It felt as though I was doing something wrong.

But there was this look in Ruby's eyes that made me push all my concerns and hesitation away.

As I pinned her hands to the wall in a way that ensured our chests were touching, I felt my reasoning fly out of the room.

It is just insane. The fact that one look from her makes my soul feel something different is absolutely insane.

Her voice triggers me out of the deadliest thoughts, and her entire existence makes my heart thud with delight and fear.

It is just crazy.

And it wasn't supposed to be that way. I was meant to protect her from a distance.

Things got out of hand, and now... there is no going back.

Images of Ruby haunt my brief, inadequate sleep, definitely, there is no going back.

So, once my lips met hers, I let it all go.

My troubles, my concerns, my thoughts...

I breathed onto the skin of her ear and my fingers circled their prints all over the span of her back in an attempt to cause more distortion to her system.

As I said, I would love to hear her scream my name.

My tongue joined the party and it tickled the skin of her ear. Her neck tilted in response and her chin aligned with mine, giving me more access.

Without much thinking, I planted my lips on her jawline, and like I was under some spell, I traced kisses down to the base of her neck. I then moved to another spot on her jawline and I repeated my earlier action

The third time, I got greedy. Because she tasted good against my lips, my teeth got involved.

Gently, while I traced kisses at intervals, I pulled at her skin and I caressed them with a carefulness that intended to drive out the cry of pleasure from her.

Despite her haggard breathing, that sound didn't erupt from her mouth until one of my wandering hands brushed over her nipple.

Her eyes darted to the side and I could feel her hesitation on the tip of her fingers. "I-"

I planted my finger underneath her chin and made her look at me. Then I asked, "Do you want me to stop?"

"No!" The sharpness of her answer amused yet confused me.

"Then what?"

"You know..." She shrugged. "It's my first time... and... and..."

At that point, I didn't bother to say a word. My right hand which had been lingering around her thigh came in contact with her skin and without a pause, my fingers travelled up, to a spot very close to her heat.

A quick shower, a change of clothes on my side, and we were out of my house.
