Chapter 4 Present day

Tunde Beckley

He is Olatunde Paul Beckley, also known as The Hawk. He is thirty-one years old, an ex Colonel of the Nigerian army and the Captain of The Sword Tactical Commando Team (STCT), of The Three Kings Private Military Force.

He is also a business magnate, The Chairman of The Three Kings Conglomerate, one of the leading multinational companies in the country.

If you are seeing him for the first time, you would want to describe him as gentle and calm, because of the cloak of tranquility that he had mastered himself to always wear around him and the stoic expression he always had on like a mask. But those who have had the fortune or misfortune to have spent some time with him had described him with different adjectives.

Some people called him 'cold-hearted.' His past lovers labeled him as 'incapable of love' while criminals and those who were on the wrong side of the law who have had the misfortune of crossing him while in the line of duty had described him as 'ruthless' because he shows no mercy and could kill without batting an eyelid.

Right now, he's a different person from the block of ice that they knew him to be. He is doing something that he never does in public, except when he's on official assignment or if he's in the company of his brothers and the comfort of their homes.

You can't just correlate the 'him' right now with the real him. The ice has thawed and the stoic mask is off, he is even smiling! But why is that? Could it be because he's having lunch with the most beautiful woman he has ever seen?

He had met many beautiful women of course, but she was different from them all, totally in her league. There was something about this particular woman that simply took his breath away right from the first time they met, three days ago.

He couldn't place his hands on what it was but ever since he met her, he couldn't stop thinking about her neither could he stop talking about her to his brothers. How could she affect him this much? She's driving him crazy!

Maybe because she combined every sexy quality he loved and admired in a woman...The right height, hourglass shape, a tiny waist that he could wrap his hands around, over perfectly wide curvy hips, and a booty that can twerk on its own without even trying.

Her peach-colored pouty lips were begging to be kissed by him. She looks like a D cup, know I'm sure she's certainly a D cup, he thought while subtly watching the way her full breast was straining to burst out of her bodycon dress. She was perfectly, tailored-made to suit him, and also grace his bed.

He felt like sweeping the table cloth and everything placed on it away so he could take her right there if presented with the opportunity. His big beast down there hardened immediately to his dirty thoughts.

'Fuck! Calm down beast! He willed himself to control his desires. His desire for a woman which he had always been in control of is now running wild. 'Why do you affect me this much, Abby!?', he thought while trying to calm his big bad boy that now had a mind of its own. She is Abidemi Abimbola Benson, (Abby).

The hotel they were eating at belong to one of his brothers, and after lunch, he had the plan to take her to bed. He had a suite permanently reserved for that purpose upstairs that is brothers named 'the slaughterhouse'.

Pity he won't be seeing her again after today because after they are done enjoying each other's company, they would both go their separate ways, that's after he has given her a gift worthy of her of course.

Whatever she desired for that money could buy, he would surely give to her. No unnecessary relationship drama and no strings attached. Life is very easy if you want it that way... That's what has always been his belief.

He had ordered different kinds of mouth-watering food and also the most expensive bottle of wine for their enjoyment. They settled down to consume the small feast laid before them, they hadn't even gotten past their first course when his watch started beeping. He looked at it and frowned when he saw who was calling. This person never calls except it's an emergency.

"Work," He said to her and quickly excuses himself to go make a call, immediately dialing The HOD command center specialists for The Sword Tactical Commando Team as he walked out.

[What's up?] He asked the person on the other side

[One of the devils has been sighted!] She reported without wasting time

[The team?]

[Already on their way sir]

[Okay, I'll be right there.]

After ending the call, he went back into the hotel dining room. It's a pity he won't be tasting her today as planned, he would simply schedule another appointment with her, she's not going to escape his clutch unless he has a taste of her luscious body.

"Hi," he said and forced a smile when he got back to their table

"Everything okay?" She asked with concern, on seeing his facial expression

"Duty calls, I'm so sorry..." he replied with regret "...can we please do this again some other time?"

"Yeah, okay" she smiled at him reassuringly

"I'll call you okay?" He said, picking up her hand that was resting on the table, he gently caressed its back before kissing it while looking straight into her eyes. His brown eyes shooting sparks of desire that went straight to her heart, run through her body, to harden her nipples and down to moisten her core

"Alright," she said shyly and lowered her eyes before she drown in his.

"Excuse me then," he said with a smile, stood up, and walked out of the hotel's dining room.
