Chap 46: Control your emotions - Part1
Warning: This chapter contains non-consensual scenes. Please proceed with caution.
After Dylan's confession, Aiden was adamant about leaving as soon as possible because staying with Dylan could be dangerous. He would have left in the middle of the night, but Dylan was sleeping in his room on his bed, hugging him tightly from behind. He still couldn't come to terms with the fact that Dylan had confessed his love to him. Did Dylan mean it seriously, or was he playing a trick so that he could further control Aiden? If at all his confession was true, then Aiden's situation was even worse than before.
Aiden tried to get Dylan's hands off his waist, but his attempts were futile.
Thinking about the numerous possibilities and how to get out of the situation, Aiden finally fell asleep after an hour.
The following morning, Dylan woke up beside Aiden, his hands on his waist. Aiden was still asleep beside him, and Dylan felt peaceful looking at him. For the past few days, he couldn't sleep properly because of his conflicting thoughts, and now that he had acknowledged his emotions, he felt good waking up beside Aiden.
Aiden's hair fell on his eyes, and Dylan slowly moved it aside. Dylan observed Aiden carefully, and the more he saw him, the more prettier he looked. How did he not notice it earlier?
Dylan ran his fingers across Aiden's eyes, cheeks, and lips. He suddenly had an urge to kiss him, so he moved forward and pressed his lips against Aiden's. The soft skin of his lips felt surreal, and he got lost in the kiss. He paused when Aiden's eyes fluttered open and looked at him in shock.
Dylan smiled at him and said, " It's good to wake up like this."
Aiden backs away a little, but Dylan suddenly yanks him against him and bends his head to kiss him again harder, deeper with a fervent urgent need. Dylan's hands slowly moved under Aiden's shirt, groping him and feeling his chest. Aiden didn't like where this was going and tried to push Dylan away from him. Thankfully Dylan was distracted when he heard the mumbling of the housekeeping staff outside the room. He suddenly broke the kiss and got away from Aiden.
Dylan looked flustered, as if he was doing something he was not supposed to do. Aiden, too got up from his bed and avoided looking at Dylan.
" G-Go and g-get fresh; we will go to the office together," Dylan said, leaving the room in a hurry.
Aiden didn't waste a second more. He had to leave before Dylan, so he entered the bathroom and got fresh at record speed. Once he was changed, he slowly tiptoed out of his room, peeking around so he could escape unnoticed.
Aiden suddenly flinched when he heard a thunderous roar near the entrance.
" What the f**k are you doing here?"
Mrs. Hunt approached Aiden, giving him a death glare. " How dare you come to my son's place?"
" I-I..." Aiden was lost for words. He hadn't seen Mrs. Hunt for a long time but still feared her presence.
" Didn't I tell you to stay away from Dylan? Why did you come back to ruin his life?"
" I-I am s-sorry."
" Did you come back for money? Tell me how much you want, and I will give it to you."
" I-I don't need any money."
" Shut the f**k up. You can fool my son with that innocent face of yours but not me. Tell me your price and get out of my son's life."
" P-Please trust me, Mr's Hunt. I didn't come here with a motive. If you want, I will leave," Aiden said hurriedly, as that was his intention from the start.
" Then prove it," Mrs. Hunt yelled. " Get out of here and never show in front of us again."
" O-Okay. I-I am really sorry," Aiden said and turned to leave, but he was suddenly grabbed by Dylan, who had a death grip on his arm.
" Where do you think you are going?" Dylan sneered, looking disappointed in him. " Didn't I tell you we will go to the office together?"
" Dylan," Mrs. Hunt interrupted. " Let him go; he is bad news."
" Mom, I already spoke to you yesterday. Don't start with it again so early in the morning."
" I can't leave you like this when you are trying to ruin your life; you are my son."
" Why do you think my life will be ruined? Everything is perfectly fine," Dylan remarked.
Meanwhile, Aiden tried to free his arm from Dylan's grip, which annoyed him greatly. He twisted Aiden's arm behind his back and whispered in his ear," Can't you stay still even for a second? I'm already annoyed by your attempt to leave just now, so don't bother me anymore."
Because Dylan was standing so close to Aiden, he got a whiff of Aiden's scent and felt a shiver run through his body. " You smell nice," he said huskily without thinking.
Mrs. Hunt didn't miss the look on Dylan's face when he spoke to Aiden. It seemed like her worst fears were coming true. The pathetic boy was trying to seduce her son. " What are you doing, Dylan?" she said in shock.
Dylan suddenly seemed to realize his mother was in the same room and immediately backed away from Aiden. " I-It's nothing," he said, trying to justify the situation.
Mrs. Hunt squinted her eyes and looked straight at Dylan. " I am not blind, Dylan. Tell me, what the hell is going on with you?"
" It's nothing, mom; stop overreacting."
" I knew this would happen, and that's why I wanted to get rid of this boy."
" Nothing's happening," Dylan retorted. He then looked at Aiden, who was almost on the verge of tears. " You go back to your room," he said.
Aiden didn't hear Dylan as he was busy thinking about how to get out of this predicament. His problems never seemed to cease.
" Can't you hear me?" Dylan screamed at Aiden. " Go to your room and lock the door."
Aiden was startled by the sudden scream and hurriedly left to go to his room.
After Aiden was gone, Dylan turned to his mom and said, "Let's talk in our room."
" Why?"
" Do you want to talk here in front of the staff?"
Mrs. Hunt cared much about their family image, so she didn't argue further and followed Dylan to his room and locked the door.
" What was that I saw there?" she asked Dylan again.
" What did you see?"
" Don't act coy with me," Mrs. Hunt spat. " Do you like that boy?"
Dylan pretended to look offended. " How can you even say that, Mom?" Even though he has accepted his feelings, he couldn't show it to others as he didn't want to get humiliated for liking a man.
" Then why did you... do that?" Mrs. Hunt cringed when she recalled Dylan's behavior with Aiden.
Dylan clenched his fist and maintained a blank expression. " What did I do what I haven't done earlier?" he said in a matter-of-fact tone.
" You are not kids anymore, Dylan," Mr. Hunt said, exasperated. " For heaven's sake, why can't you just get rid of that boy? Why do you need him now?"
" I am addicted to him," Dylan said absent-mindedly. " I-I mean his work. It's convenient, " he added suddenly. He had to learn to control his emotions, or else he would be in trouble.
Mrs. Hunt was not a fool. She could clearly see her son was lying and knew that if she asked him directly, he would never accept it. Since Dylan was a prideful person, she had to use it to her advantage.
She approached Dylan and held his hands lovingly. " Dylan, you are the person I love the most, and I always want the best for you. Even after you went behind our backs and signed the company to your name, I never blamed you. "
" I know, mom. You don't have to..."
" You do not understand, son. What would the people think of you if they knew you were in a relationship with a man? All the hard work you have put into building your image and reputation in the Business World will crumble within seconds."
" Why don't you believe me when I say there's nothing going on between Aiden and me," Dylan said, irritated.
" Okay, I will believe you, but your actions say otherwise. Don't you think people will notice how you act around that boy? I have already heard the employees talking in the company that you have changed after that boy joined."
" They are just baseless rumors."
" These baseless rumors have the power to destroy everything. The media are constantly scrutinizing us. Our competitors are looking for an opportunity to target us so that they can bring us down. So, please listen to me and throw that guy away from your life."
" Anything but that, Mom, so stop forcing me. You don't have to worry. I will never let anything happen to my Business nor my reputation."
