20 PLAYING WITH FIRE

ABBY

“I guess you could say that. My flight is at three in the afternoon.” I might fail this mission: Seducing Seb. Can’t he take a clue? Is he this dumb?

“You came here to say goodbye, I guess.”

I drink my wine in a huge gulp. I need to boost my confidence and then show him the reason why I’m here. And if he can’t still get why I am here, then I’ll leave him alone for three years.

“Whoa, baby. Easy there. You’ll get drunk in no time.”

“I came here to say goodbye to you properly, Sebastian. Since you did an effort to propose and marry me, I guess it’s my turn this time to make an effort. I came here to make a move since I can’t wait for you any longer. You seem so clueless. Whatever you have in mind, controlling the uncontrollable, you are wasting your time because sooner or later, you’ll eventually fail.”

“I’m afraid I didn’t get what you mean, Abby.” He creases his eyebrows. God, I want to punch him in the face.

“Now, it’s not the right time to play dumb. I don’t think someone will wait forever or until someone will take me away from you, and I want what’s mine, you know what I mean?”

He shakes his head. Kill me now! Or I just don’t know how to seduce. Maybe. Or he doesn’t see me attractive enough.

“Baby, talk to me in my language.” He puts his hands on his waist.

I squeeze my eyes shut with a groan and open them. “Fine. Fuck me!”

“Excuse me?” He looks surprised.

“I said it now in your language, Sebastian. I want you to fuck me.” I start to unzip the back of my dress.

“Abby, you’re getting drunk. Don’t. Don’t play with fire, Abby.” He motions to stop me.

I continue until I feel my dress loosen and fall to my feet. “I get it, Sebastian. You don’t like me like to sleep with me, and I’m not your type, but you can just do it with your eyes close or do me in the dark for all I care. Or you can fuck me from behind. Just do it. Fuck me while you’re thinking another woman, I don’t give a damn anymore. Just fuck me.”

He just stands there, shocked, and his mouth hangs open. I’m now just in my red lacy bra that only covers my nipples and a red lacy thong that barely covers my front. I purchased from the expensive lingerie boutique, and he just stares at me.

“I’m not near drunk, Sebastian. I came here to relieve this tension between us. I know you don’t do relationships because this is just a one-time thing. After this, I’m a long way gone before you can even blink. If you don’t want to do it here, then you can fuck me in the car or elevator, or the parking lot, it’s fine with me.” I know I’m desperate, and my parents will curse me if they find out what I did. I feel so little right now. The fact that my husband won’t do me, I feel so cheap—a whore.

He pulls his shirt over his head.

My heart drops to my stomach. Instead, he offers his freaking shirt to me. I just look at the shirt, and I’m so beyond humiliated. I shift my gaze and it lands to his glory. Oh, my God!

His body is beyond my imagination. Half naked Sebastian is worth drooling for, with 101% pure male specimen. His wide broad shoulders, well-defined chest, his well-formed six-pack abs, and his V. I want to run my fingers from his chest down to his V and unbutton his jeans.

I can see the erection from my vantage point, and it looks so huge. I wonder if baby Sebastian will fit inside me. M eyes start to water. This is a disaster!

I’m beyond humiliated that lasts for the rest of my entire freaking life. My dad will disown me. I wish I didn’t show up. This shouldn’t have happened if I had only used my brain. Why the hell came up to me that I thought of coming over, but this sexual tension between us is keeping me up all night, and I want to lose my virginity and experience sex.

Oh crap. I almost forget that Seb Hughes doesn’t fuck a virgin. He wants a well-experienced partner, and he has women line up to be fuck, and not someone as broke as me.

“You’ll regret it after sleeping with me, Abby. Just think about it. I’m the last person you should be sleeping with. And I told you not to rush.”

I pick up my dress from the floor and try to put it right back. I start to zip it, but the zip is stuck in the middle. So I have no choice but to hold my dress and cover my front, and I start walking to grab my purse and keys from the coffee table.

“You’re probably right. I’ll just regret it.” I don’t bother looking at him. My tears finally fall on my face, and I wipe them before I can gather the things. I look back at him still half-naked, and now he’s not looking at me. “I should go and thanks for the rejection of the century. I’m leaving tomorrow. I should have just gone to the bar and had a few drinks.”

He curses, and his voice echoes in the entire penthouse, startling me. “You’re not going to drink, Abby.”

I can see the pain in his eyes.

Pain in his eyes, my ass!

“What money can’t buy, Seb? Got a fake ID in my purse.” Which is a lie. I grab my things and keep walking, and then I pause. “You can’t stop. You’re not my dad. And I might just pick some hot dude to fuck me in the alley.”

Before I can start walking again, his voice echoes again. “Don’t you fucking dare do that, Abbygail. You’re not just going to let some fucking asshole fucking touch you. I will fucking hunt him down and kill him myself. Do you fucking understand me?” He comes closer to me as fast as lightning. His nose is flaring with rage, and his eyes narrow into slits.

“Oh, I dare you to stop me, husband.” I march toward his door. Before I can hold the doorknob, he yanks me from behind, and I yelp by the surprise of his attack. Before my brain works, his mouth is already pressed against mine in a savage and punishable kiss.

Oh, my God. My goodness.

My whole body ignites like a firework on the 4th of July. My arms immediately wrap around his neck. He kisses me fiercely, full of savage, and pure rage. I’m pushed back against the door, and his body pressed against mine, his hand cups the back of my head while the other is on my lower back. His lips are soft and yet firm as he takes control of my lips.

My eyelids flutter close, and I kiss him back like there is no tomorrow, and a groan rumbles at the back of his throat that encourages me more.

I can’t help but moan when I feel his tongue on my lower lip, and I willingly open my mouth for him. Oh, my God. I press my thighs together. The ache intensifies in my core when he presses his huge erection against my lower abdomen. As soon as our tongues meet, I moan so hard, and he groans once more.

I can taste him—so delicious, so addicting, and overwhelming at the same time because I know it will still end tonight. I push that thought out of my head and feel as if I’m flying to seventh heaven. I rake my fingers to his scalp, and he grinds into me, and it feels so good, and I can’t even describe how I feel. My brain is clouded with my lust and arousal, and I feel like I’m going to explode.

He breaks the kiss first, and he presses his forehead against mine, and we both breathe heavily. My eyes are still closed, and God, if he can kiss like this, how about the way he does in his bed?

He kisses my nose. “I’m sorry. So so sorry, I don’t mean to yell at you.” He takes a deep breath. “It just, it’s killing me thinking some assholes touching you. Touching what’s mine.”

It melts my heart to hear I belong to him even if it should scare me with his possessiveness.

“Please, don’t go out. Don’t drink. I’ll give you a drink here, any drinks you want.”

I open my eyes and lift my gaze at him. His lips are swollen from our kiss and his eyes are filled with regrets, lust, and anticipation if I see it right.

“That can be arranged, but right now I want some more from you. Do you think you can give me what I want?”

He smiles. His eyes glint as he raises his eyebrow. “Okay. Let’s see what else you want from me. I think you should know that I am already yours.”

“Kiss me more.”

“With pleasure.”

He kisses me more. I kiss him back as soon as our lips touch. He moans when I slip my tongue into his mouth, claiming him. He tastes so good even more. I rake my fingers through his hair, and he cups my ass, and I yelp in surprise that makes his chuckle. He runs his huge hand through my thigh, and I wrap my legs around his waist and we press and fit perfectly together. He grinds into me, and I grind back.

I can feel the wetness flooded from me—I’m so soaked.

He breaks the kiss, then he kisses my jaw all the way down to my throat. He sucks my neck and makes sure to leave hickies. When he bites my earlobe and runs his tongue down to my collarbone, I moan and throw my head back to give him access, but then he stops.

Crap. Did I do something wrong?

“Baby, we should probably stop. I don’t want you to==“ I don’t let him finish. I kiss him slowly, and we’re back to kissing like two starved people.

“Sebastian, take me to your bed. Now.”

“Are you sure?” He sounds unsure.

“If you’ll not carry me to your bed right now, I will go—” He kisses me to stop. “Don’t say that again. You are mine. No one else’s.”

When he’s carrying me to his bedroom, I kiss and suck his neck, and he groans. I smile and bury my face to the crook of his neck.

“Why did you stop?” He opens the door and kicks it once we’re inside.
