I walked into the classroom with a huge smile on my face, lost in my Vampire's thoughts. I was wondering about his superpower. 'He can see into the future, which is incredible and unbelievable.'

Then my gaze was drawn to my friends, who raised their brows in astonishment as I smiled heartily for the first time in ages, and I knew they must be joyful after witnessing my happiness.

I just ran over to them in joy and gave Nora and Amir both tight hugs. Friends are vital parts of our lives; without them, we would be empty.

"Mia, we are very glad to see you at college, but we are deeply saddened to learn of your father's passing." I shook my head as Nora and Amir gave me a forlorn expressions.

“Guys, I'm delighted, so please don't apologise.” Their eyes widened in shock as I grinned broadly, and then they exchanged glances before turning to face me with questions in their eyes.

Then I revealed to them everything, including the fact that he wasn't my biological father and that he had tortured and kept my mother away from me. When they learned this, they were incredibly astonished.

“Oh, God! I just can’t believe it.” Amir shook his head in utter disbelief.

“Yup, we never imagined that your mother would be going through such an ordeal. Your father's passing is something I'm happy about. We should be grateful to whoever killed that beast.” As Nora spoke with delight, a smile flashed on my face.

‘Yes, Nora. I’m so thankful to my vampire for giving back my happiness.’

"Guys, I am overjoyed because I have gotten my mother, who loves and cares about me, and she has asked me to invite you both to dinner. You're both coming, okay?" When I merrily invited them to dinner, they both nodded meekly at me.

Although it hurt my stomach, I refrained from telling them about Jonathan, because doing so would put me in danger.

I wish I could tell them.

"We’re overjoyed to see you smiling, Mia. We are both seeing your genuine smile for the first time, and we hope you continue to smile like this always." As Amir expressed his happiness by pulling me into a hug, I suddenly had the impulse to tell them the true cause of my happiness, but I couldn’t, so I pouted sadly.

When I saw Jonathan enter the classroom, a warm smile automatically spread across my face. I moved my gaze to Nora and Amir, who were already staring at Jonathan with astonishment.

As they both looked at me, I blinked my eyes. "I'm fine." As I reassured them, they smiled at me slightly.

We all settled down at our desks. Jonathan sat on the front bench as usual.

I pouted at him, a bit upset as I wondered, ‘I just hope that his enemy dies soon, so after that, I can sit with my Jonathan, and I can tell my friends about our relationship.’

He turned his head and cast a glance over his shoulder at me. I was sitting in the middle of the row, next to his.

I pulled my phone out of my blazer pocket as it beeped, and when I noticed a message from an unfamiliar number in the notification bar, my brows furrowed in perplexity.

I opened the message, confused.

Unknown Number: Why is my Angel upset?

When I understood that this message had been sent by my mysterious vampire, a smile flashed on my face.

I glanced at him before replying to him.

Me: No, I'm not upset. I was just wondering about your enemy.

I saved his phone number as 'My Vampire' on my phone.

My Vampire: Don't think about her. I'll handle everything.

As he reassured me, my smile broadened.

Me: I know. I love you.

I moved my gaze to him, and he grinned as he peered over his shoulder at me.

My Vampire: I love you more, Angel.

I just smiled with delight, gazing at his message. ‘I’m so glad that he loves me as well.’

I kept my phone in my pocket as the teacher stepped into the classroom.

We skipped going to the canteen during break time for the first time because Mom had packed lunches for all of us. A smile didn’t leave my face because I was so delighted. God was finally granting me all of life's joy, which made me feel incredibly fortunate.

It was the last lecture, and with my chin resting on my hand, I was passing the time by admiring my vampire. He appeared extremely attractive from behind as well.

With every minute that went by, I was falling more and more in love with him.

As my phone vibrated in my pocket, I returned to the earth.

‘Jonathan is using the phone. I think he sent me the message.’ I beamed and pulled out my phone from my pocket.

My smile augmented as I saw his name flash across my locked screen.

I hid the phone under the table and opened his message, grinning.

My Vampire: Stop gazing at me like that, Mia.

As I read his message, I pouted before replying to him.

Me: Why?

“Mia.” When Nora nudged me, I immediately locked my phone and turned my gaze to her. She raised her brows warily at me and asked. "Why are you using the phone in the middle of a lecture?”

"I'm getting bored. That’s why I’m just killing time." I responded to her while fidgeting with my phone.

“Just be careful.” After instructing me, she shifted her gaze to the professor.

I hastily unlocked the phone and opened his message.

My vampire: Because you’re driving me crazy.

I giggled while seated in the class, forgetting where I was, and when I realised it, I looked around and sighed with relief because, thankfully, no one had noticed me.

It was a different type of fun to secretly converse with him in the middle of class.

Me: So my plan is working.

After texting him, I looked at him with a grin on my face and waited for his reply.

My Vampire: 100%

My Vampire: Angel, you have no idea the wild things I want to do with you.

My cheeks turned bright red because I understood what wild things he was referring to.

Me: What?

I questioned him because I was intrigued as to what exactly he had in mind for us.

My Vampire: Do you really want to know about my wild fantasies right now?

I realised that it was a bad idea to know about his fantasies in the middle of class because, before I even knew about them, I was dripping wet and squeezing my thighs to suppress the intense sensation between them.
