Chapter 43 Your Blood Is Sweetest
Chapter 43 Your Blood Is Sweetest
As evening descended upon the forest, casting a golden hue across the landscape, Jonathan and I stood at the edge of a lake. The water shimmered with the reflections of the setting sun, creating a breathtaking sight.
We walked along the shore hand in hand, our footsteps leaving imprints in the soft sand. The cool breeze tousled our hair, adding an ethereal touch to the moment. We were silent, content in each other’s presence, as we let the tranquillity of the surroundings wash over us.
In the distance, a magnificent tree stood tall, its branches gracefully swaying in the wind. I felt a sudden pull towards its alluring presence, and I couldn’t resist the urge to get closer. I tugged gently on Jonathan’s hand, urging him to follow.
As we approached the tree, we noticed a small wooden swing hanging from one of its branches. It swayed gently, as if inviting us to sit and enjoy its peaceful embrace.
Jonathan smiled, sensing my excitement. “Shall we take a moment to bask in the serenity of this place?” He suggested.
I nodded eagerly, my eyes shining with anticipation. We climbed onto the swing together, our bodies lightly swaying back and forth. Jonathan wrapped his arm around my waist, pulling me closer as we leaned against the tree trunk.
We gazed out at the tranquil lake, its surface reflecting the colours of the sky. The world seemed to fade away, leaving only the two of us in this enchanting moment.
“I love moments like these.” I whispered, my voice filled with awe. “It’s as if time slows down, and everything becomes so beautifully still.”
Jonathan pressed a tender kiss to my temple, his voice soft and filled with affection. “Indeed, my love. These moment are best.”
We sat in comfortable silence, surrounded by the soothing sounds of nature. The gentle rustling of leaves, the distant chirping of birds, and the rhythmic lapping of water against the shore created a soothing symphony.
Lost in the beauty of the moment, I turned my head to gaze at Jonathan. His eyes sparkled with a mix of tenderness and admiration.
“I am grateful for you, Jonathan.” I confessed, my voice carrying my love and appreciation.
Jonathan’s gaze never wavered from mine, his voice resonating with deep sincerity. “And I am grateful for you, my Angel. You’ve brought light and purpose into my immortal existence.“
Our words hung in the air, intertwining with the rustle of leaves and the gentle sway of the swing.
As the sun dipped below the horizon, casting a soft glow across the landscape, Jonathan leaned in and captured my lips in a tender kiss. It was a kiss that spoke volumes, conveying our deepest emotions and the unbreakable bond we shared.
Wrapped in each other’s arms, we stayed on the swing, our hearts beating in unison.
After a while, I soared through the sky with graceful ease, my wings outstretched, carrying me effortlessly through the clouds.
The rush of wind against my face, the freedom of flight—it was a sensation unlike any other. I looked down, my heart swelling with exhilaration and a touch of mischief, as I spotted Jonathan waiting for me below.
As I descended from the sky, my wings gracefully folding behind me, Jonathan greeted me with a tender smile.
“Are you ready for another taste, Jonathan?” I asked, my voice laced with a teasing tone. I knew the intoxicating effect my blood had on him, and I found pleasure in fulfilling his desires.
He nodded eagerly, a mix of longing and adoration visible in his eyes. “Always, my love. Your blood is the sweetest nectar, a temptation I can never resist.”
I extended my arm, offering my wrist to him. He brought my wrist to his lips with a gentle touch, his fangs grazing my skin. As he drank, I felt a surge of warmth and connection between us, a bond strengthened with every sip he took.
I closed my eyes, savouring the sensation, the intimacy of the moment.
As Jonathan’s lips parted from my wrist, his eyes met mine, filled with a mixture of gratitude and desire. “Thank you, my love.” He whispered, his voice filled with reverence. “For sharing this part of yourself with me, for granting me this incredible connection.”
I smiled, my love for him radiating from my gaze. “It’s a privilege, Jonathan. To have this bond, this unbreakable connection between us. Our love flows through our veins, nourishing both our hearts and our immortal souls.”
I reached out, my hand tenderly cupping Jonathan’s cheek. “I would give you all of me if I could, Jonathan. Every drop of my blood, every beat of my heart. You complete me in ways I never thought possible.”
He leaned into my touch, his eyes reflecting a depth of emotion that words couldn’t capture. “And you, my love, ignite a fire within me, a passion that transcends the boundaries of time and mortality. I am forever grateful for the love we share.”
Jonathan’s hand found mine, his fingers intertwining with mine in a gentle caress. He leaned forward with a tender smile, his forehead gently pressing against mine.
At that moment, our souls seemed to merge as if we were two halves of a whole, perfectly united in love and understanding. I closed my eyes, relishing the warmth of his touch, the electric current that flowed between us.
Time seemed to stand still as our foreheads touched, a silent promise passing between us. It was a promise to love and protect, to cherish and nurture the flame that burned brightly in our hearts.
A surge of passion and desire ignited between us. The air crackled with an electric energy, and I could feel the intensity building as our lips drew closer.
Unable to resist the magnetic pull, our mouths met in a searing, passionate kiss. It was a union of souls, a melding of two hearts that beat as one. Our tongues danced in a passionate rhythm, exploring the depths of each other's desires. He bit my lips and sucked my blood from them, grabbing my hair.
There was only Jonathan—the taste of him on my lips, the warmth of his touch, and the overwhelming love that enveloped us both.
We held each other tightly, our bodies pressed together, as if trying to merge into one. The heat of our embrace radiated through us.
When we finally broke the kiss, breathless and exhilarated, our foreheads remained pressed together. We shared a deep, lingering gaze.
"I love you.” He whispered, his voice filled with raw emotion.
"And I love you.” I replied, my voice filled with equal fervor. "With every fiber of my being."
He suddenly attacked my neck and sucked my blood, startling me.
