Nan Luo was stunned by that question. Because he had been helping his grandfather little by little, he naturally knew a lot about Tu Family. After all, Tu Family's hatred towards his mother's family was apparent.

Even at this moment, there are a lot of people like them. At the same time, they couldn't just be dismissed because it will affect the workflow in overall. Even if many of them didn't work so well, they are still familiar with the works and needed to control the overall balance while the kingdom is focusing on war."

<Sora's Corner: Three Department and Six Ministries

I don't think I have explained this before but there are three major departments, three minor departments, and six ministries in the palace. The three major department were Chancellery, State Affairs, and Secretariat while the 3 minor departments were Household affairs, Imperial Library, and Internal Attendants.

I won't be using much of the three departments in the story because it's more affecting the internal affairs of the palace politics.

The six ministries were Personnel or Civil Appointments, Revenue, Rites, Defense, Justice, Works, who each have local ministries under them. And again, I won't be explaining much about each department because it'll be extremely long. Each ministries have nine grade ranking with the ninth is the lowest.

Additional note: Nan Shu Cheng worked in Ministry of Justice. His current rank of this time in the story is third rank minister. (>.<)
