Chapter 23

"Shit!"

Annoyed when I couldn't reach Elisa and Javier, I turned around and saw Alex's car approaching.  Stopping 'they immediately came out.

"Boss!"

"Why did they escape? Where are they Regor, why did you let them escape!?"  I was angry to meet Alex.

"Boss, sorry. But Julius knows where to go now, to Javier's resort."  Alex replied.

I just settle down and feel my senses ache because of the thought that Elisa was far away from me.

"Get my car ready, I need to get there right away,"  I commanded him and I walked to my car and got in right away.

Javier, don't ever do anything to Elisa.  Since I will consume the ammunition of my gun I can only make sure that you disappear from the world.

I said in my mind as I started to operate the car.  I went home first to get the things I was going to use.

"Smael! Where is Elisa now?"

Mother Emma greeted me who had taken care of me since I was a child until my parents passed away.

"Don't worry, I'll bring her back here. Elisa will come back here," I said seriously and I held her on both her shoulders.

"I believe in you Smael, for the mother of your child. I will be happy even if I disappear from the world because I know someone will make you happy."  She was crying.

I just nodded even though I couldn't show how I felt knowing that Elisa was pregnant, I was happy and couldn't explain how I felt because I knew I was going to be a father.

I left Mother Emma and went upstairs, I immediately went to my room and went to the back of the cabinet because there was a secret door there where my weapons were placed.

I approached the different types of guns displayed here in the broken glass.  I handed over the bulletproof shield, I hadn't used it before.  But now I want to use this protection because I don’t even know what will happen but the only thing I want is to live long with Elisa and our baby.

After I put the things I was going to use on my body, I came out again.  I went to my car because now I’m going to Elisa and I can’t sleep until I’m with Elisa.

While in the car I called Alex who immediately answered me.

"Ready here boss,"

He answered immediately and I turned off my cellphone.  I quickly reached the place where my private helicopter was.  I'll go to the resort owned by Javier.

"Where are you taking me-" I didn't finish what I was about to say because I was closing my eyes tightly because of the extreme pain I was feeling here below me.

Javier looked at me seriously as I opened my eyes and he watched as I touched.

"Javier, it's pain. My baby, our son Smael," I said tearfully and I was very close to Javier's arm.

I heard no words from him until the helicopter stopped and he suddenly picked me up immediately.  I closed my eyes and let my head rest on his chest because I was feeling bad.

"How is she?"

"She's fine and okay because your son was caught."

"It's not me she's pregnant with other."

I heard that conversation while I closed my eyes, I slowly opened my eyes.  I immediately saw Javier near me and the woman wearing a doctor’s gown.

"Javier, how is my baby?"  My tongue seemed very thirsty because I felt my throat dry.

Javier looked at me as well as the woman, I reached out his hand.  She looked at my hand-holding.

"Don't worry, your baby is safe. Nothing bad happened, next time be careful because we can't tell."

I smiled and cried because my baby was safe, I looked at Javier and squeezed his hand saying I was thankful for what he did.  I ignored Javier's silence until I was left alone in this room again.

I also slept a whole day and I regained my strength, I was sitting on the bed when the door opened.

"Ma'am, sir Javier is calling you. He said you should join him for breakfast."

I stood up because of this woman in uniform and if I'm not mistaken 'it's a maid here.  I just nodded at her and followed her exit.

While walking, I just noticed that this house is very beautiful.  The comfort and the beauty of the furniture, the other uses' are made of Narra.  The floor was smooth as well as the brown stairs which were very shiny.

I couldn’t help but be amazed at this house and the relish in the eye of the window with the white curtain blowing in the wind seemed to make me feel even more relieved.  The woman opened the glass door and the fresh air greeted me and I did not expect what I would see.

Blue sea and white sand, I could see it from here where I was standing.  I looked around because I was on the terrace and saw Javier sitting while holding his cellphone.

"How are you feeling?"

He asked me but he was not looking at me, I approached him and sat in the chair next to him.

"I'm fine thank you very much,"  I answered and just sat quietly here.

"Good then."  He answered and sipped coffee.

"Did you like it here?"

I turned to him and nodded softly because it was really beautiful.

"Eat first and I'll take you around here."  He said again.

"Javier," I said softly and he looked at me, I stopped and I was no longer able to continue what I wanted to say.  I would like to say that if only he could return me to Smael.

"If you're thinking of Smael, it's likely that at these times he's already here and just looking for an opportunity."

I was happy in my heart because of what he said because it just means that I will see Smael again.
