Yan Qingsi replied, “I’m with the Xia family.”
“Where is the Xia family staying?”
“Xia family is staying in Rong City.”
“What I meant was the exact street and position of their home.”
Yan Qingsi pouted. “How would I know? I just arrived here today. Even if you knew, it’s still pointless since you can’t come over anyway.”
“I can…” Yue Tingfeng’s voice sounded very confident. “You tell me and I will come over right now. I’ll be taking you away.”
Yan Qingsi was stunned. “Are you…serious?”
“Yes, I’m already in Rong City.”
Yang Qingsi could not hold herself back and began laughing aloud. She could not believe that he really came. She had briefly thought about the possibility when he hung up on her earlier. However, there was no further news from him so she did not take it seriously. She never expected that he really came to Rong City.
“Qingsi, send me your location and I’ll come over immediately. I want to see you now.”
That thorn which was stuck at her throat from the suffocating dinner earlier had finally gone down. She turned around and leaned against the windows. She was beaming but she still said, “You better come over tomorrow morning instead.”
Yue Tingfeng frantically asked, “Why? Don’t…you want me anymore?”
“It would be inappropriate for you to come over at such a late hour. Besides, I’m not alone. My uncle is at home. He…You should know who he is, he’s Xia Anlan! You can’t meet him unprepared. It’s the first time you are meeting my relative, you can’t be so rashly. You should buy a gift and formally visit him tomorrow. Otherwise, how are you going to leave a good impression on him?
