Chap 11: Hoping for a better future

Aiden thanked God for his luck. Lying in bed, he was thinking about his narrow escape from Dylan's punishment.

After Dylan had threatened him at the school, Aiden could not concentrate on his classes.

On most days after school, Aiden had to walk home alone, as Dylan would always hang out with his friends or the numerous girlfriends he had. But today, Dylan had told him they would be going back home together.

When it was time to go home, Aiden reluctantly went towards the car where Dylan was already waiting for him. As Aiden trembled in fear of the impending punishment, one of Dylan's girlfriends, or to be more precise, fuckbuddies approached him.

Aiden reluctantly stood near the car, trying to avoid looking at the couple eating each other's faces. The girl was all over Dylan while his hands were inside her skirt.

Dylan smirked when he caught Aiden secretly glancing at him while Aiden was very flustered and looked down, mortified.

Dylan then had a sudden urge to fuck. He was so aroused he felt his d*** would burst in his pants. He stared at Aiden but spoke to the girl in his arms, " Let's go, baby. I want you now." The girl moaned seductively, and Dylan pushed her inside the backseat of the car.

Dylan then looked at Aiden and ordered, " Go home now; I am staying at the penthouse today."

Aiden simply nodded, keeping a blank face but actually, he was ecstatic. Once Dylan's car had left, Aiden breathed a sigh of relief and walked back home in a good mood.

He thought about Dylan and the girl he was with now. He had seen them together for the first time.

Dylan was visibly captivating and was around 6 feet tall with an athletic body, toned muscle structure, and a lot of strength. He was good-looking with dark black hair and defined cheekbones, and topping it all; he was filthy rich, so obviously, he had many girls fawning over him.

Rather than have a stable girlfriend, Dylan was the type to fuck a new girl every week. He never brought the girls to the Hunt Mansion as he thought those girls were not worthy of entering his room. He owned a penthouse not too far away from the Hunt mansion, where he often held his parties and sexcapades.

As Aiden reached home, his happiness increased tenfold as he heard Mr. and Mrs. Hunt talking about sending Dylan to a University in England for further studies.

Aiden rushed to his room and wanted to do a happy dance. Finally, he could get free from Dylan's clutches. He would not need to walk on eggshells, fearing every second of his life. With the thoughts of a better future lingering in his mind, Aiden had a peaceful sleep after a long, long time.

The next day was a weekend, so there was no school. Before Dylan returned from the penthouse, Aiden decided to clean Dylan's room. Once it was done, he went back to his room and started with his studies.

Next week they had their annual exams, and after that, Dylan would be graduating from high school.

When it was time for lunch, Dylan got back home and went straight to his room as he was still sleepy. He was impressed on seeing his room neat and clean and smirked at himself, " What would I do without you, Aiden."

Dylan had gotten addicted to Aiden's ways of looking after him and his needs even before he asked. Thinking about Aiden, Dylan got into his big and comfortable bed, and the next moment he was asleep.

When Dylan woke up, it was dinner time. He got fresh and went to the dining room, where his parents were already at the dinner table waiting for him.

As Dylan sat at the dinner table, his father gave him a disapproving look. " You were not home yesterday."

Dylan shrugged. " I slept at the penthouse."

Mr. Hunt scoffed. " I know what you do there. All these years, I was too lenient with you. Stop acting like a spoilt brat and try to be more responsible now."

Mrs. Hunt was quite quick to defend her son. " Don't pressurize him so much, honey. He's just 18 now."

"Don't support him in this. He has to manage our business in the future, but if he continues on this path, he will certainly ruin it," remarks Mr. Hunt.

" He will learn it all. Let him enjoy his youth for now," says Mrs. Hunt casually. Dylan was having his dinner and was least interested in whatever his Dad had to say.

Seeing Dylan's indifferent behavior, Mr. Hunt signed and stated, "After your graduation, you are going to England to study Business Management."

Dylan was suddenly alert. " Why do I have to go to England? I can study here."

" So that you can waste your time partying with your friends and fucking every girl you meet?" spat Mr. Hunt.

Mrs. Hunt was shocked. " How can you say such things to him?"

" Stop it, Diana. We have always pampered him and listened to whatever he says, but I won't budge on this matter. " He then looked at Dylan and said calmly, " Look, son, I care for you a lot, and I am doing this for your sake. Would you like it if this business is handed over to someone else?"

The thought of Hunt's family business going into someone else's hands was intolerable to Dylan. He was never the one to share his things with others. He was the rightful heir to this empire, and he won't allow anybody else to have it. He looked at Mr. Hunt and said, " You don't have to be so dramatic, Dad. I will go if Aiden comes with me."

" What?" screamed Mrs. Hunt. " Why do you want him to go?"

" So that he can help me."

" Why do you need his help now? You're no longer a kid."

"There's no point in arguing. It's obvious if I go, Aiden comes with me," Dylan says casually and leaves the dining room to go to his room.

Mrs. Hunt gritted her teeth in anger. " What's wrong with him. I thought we could get rid of that orphan once Dylan leaves for England."

" That's not a problem. At least Dylan agreed to go," says Mr. Hunt satisfied, but Mrs. Hunt was not at all happy about it.

For the next few days, both Dylan and Aiden were busy with their exams while Mr. Hunt went to England for his son's college admission.

After completing their exams, Dylan came to Aiden's room and placed a form on his table.

Aiden was confused and asked, "What's this?"

" It's the admission form. You need to fill in the details."

" W-What admission form?" Aiden asked reluctantly.

Dylan shrugs. " For your school admission."

Aiden was stunned. " Why? I-I still have two years left at the school," he stuttered.

" I know that, but we will be studying in England," says Dylan casually.

Aiden was horrified to hear that. He secretly hoped he could get rid of Dylan, but now Dylan planned to take him away to England. It was like a nightmare for him. On instinct, Aiden suddenly replied, " No."

Dylan was not sure he heard right. " What did you say?"

Aiden was scared at Dylan's tone, but he somehow managed to say, " I-I want to finish my s-schooling here."

" Why?"

Aiden thought about what to say. He couldn't tell him the actual reason was Dylan himself, so he said, " I-It's just I am in the final years of my high school, s-so I don't want to l-leave now." He knew his reason was lame, but he had to try.

Dylan scrunched his eyebrows. " You are a brilliant student, so I am sure you can adjust wherever you go."

Aiden shook his head and stuttered, " N-No... B-but..."

" Why are you insisting so much? Is there any other reason?"

" T-there's nothing else. P-Please, let me s-stay. I-I don't want to g-go," Aiden pleaded.

Dylan was getting infuriated at Aiden's refusal. " If I go, you are coming with me. That's final."

Aiden was in tears, but he didn't want to give up. If he was alone with Dylan in England, he couldn't imagine how his life would be. Even the thought of it brought shivers down his spine. "P-Please... I-I beg you..."

Dylan suddenly pushed Aiden towards the wall and choked him. " You dare to say no to me? Did you forget everything? Do you need a reminder?"

Aiden recalled his previous punishments and tried to shake his head in panic, but Dylan had a tight grip on him, so with difficulty, he said, " N-No..."

Dylan smirked. " So, are you coming or not?"

" Y-Yes..." Aiden said hurriedly, and Dylan left the hold he had on his neck. Aiden gasped for air and fell to the floor, holding his neck and breathing heavily.

" Remember what you said, and don't forget to fill the form, " Dylan warned and left the room, leaving Aiden crying on the floor.
